This was our second stay at Fairmont Mayakoba, and once again, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff made it unforgettable. Geronimo at the swim-up pool bar is a standout — we were so happy to see him again! Marco and Angel at the beach pool took amazing care of us, and Leonardo gave us a warm send-off. The service here is truly exceptional. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are beautiful. Food is decent overall, though the breakfast buffet could be a bit better. We’ll definitely be back!

Our first stay in Mexico, an amazing family holiday. Staff were mostly amazing, attentive and the Fairmont is a beautiful resort. The main building was undergoing building works so we didn't get to see this but overall the place is pretty well maintained and they tried to get the menus adjusted for restaurants that were closed. The food is special, beyond expectations for an all-inclusive, just a shame 2 of the restaurants were closed so we couldn't experience them. Special mention to Darwin in the boat hut, who helped us every day we were at the beach with the children's water sports activities.

My experience at the spa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable; Roberto and Diana were great. The treatment rooms were spotless and serene, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. My massage (or treatment) was exceptional—every detail, from the pressure to the aromatherapy, was tailored to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply relaxed. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating experience during their stay.

Our family recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. The resort is a true gem — combining luxury, natural beauty, and warm hospitality in a way that’s perfect for both parents and kids. From the moment we arrived, the service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — especially our children, who were treated like VIPs from day one. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were whisked away to our room via golf cart, which our kids thought was the coolest thing ever. The property is absolutely stunning. Nestled in the heart of a lush mangrove forest with canals, lagoons, and a beautiful beach, it feels peaceful and secluded — yet there’s plenty to do. We loved exploring by bike (complimentary and easy to reserve), and the boat tour through the waterways was a unique and fun way to learn about the local ecosystem. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a family. It had plenty of space for us to spread out, and the daily housekeeping was spotless. The kids were especially excited about the thoughtful welcome treats left in the room. Dining was fantastic. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone — fresh fruit, smoothies, eggs made to order, pastries, and local dishes. The restaurants offered a great variety, and the staff was always accommodating to the kids' preferences. Room service was also a convenient and tasty option after a full day of activities. The beach club and pools were a big hit — clean, safe, and well-staffed. The family pool had a great atmosphere, and there were plenty of shaded loungers. The beach itself is gorgeous — soft sand, calm turquoise water, and attentive service (we never had to wait long for drinks or snacks). The Kids Club was a huge plus — engaging activities, caring staff, and a break for mom and dad to sneak off to the spa (which was incredible). It’s clear the resort really understands what families need to relax and have fun. What really sets Fairmont Mayakoba apart is the staff. Everyone we encountered—from housekeeping to concierge—was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Fairmont Mayakoba strikes the perfect balance: peaceful and luxurious for adults, exciting and comfortable for children. It gave us quality time as a family, along with moments to unwind and truly enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya. Our experience at Fairmont Mayakoba was nothing short of exceptional. We left with full hearts and lifelong memories. Can’t wait to return — highly recommended for any family looking for a luxurious, nature-filled, and kid-friendly getaway.

A special shout out to the absolutely amazing kids club! Lesly, Jessi, Yadi, Esme, Keyla & Rebeca did an absolutely fantastic job making our daughter (9) feel welcomed and special. Great daily activities as well as opportunities to do family time. Perfectly located right by the pool so very easy to drop off and pick up. Also highly recommend doing the kids passport challenge as the prize at the end was absolutely fantastic and she had so much fun during the trip completing it. The resort itself is outstanding - absolutely stunning grounds, excellent service and customer service from concierge (thank you Noe for all of your help!). Room was spacious and had everything we needed and the food is absolutely first class! Can’t say enough good things about our vacation as a whole and we’ll def come back!
