Thank you for your service and a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very clean and nice. It is in a good strategic location in the city center.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we were very satisfied with the staff and the hotel services. We will probably come back in the future. I can recommend it to everyone, you will definitely not regret it. The standard of the hotel is at a high level. Thank you :)

Fantastic stay. Really nice room with nice views. All the staff are super efficient and friendly. Our cleaner Khalil was super efficient, hard working and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. Our room 1504 was always super clean and stocked with bottles of water, tea and coffee.
Breakfast in the morning was always a good start to the day and again all the staff were super efficient friendly.
The pool was quite small but we always got somewhere to sit.
I can only repeat that all staff from cleaners to reception were very helpful which went a long way. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel’s location near the metro station was a big plus. The hotel was decent, but the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. Additionally, the surfaces and rooms could use some updating to match modern standards.
The breakfast was good and diverse, but in a four-star hotel, guests should not have to wait in line for breakfast. Perhaps the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests.
When we arrived late at night with our children, the kids’ bed was not made, and we had to wait for it before we could go to sleep after a long flight. The next morning, Khalil from room service immediately apologized for this and took care of the room’s cleanliness and our comfort in the best possible way throughout the week.

I had a very pleasant stay at Towers Rotana. Their staff are very warm welcoming and accommodating especially the Reception staff Daryl who gave me a room upgrade and allowed me to check out late as my flight is leaving at 7pm. The room I got had a reading nook which was a very nice spot to sit on while watching the view of Sheikh Zayed road. I also enjoyed my warm bath in their cozy bath tub. I got to try the food in their Long’s Bar and it was very delicious. I would surely stay again with Towers Rotana in future holidays.
