Beautiful complex and the rooms are lovely, with daily cleaning. Only downside is the location. Yiu will need a car to get around. The marina is a 10 minute drive ( not walkable really). Nearest supermarket is a 5 min drive. The breakfast at the poolside bar is good.

Great rooms and a lovely place. Restaurant is good but there is only one. Near enough the marina but it's about a 5 minute drive. Parking is great and so is the pool. However, they did take a bit long to clean my family's room which meant they had to check in at 5pm instead of 4pm - this should have been ready upon their arrival. Also, when I went to ask for towels for the pool, they didn't have any. They told me they would be taken to my room when they were ready. This made them seem understaffed. Gym is very good but doesn't have air conditioning. Overall, lovely place to stay - been there twice and will be going back.

Rooms are fab. 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for us and our two daughters and two sons. Amazing space No shuttle bus since Jan 2025 so we were disappointed at that initially though Ubers are very handy and reasonable £12 one way to vilmaoura marina for the six of us The breakfasts were nice too and staff lovely Pool is great and overall very relaxing The Italian taverna just outside the entrance is very good

Wow! Great facility tucked away in a residential area/golf course. The guys at the front desk are just brilliant. They checked us in after we had our problems with our reservation at the Crowne Plaza. I give IHG at least 50 nights per week and their shabby treatment of a Platinum Elite member inadvertently led me to this gem. Good riddance to Crowne Plaza and hello to The Residences.
