Clara, Quique, Anibal, Alejandro and all the staff were amazing. Really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Same as the cleaning staff. Very helpful and done a great job of the cleaning every day. Highly recommend staying here and is dog friendly which is always great for the dog lovers. Gracias por too.

From the moment I booked the massage and private spa the experience has been 5⭐! Tania was extremely helpful when booking the gift for my girlfriend, who only had good words about the hour long full body and 30 min head and neck massage from Gema. Personally, while I waited for the massage to end and the private spa session to begin, Anibal who was manning reception, was very attentive towards me. The spa facilites are insane and you'll be alone! They even have a very non-intrusive way to let you know the time is up but that, I'll let you experience for yourself! Highly recommendable!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were due to arrive in after midnight (when reception closes) and we contacted them in advance; they kindly agreed to stay until we arrived. They were always friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, each with a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was a very good continental one (with eggs and bacon to order as well as usual pastries, bread, meats, fruit etc.). One of the party used the spa and found it good.

Foodie heaven in this quiet corner of Calpe. We stayed half board and ate at the Komfort restaurant - not the Michelin-starred Beat next door. Even so, the food was exceptional. An amuse-bouche, followed by three different starters, a main course (eg turbot paella) and a dessert. Sparkling wine with the continental breakfast wasn't too bad either! Lovely pool to relax and cool off. Exceptional service from the (apparently all-male) staff. Quiet and peaceful. Free parking on site. Rooms a little tired but clean and comfy with a view of the Ifac rock from the terrace. No international TV channels and quite a walk to get to the old town.

Simply a lovely Spanish Hotel, sits quietly up from the old town . Pool area is perfect place to chill out, relax, read a book and enjoy the tranquility ! The staff are amazing, they are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a treat of cold meats, salmon and the most delicious pastries, creamed yoghurt and fresh fruits. The rooms were kept so clean every day by the helpful staff too. A wonderful holiday that was so relaxing I am looking forward to returning!
