This hotel offers a fantastic experience with a wide range of amenities to keep guests entertained and comfortable. The property itself is impressive, featuring multiple pools and hot tubs, with a lifeguard on duty who was exceptionally attentive, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment.
The hotel also boasts convenient dining options, including a Starbucks and a charming diner, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or enjoying a sit-down meal. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a bowling alley, an arcade, and even a souvenir shop for memorable keepsakes. Adding a magical touch, different characters made appearances in the lobby, which was a delightful surprise.
Another major perk was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. It was always on time, making transportation stress-free and easy.
Checking in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I also loved the convenience of checking out via text, such a thoughtful touch that made the process quick and hassle-free.
While the rooms were clean, they felt a bit dated. The headboard in my room was peeling, and although the hallways had been recently painted, the lingering paint smell was noticeable throughout my stay.
Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive. The hotel may be on the pricier side, but with so many amenities and conveniences available on-site, it's well worth the cost for a fun and hassle-free stay.

First let me say this hotel is a neat place and very cool. Lets start with the check in experience. We arrived at noon and checked in only to find out that we had to wait for a text message to give us our room number. After waiting until 330 with no text I went to the desk and found out our room had been ready but we never got any text except the welcome text at check-in. The room was good beds were very comfortable but didn't seem to be queen size as advertised?? Everything in the resort was expensive for our group of three and no real place like store to get any snacks or soda except vending machines twix bar was was $3.00 a little much. Food at food court was good but again expensive. All in all if I had a group of lots of kids and on a limited budget I could not afford this place. Getting to the park was fantastic and only 5 minute ride. Bus drivers were great all of them. Lots of kids at this place every day and pools were good except the $15 charge to get a float for the lazy river. Check out was easy with a text message. I would suggest this place for families with kids but again it is expensive. Seems to be a theme at Universal all the way around. Lastly we never saw room service the entire stay they never came to the room but it would have been nice because I had to find a place to take the trash from our room on the 3rd day. I made our beds every day.

The room was nice, but that was about it.
Starting at check in - it took over an hour to check in as there were only two people on desk (during spring break!). The service was sub par checking in, they didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t tell give us any information about the resort.
The pool area was dirty - used towels on every chair with obviously no one using them, food spilled all over the pool deck attracting birds. They have floaties for sale at the lazy River for a ridiculous amount of money. We wish we would have known before hand to bring out own.
We bought tickets at the concierge for the park. Basically had to interrogate the staff for information about shuttles, times, etc…
I don’t expect much from the food, but it was even worse than I could have imagined. $9 for one slide of torn up soggy French toast.
For the price of this hotel I would have thought the service would be much better. Will NEVER stay at an Orlando resort again.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. My only complaint is the pricing at the diner, which was exorbitantly expensive for mediocre food. Would recommend food delivery or going to City Walk instead. The bus to City Walk was almost always ready to ride, I think we only had to wait one time for a few minutes. We got a $500 meal card for staying here, which made it worth it over the other cheaper resorts. You can definitely tell this resorts age, as the room feels like it's from the 2000s. Overall good experience and would stay again.

My stay at this resort was nothing short of a disaster. From the start, we booked two rooms and were encouraged to either upgrade (for an additional cost) or to downgrade to get the rooms close together. We never received a refund for the price difference despite multiple requests. The mattresses were extremely old and uncomfortable, with deep dips that made sleeping nearly impossible. We also encountered a broken ADA shower handle, which a staff member claimed was functioning, but it clearly was not.
To make matters worse, while one staff member, Stephen, offered a third room to accommodate my daughter's special needs, we were later informed that it would incur an extra charge. Despite multiple complaints about the unsatisfactory conditions, our concerns went unanswered, and we had to endure dirty and uncomfortable rooms for our entire stay.
The complete lack of empathy from the staff was disheartening. It was evident that guest comfort is not a priority here. I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience. It’s a place that clearly doesn't care about its guests.
The bartender at the outdoor bar & grill and the ladies at the malt shoppe were the only friendly people.
