A warm welcome as soon as we arrived and staff that understand the best experience comes from the small details being taken care of. The restaurants are all very good and both pools have good bars adjacent. The adult pool being the perfect size and never too busy. Rooms are well equipped and spacious with breakfast being a real show stopper. Travelling a lot for work means that a hotel breakfast is hit or miss. This however is the freshest and most varied breakfast I’ve ever had! Situated within 4 minutes of the grand mosque it’s an incredible stay.

Genuinely the best service and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I’ve been around the world to many many luxury hotels, but by far Ritz had the best quality breakfast, with the widest variety to the point I was actually overwhelmed with options. The architecture is mesmerizing, the hotel is filled with top notch restaurants and entertainment. They even had a little fancy tea stall in the lobby. Their staff will literally help you with anything you need, they are extremely well trained and know how to make their guests feel special. The experience is worth every penny!

Absolutely incredible experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Salmon greeted us at the door and instantly made us feel at home, impressively remembering our names right away – a small but thoughtful touch that truly stood out. A huge shoutout to Mandeep (aka Deadpool), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. He surprised us with an incredible upgrade to our very first villa, making the entire experience even more luxurious than we could have imagined. The chocolates in the room and flower petals on the bed were a great touch! To top it off, Mandeep also arranged a complimentary breakfast for us the morning of our stay – truly going the extra mile! Every aspect of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, the pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the all-you-can-eat breakfast spread was absolutely amazing. We also loved the gym and locker rooms – everything you could need for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi, enough. Not a happy camper on this trip or last - have sent significant number of colleagues there way and they have issues on the front desk with interns allocating rooms randomly and have asked to change rooms on last stay and room allocation again was random this time ! Rooms getting dated - balcony had not been serviced for a while - shampoo dispenser broken and illy coffee machine working randomly. For a short business trip need the a 5 star to be in better working order and this place has come short twice now ! The staff are outstanding in the hotel especially Salman at the entrance who remembers you by name and very helpful overall. The breakfast is outstanding one of the best in Mena along with the gym and pool facilities. Clearly a bit of an operations issue here which needs to be fixed before short business stays are returned here as over 2-3 months it has not improved

Our second stay at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal will definitely not be the last, because the perfect service in this dream hotel was already evident from the fact that we were greeted by name by Mr. John at the front door and also by other employees. What a masterpiece of guest care in a hotel with several hundred guests! The breakfast leaves hardly anything to be desired, from unusual types of honey to all the specialties of Arabic and international cuisine to the occasional ostrich eggs and caviar. Mrs. Tanika Bhorwmick and her team really did everything for our well-being and made breakfast a highlight of our stay. Mr. Vishnu on the breakfast terrace remembered our preferred type of coffee and served without ordering!!! Service couldn't be better. The service at the adults pool was also simply perfect, the cold drinking water was refilled again and again without being asked. It's not so hard to say goodbye because we've already decided to treat ourselves to this experience again in the fall!
