A Dream Wedding Venue with Unmatched Hospitality Tivoli Carvoeiro is a place of true beauty and elegance—absolutely breathtaking. I've had the pleasure of staying here three times, and we recently chose this stunning hotel to host our wedding. It was a decision that exceeded our every expectation. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by a team that embodies warmth and hospitality. The staff at Tivoli is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We felt completely at ease, knowing we were in such capable hands. For our wedding, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Liliana and Ana, who helped coordinate every detail of our big day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made the planning process so seamless and enjoyable. From start to finish, they took care of everything, ensuring that every element was thoughtfully executed. Thanks to them, our wedding was a beautiful, flawless celebration that went far beyond what we had envisioned. We could truly relax and be present in the moment, knowing that everything was under control. What makes Tivoli Carvoeiro even more special is its welcoming atmosphere for everyone. It's a truly family-friendly destination, with plenty to keep both kids and adults entertained. What you see is NOT what you get. Be expected to receive a parking lot or your neighbors as your view. We’re lucky to have a balcony, as our families got none. Make sure to have footwear on by the pool as they have nails popping out from the deck and broken planks. The loungers by the pool are on their last leg, literally! Some have broken seat backs. The service is not consistent. However, there are three that will most definitely make your visit sane! Such wonderful people! The food here is great, although a five minute walk you can double for your buck. (I know hotels are a premium, but so is this “hotel”) The rooms are great though, it’s just not anything what you see. Many guests have been complaining about the same thing.

I’m incredibly frustrated with our experience at this so-called 5-star hotel. Our room flooded because the shower wouldn’t drain, soaking our luggage and clean clothes. We had to make six calls and wait 45 minutes for a new room, and it took us 1.5 hours to move and settle in. This completely ruined our morning plans for an ocean activity that we were really looking forward to. While the hotel offered laundry service and a new room, their compensation of just two drinks felt shockingly inadequate. We lost out on a great experience, and it put a huge damper on our mood for the rest of the trip. This is not the level of service I expected, and I’m deeply disappointed.

5 stars across the board. Spectacular views. Excellent service. Great range of restaurants. The resort was fairly quiet considering we went in the height of season, which meant we never had to wait for a table, or wait to be served. Since it has two pools, we almost always had the indoor pool to ourselves. Sky bar and the sushi restaurant were unreal - the ambience is out of this world.

Awesome Stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro – Stunning Views and Great! We recently stayed at Tivoli Carvoeiro during our trip to Algarve, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is right on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the views from just about everywhere are absolutely breathtaking. The infinity pool is definitely a highlight – it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying that incredible ocean view! They also have a great gym, a spa with all kinds of treatments, and even a heated indoor pool for those cooler days. When it comes to activities, there’s plenty to do! You can go for a hike along the cliffs right from the hotel or take a short drive to the famous Benagil Caves and nearby beaches. They offer kayaking, paddleboarding, and boat trips, which are fantastic for exploring the stunning coastline. Plus, there are yoga sessions on the terrace where you can start your day with the sound of the waves. The dining options at the hotel are fantastic, too – there’s a rooftop bar with amazing views, a Portuguese restaurant serving fresh local dishes, and a buffet with lots of variety. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a special place in Algarve that’s luxurious, has gorgeous views, and offers plenty of fun activities, you can’t go wrong with Tivoli Carvoeiro. It’s a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure!
