I love spending time here more than my children do. The stuff working here is the best! My child was burned by hot tea and they take care of us well. Me and my family are overwhelmed by their kindness.. I forgot taking photos of the chocolate gift but they also deliver the breakfast to our room every day after what happened. Thank you so much i will never forget this wonderful experience.

Everything is amazing, especially with a child. The meet and greet is fantastic experience for all ages of the children. The food is also good, and the service is great, our waiter Gray was a very helpful guy

There were some misunderstandings between reception and us but duty manager Aziz gently dealt with it. I appreciate that and hopefully see him again any time soon when we have new family members since I felt it was very kid-friendly hotel. But I recommend you to rent a car to enjoy theme parks better as Yas shuttles so rarely run that hard to take it. Ferrari world and sea world is quite far from this hotel by foot.
