I love spending time here more than my children do. The stuff working here is the best! My child was burned by hot tea and they take care of us well. Me and my family are overwhelmed by their kindness.. I forgot taking photos of the chocolate gift but they also deliver the breakfast to our room every day after what happened. Thank you so much i will never forget this wonderful experience.

I had dine at the Sidekicks restaurant for my breakfast and had a great time. Very good service from this waiter, Abdo and the food was also very good. The buffett menu changes every day for certain dishes which was good.

We are regular guests for this hotel, and the place and the staff never fail to amaze us. We had Bugs Bunny deliver the cookies and milkshakes today at our room, and my daughter had so much fun! Brian, Leti and Alain made it more exciting! Will definitely do this again on our next visit!

My family and I stayed with WB hotel for 2 nights to visit the parks, we took a room with bunk bed its spacious and comfortable, my view was on (Friends tv show couch). - It was an amazing stay, and the staff made it better specially Shib & Karlos they really assisted us with care and kind. - Hotel provides you with tickets per nights for all registered guests in the booking, so in my case it was 2 all parks tickets for 3 persons, i add the fast pass from yas website it my experience better. - breakfast was good - price was a bit high but the experience deserve it. - I definitely will come back to the hotel soon.
