The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, plus they also help you discover the island with transfers if you want. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel had a couple of clean and spacious pools and a beach front, with some sun-beds but could be crowded at times, however, we have always found a well located sun-bed. In the main restaurant all of the foods were delicious and they had a great variety. We tried the separate restaurant which is not included in the all inclusive plan. However, everything was frozen and not fresh. We ordered there octopus balls and greek gataifi and one of us got food poisoning. This came as a big surprise since everything else was perfect, from the main restaurant to the view and the entertainment. The staff were amazing and very helpful with very respectful attitude. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ixian Grand for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, offering warm hospitality and exceptional service. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, ensuring my stay was as seamless and comfortable as possible. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the private pool. It truly elevated my experience, offering a sense of luxury and exclusivity that’s hard to find. Having the option to take a dip in complete privacy, at any time of day, was a unique indulgence that made my stay feel like a true getaway. The pool area was immaculate, with beautiful surroundings that created a serene and relaxing ambiance. The room itself was stunning—spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the view of my private pool each morning. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush towels to the high-end toiletries, making every moment spent in the room feel like a luxury experience. Beyond the room, the hotel’s location was perfect—secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility, yet conveniently close to local attractions and dining options. Exploring the area was easy, but I often found myself wanting to return to the hotel to enjoy the private pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant offered delicious dining options, and the breakfast spread was a perfect way to start each day. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal, everything was presented with care and attention to detail. I cannot recommend The Ixian Grand highly enough for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing escape. The private pool, exceptional service, and beautiful surroundings made my week-long stay a dream come true. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I need a perfect getaway!

We payed €70 for a day on the day we were flying back for all inclusive and it was alright. Breakfast and lunch were a bit rubbish, dinner was nice and cocktails and drinks were small but could get as many as you want. However, they didn’t let us book a taxi to the airport for when we wanted to and just asked us to come back at the exact time, making us quite late for arriving at the airport and they advertise a strip club on the back of the taxi slip - so tacky

We stayed here for 7 days at the beginning of August and were generally very satisfied. We had the premium double room with a large swim-up pool, which we shared with 7 or 8 other rooms (but most of the time you have the pool to yourself). The room itself is a little dated and therefore makes an "unclean" impression. What bothered us most was that there were no sockets or hangers for bath towels in the bathroom. The cleaning ladies were always very polite and also changed my pillow on request because mine was too high. In general, all the staff were extremely friendly, which made my stay a lot more pleasant. The food was very good and varied. A big minus unfortunately goes to pretty much all the alcoholic drinks. The cocktails were pre-mixed. Far too strong and therefore not enjoyable. The first few days I tried to dilute the cocktails with water, but we ended up switching to water or non-alcoholic drinks, which was really disappointing for us. The resort itself is great, well-kept and modern. Due to the constant wind, you have to expect waves in the sea, which is why the water is beautifully blue, but unfortunately very murky. It was a great holiday and we felt very comfortable in the hotel. It was really quiet and not crowded at all, so you could really relax.

Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town . Wide variety of drinks at the main bar ,and the staff were brilliant ... hot chocolate before bed was great ,Aperol was perfect (my fav drink ) ,nice wine and beers Main dining room. Varied breakfast ,fresh omelettes daily ,salad ,cooked breakfast ,breads ,porridge yoghurt . The dining staff have got this down to a fine art ,clearing plates ,serving hot drinks and always with a smile . We dined once in the Greek a la carte restaurant and really enjoy our meal served to us ,instead of buffet style. Great barista coffee at the pool bar which was our go to after breakfast Afternoon band by the pool was a nice touch ,really enjoyed the live music the whole time we were there. Rooms cleaned daily ,large comfy bed ,lovely walk in shower. Fridge stocked once woth soft drinks and beers Arrived later than expected, were directed to the bar for a drink before the all inclusive stopped at 11.30 ,but you could purchase after that which was great . Were shown to our room ,and they had left us chicken wraps.and pastries ,which we needed after our long trip . This hotel is close to Kalithea Springs ,which is in my opinion a must visit . Evening entertainment was exceptional, Opera and a band whilst we were there. Have to add that as a smoker we didn't feel at all segregated like we usually do on holidays, nice comfy seats on the outside area ,with a great view of the sea and the pool . Indoor pool was quiet and warm open from 10 till 6 if I remember correctly . This truly is an amazing hotel and we will definitely return.
