I recently stayed at the WB Hotel by Hilton, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the service at reception was impeccable—special thanks to Beyaz for her warm welcome and professionalism. She made check-in seamless and ensured all our needs were taken care of. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast spread, which catered to every taste and was a perfect start to the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, great amenities, and excellent dining options makes this hotel a fantastic choice. I can’t wait to return!

I stayed at the Warner Bros. Hotel by Hilton Abu Dhabi in January 2025, which is typically a quieter, school time and off-peak season. Despite this, I found the prices to be extremely high and fluctuating unpredictably. For instance, prices ranged from 1,000 AED to as much as 5,000 AED per night, which feels excessive for what is offered. Pricing and Booking Issues: When searching for the hotel on Google, the displayed price seemed misleading. It initially showed 3,000 AED for a four-night stay, but upon booking, I realized this was actually the price per night. Which is fine but, when I checked in, the hotel attempted to charge me more than my confirmed booking price. While this was eventually corrected, the final price was still inconsistent with my reservation. This lack of transparency in pricing undermines trust and creates unnecessary stress for guests. Room Quality and Comfort: The room itself was underwhelming and very basic for the price being charged. While the decor, featuring characters like Bugs Bunny and Tom and Jerry, was nostalgic and entertaining for the child traveling with me, it didn’t justify the exorbitant rates. One major issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear children in the neighboring room screaming, jumping on the bed, and playing, which made it hard to relax. This level of noise disruption is unacceptable, especially for a hotel charging such high rates. Additionally, the towels provided were worn out and in need of replacement, coffee and tea lowest quality, and the room’s overall condition suggested it was overdue for renovations. Dining Experiences: The dining options were a mixed experience: • Sidekicks Restaurant: This breakfast venue was chaotic and overcrowded, with a loud and packed environment that felt more like a cafeteria. The experience was far from relaxing, especially for adults. • The Director’s Club: This was a much better alternative. The atmosphere was calmer, and the food quality was noticeably superior to Sidekicks. Theme Park Access; The hotel advertises one complimentary entry per day to a Yas theme park, but this perk doesn’t justify the room’s high price. A daily ticket to Warner Bros. World costs around 300 AED, and while the inclusion is nice, it doesn’t balance out the cost of a 3,000 AED per night room. Unlimited park access might make the pricing more reasonable, but unfortunately, this isn’t offered. Additional Charges and Services: Extra fees were a recurring issue. For instance, late check-out costs 200 AED, and many other services required additional payments. The constant add-ons made the experience feel transactional rather than hospitable. Final Thoughts: While the hotel’s proximity to Yas Island’s theme parks and its nostalgic decor are appealing, the steep prices, basic room quality, and operational inefficiencies detract from the experience. The lack of soundproofing, crowded dining areas, and frequent additional charges made the stay less enjoyable than expected. For the price being charged, I would expect a far superior experience. There are better hotel options in Abu Dhabi that provide access to the theme parks without the inflated costs. Unless significant improvements are made, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Very lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is wonderful for families. The kids loved seeing the characters all over the hotel ( daffy, bugs, robin.. etc). Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is facing the WB theme park. and is a walking distance from Yas water park. it is very close to the hotel and close to the other parks. therefore, location is excellent. Food was good and the design of the hotel is on theme and super nostalgic. would stay there again.
