Decided to book this hotel for our 25th anniversary due to good reviews. Booked thru Priceline for a superior 1 king bed, but reservation changed without notice to a double twin bed room, having to called Priceline and was told that during check in, hotel will accommodate. During check-in, hotel did said if 1bed room become available, will change our room which never happened. Husband and I have to squeeze in a twin bed for 4nights. Thank good we only book 4 nights. Bathroom sink clogged after first night and 1 of bathtub handle broken. Husband almost injured himself when getting out of bathtub. No microwave in room which was needed to reheat food. Pool closed way too early (6pm) especially when you are out sightseeing during the day and wanna enjoy the pool later. Room AC/fridge will be off when you go out and coming back in to a hot room and warm fridge so don't bother putting water bottle in fridge expecting you will have cold water bottle especially if you take the metro and walk 15min to hotel and it's like 100 degree outside. Breakfast buffet was not very good unless you order from menu but go early or else no one even care if you want to order anything from the menu. Do not order waffle, super dry. Also Priceline mentioned free airport shuttle but hotel does not acknowledge of free shuttle which was OK. Would not recommend this hotel. This 5 stars hotel doesn't compare to the other lower star hotel we also stayed at which is way more spacious, cheaper and way better. Xai

I had reserved for Shamiana's Sunday brunch with my family and I must say that it was a great experience overall. Loved the wide food spread which also tasted amazing. Coordinated with the front desk associate Sharon who explained the entire package as well as the menu to us very well. Upon arriving at the restaurant we had a very cheerful welcome by Sharon as she had instantly recognised and acknowledged us and also made sure everything was okay till we left. Thank you for giving us a great lunch experience will definitely recommend to our friends and will come back soon.

Our stay at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai was unforgettable, thanks to the amazing staff! A special thanks to Chamod from housekeeping for his attentive service—he ensured our room was always in perfect condition and handled every request with care. Suprina made our stay extra special by arranging a thoughtful birthday surprise and goodies on another evening. Breakfast was a joy, thanks to Jenny and Dipeka. Jenny’s cheerful personality and exceptional service made each morning delightful. The hotel is beautiful, but the staff’s warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional.

Stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel is perfectly located with a great view of the city. The hospitality of Taj is unmatched imo, and a special mention to Ms Apoorva who was very understanding and welcoming. The breakfast at Shamiana was delicious, with Egg Benedict being my personal favourite. Their other restaurant Nonya has a great ambience too. Too bad I got sick during my stay, would have enjoyed the property more otherwise.
