Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't do enough. A bit limited on food choices despite there being a theme every night. The entertainment was great and the aqua aerobics had a big turn out every day. The order to lounger was really amazing and this meant there was no queueing. The only let down was the rooms. It was the end of the season so I expect a bit of run down but it just seemed a bit too run down. Especially when I cut my finger on the bath button Shame really as this was a lovely hotel

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort and it went well. My room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the suite pools, with partial sea view. It was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine with capsules that were refilled daily. The pillows were a bit too stiff/hard fo me. I also noticed there is no soundproofing but the place is mostly quiet. The food at the buffet restaurant was very good, I especially enjoyed the traditional Greek dishes as well as the pizza. Asian night wasn't great, and the a la carte restaurant wasn't that much better than the buffet. Staff is polite and helpful. The pool/beach area is nice, there were enough sunbeds available. The spa offers a heated pool, a steam sauna and different treatments. I had a massage booked with Katherine, I enjoyed it so much that I booked another one and a facial treatment also with her, I was very satisfied with the result. The airport transfer is a very nice bonus, as well as the slightly late checkout. Keep in mind this is a 5* beach resort in Greece, expectations should be managed.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, plus they also help you discover the island with transfers if you want. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel had a couple of clean and spacious pools and a beach front, with some sun-beds but could be crowded at times, however, we have always found a well located sun-bed. In the main restaurant all of the foods were delicious and they had a great variety. We tried the separate restaurant which is not included in the all inclusive plan. However, everything was frozen and not fresh. We ordered there octopus balls and greek gataifi and one of us got food poisoning. This came as a big surprise since everything else was perfect, from the main restaurant to the view and the entertainment. The staff were amazing and very helpful with very respectful attitude. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ixian Grand for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, offering warm hospitality and exceptional service. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, ensuring my stay was as seamless and comfortable as possible. One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the private pool. It truly elevated my experience, offering a sense of luxury and exclusivity that’s hard to find. Having the option to take a dip in complete privacy, at any time of day, was a unique indulgence that made my stay feel like a true getaway. The pool area was immaculate, with beautiful surroundings that created a serene and relaxing ambiance. The room itself was stunning—spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up to the view of my private pool each morning. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush towels to the high-end toiletries, making every moment spent in the room feel like a luxury experience. Beyond the room, the hotel’s location was perfect—secluded enough to offer peace and tranquility, yet conveniently close to local attractions and dining options. Exploring the area was easy, but I often found myself wanting to return to the hotel to enjoy the private pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant offered delicious dining options, and the breakfast spread was a perfect way to start each day. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal, everything was presented with care and attention to detail. I cannot recommend The Ixian Grand highly enough for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing escape. The private pool, exceptional service, and beautiful surroundings made my week-long stay a dream come true. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I need a perfect getaway!
