This is our second time in Mexico and our first time at The Fives Resort. We had an AMAZING time at resort. The staff and the food were fantastic. All the restaurants are really good but one spot stood out the most. The Sea Olive restaurant was the best spot hands down! The food was so delicious. My favourite on the menu is the half roasted chicken. It was so delicious I had to get seconds. Also, the staff and management were amazing. Specially Rodolfo our waiter and I had a conversation with the manager (Agustin) and he was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Sea Olive. 👍🏽

We went to mestizo for dinner last night and it was one of the most incredible and beautiful dinners we have had in any resort we’ve been too. The service, specifically from Francisco was absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and all our needs and expectations were not only met but exceeded all we could have asked for. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are staying at the Fives hotel and residences. And thank you again Francisco for the top notch service.

Excellent and attentive butlers (Andres and Rafael) and concierge club. Every request was responded to satisfaction and timely. The food was amazing - Sea Olive and Arezzo were our favorite restaurants. The pools and grounds were clean and well kept. Restaurant service was professional and fast paced in general. We loved the massage from Ana Rosa and Elide. The service at the kids club could be better. Some units are old. While some have been renovated, the resort should use newer and better materials.

We came for our wedding with a group of 24. This resort is so unique, elevated and relaxing! The jungle aspect is fun with animals here and there. The rooms in the newer section are gorgeous. The beach is obviously perfect. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Our actual wedding was honestly perfect; from our private dinners, to our ceremony, reception and the spa treatment. The spa is exceptional. My only negative comment is probably just about some things being extra cost because this resort has the option to purchase residences, everything shows prices and there are some areas and menus that are extra. I found that confusing and sometimes over the top. I also wish the restaurants took reservations and held a time limit for dinner, as it was first come first serve. These are very small inconveniences that did not affect our stay and experience much though. Literally loved it here! Huge thank you to Mar our wedding coordinator!

We had a nice relaxing family holiday for 10 days, nice atmosphere and guests, very family oriented. Lovely surroundings at the Hotel, and the staff are great. Francisco at reception was very helpful in sorting out a few extra hours in the rooms on our departure date, so we could enjoy the last day. Food was great, especially the Thai, the Italian and Brasserie restaurants. The only small negatives are 1. Not enough umbrellas around the pool to escape the sun. 2. The pool table needs replacing.
