The first thing that stands out for me is the friendly and professional manner of the staff at this hotel. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Although you can see the hotel needs a bit extra TLC, which is most definitely as a result of the covid 19 pandemic, one can see they are doing everything they can to improve. The aircon in the room we had originally booked was not working and the staff immediately made a plan to transfer us into another room without delay. The food from the restaurant is really good and it's such a treat to spend the day lazing away at the lovely pools, especially that the tourist area in Sanur is about 20-30min drive from the hotel. I highly recommend booking a treatment with the spa, as the ladies are lovely and professional! The whole experience is such a treat! You won't regret it!

If you are looking for a place to relax, I can only recommend to come here. I was here for a few days only and did not feel the need to go out of the hotel : 3 wonderful pools, daily massage, and great food, not to mention a very helpful staff. So far the best place i have stayed in Bali! Terima kasih!

Seen better days but trying hard after Covid disaster. Recreational pool decking in v. Poor condition. LAP pool good, approx 50m two lanes. Adjacent gym well appointed with boxing half ring. Water and towels supplied. Food average for Bali.
