really good service and unique, traditional architecture and interior! perfect for families and people who like to be surrounded by water, such as many pools, water slides, and the beach. there’s a good view at sunset at the beach, where you can see many buildings and ferris wheel. the breakfast buffet is really good. it’s also in a convenient neighborhood. 1 of the employees helped me make a reservation for nammos dubai (which i recommend as well) for my birthday and i’m thankful for that :)

My day at the Ritz Carlton Dubai JBR was nothing short of fantastic. After purchasing a day pass, I was able to fully experience the luxury and service that the Ritz Carlton is known for. Although the location is nestled among many buildings, once inside, you're transported to a serene oasis that feels worlds away from the surrounding cityscape.
The service is truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, always ensuring my needs were met without being intrusive. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality, and it made the day all the more relaxing.
The beach is pristine, with soft white sand and a beautifully maintained shoreline. Whether lounging by the beach or at the pools, everything was top-notch. The pools are stunning, offering a tranquil setting, and the lounge chairs provided are of excellent quality, making it easy to unwind in complete comfort. The towel service was perfect, with fresh, clean towels always available when needed.
The washroom and changing facilities were impeccably clean throughout the day, adding to the overall sense of luxury and care. As for the food and drinks, they were delicious and well-prepared, enhancing the overall experience.
For the level of service and amenities, the price of the day pass was more than reasonable. I will definitely be returning to the Ritz Carlton Dubai JBR—it’s the perfect escape for a day of pampering and relaxation. Highly recommended!

My sister and I were staying in JBR, and she’s recovering from a broken hip, so she’s been walking with a crutch. We were at a beach bar and tried to walk back to our hotel, but the sand made it difficult for her to move with the crutch. We asked the Ritz security staff for help in accessing the street, but the security guard was incredibly rude and refused to assist us.
We kept walking and eventually found the Ritz bar, where we asked for help again. The staff there was kind and quickly helped us through the bar to get to the street. Just as we were making our way out, the same security guard came running over, telling us we couldn’t walk through the hotel and insisting we take a long detour around the building. Despite my sister clearly walking with a crutch, he wouldn’t believe she had a disability and refused to listen when she offered to show him proof of her bone scans. It was one of the most frustrating and upsetting experiences we've had.
What made matters worse was the way the security guard treated us. Not only did he question my sister’s disability, but he also implied we were soliciting, which was not only offensive but completely unprofessional. The Ritz staff seriously needs training in how to properly deal with disabilities and how to treat women with respect. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and it's shocking that it occurred at such a prestigious hotel.
We’ve visited Dubai many times, and this was by far the worst service we've encountered. After this experience, we would never visit or eat at again, nor would we recommend it to friends. What was especially disappointing was how the security guard made our evening unnecessarily stressful by doubting my sister’s disability and making us feel like we were lying.
Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped us through the hotel to the street, where we were able to catch a taxi. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and would like to extend our thanks to this person for their understanding and assistance
