I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality provided by the staff was truly top-notch. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and valued as a guest.
The professionalism of the team was evident in every interaction. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was comfortable.
Whether it was the concierge assisting with local recommendations or the housekeeping staff maintaining impeccable cleanliness, each member of the team contributed to a seamless experience.

The rooms are always in impeccable condition, and the 24/7 Butler service is truly distinguished among Dubai’s top hotels. They made our stay feel like home—and beyond.
One of the highlights of our stay was the in-room private dining experience. The food was exceptional, with a perfect balance of taste, presentation, and quality, making it one of the best in-room dining experiences I’ve had in Dubai.
Highly recommended, as it offers exceptional value for money compared to many other luxury hotels in Dubai.

The St. Regis Downtown isn’t just a business hotel in a business district that is convenient to all places you need to get to but it is also a luxurious stay.
Staff isn’t just friendly and professional they are so warming you want to adopt everyone of them as a family member. At the concierge desk are wizards of fulfilling and finding the absolute perfect solution to your requests. Anthony and Drago are simply without peer. And the butler service is efficient and no one better than Sophia who packs and folds cloths so well she is almost an Origami Master of folding fabric.

First of all I would thank you for the comfort stay, I had a very bad experience and impression when I arrived with my family. As per the hotel policy the check in time is 15:00 but we made it to the hotel at 16:30 which means we gave some more time for our suite to be ready. Unfortunately when we arrived we found a line of people waiting for their turn to check in and we were standing looking at each other like are we really in 5 stars hotel!! Some of us were disappointed for some issues in the reservations, and the others had to wait for their rooms to be ready for check in! Which made me feel frustrated and I was thinking to cancel my reservation and leave immediately. After that it was my turn to finally had the chance to have a seat and speak to the representative. She was very comfortable telling me that my suite is not ready yet!!!! When I refused to that she didn’t even show me that an apology is required from your respected hotel!! Which made me even more upset and angry about the attitude and the whole freaking experience!! I didn’t not expect that at all! And that was the worst experience I had ever in 5 stars hotel. We noticed an operational issue as well as a very low level of customer service and experience.

Additionally, the hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of hospitality.
