“An unforgettable stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve Resort!” I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms were modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always smiling and ready to help with anything. One of the highlights was the breakfast—it had so many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also loved spending time by the pool, soaking up the sun while enjoying the incredible scenery. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to come back!

I just spent 3 wonderful nights/days at Tivoli Carvoeiro and loved every minute of it. From the front desk help to the restaurant, bar and doormen workers, everyone was very pleasant, professional and practiced attention to detail which I value immensely. The room was very spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in hotels of this category. The view of the hotel is breathtaking and one never gets tired of seeing it. I truly recommend this hotel for a romantic stay or for a solo adventure.

I'll start out by saying that this hotel's location is perfectly central for exploring so much of the Algarve. The view from the nearby cliff was wonderful. It's a quick walk into town and the free parking was an easy bonus for us. However we were rather disappointed with many aspects of the resort overall. This may have been a 5 star hotel at one point in time but things seem rather outdated now. The original room we were given was not clean and we had to ask to be moved to a less nice room that was luckily at least much cleaner but the staff did not even apologize for the problem. My partner and I both work in the hospitality industry and we found the service at both the front desk and the bar/restaurants to be lacking. We both understand that working in hospitality can at times be stressful but we found much of the staff to be rather apathetic. We realized that booking during the off season might result in some of the amenities being closed but we were sad to not find out until we got there that the rooftop bar was completely closed. The pool was open the first day of our stay but then was abruptly closed the next which was a disappointment with the weather being very nice still. It would have been nice to have a heads up or a discount on our stay due to the lack of amenities. TLDR: Great location but lacking in comfort, customer service and off season amenities. Probably a better deal during high season but if you're looking for luxury, I'd look elsewhere.

We have stayed there every year October and December for 8 years now. They remember us as they’re such attentive and happy staff. It’s perfection! Eating breakfast over the ocean… This time was a birthday visit and we got a surprise complementary champagne in an ice bucket and big beautiful cake with fresh berries on top, candles too!

Our stay at the Tivoli hotel on Dec 2, was wonderful. My pooch and I had a great time and could not have been made to feel more welcome by all of the staff. The hotel is situated in a lovely residential area with stunning scenery and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and the boardwalk. Parking was easy and right next to the hotel reception where we were warmly greeted and shown to our room. We were upgraded to a lovely terrace room because the pool was being renovated and there was no access to the back of the property only the side garden. What a delight to find a dog bed and dog bowls in the room. The room was immaculate, spacious and had all the amenities you need and more. We had dinner at the beautiful bar terrace overlooking the ocean and spectacular rock formations. They also have a special dog menu with a choice of main courses and snacks. We look forward to our next stay. Obrigada!
