The resort is in good condition and well kept, the views are spectacular and rooms spacious and clean. The people are friendly and helpful. We were on the all inclusive treat and would have preferred for the bar to serve beer in a bottle and not pour in a glass as the beer gets flat. The pool is huge and kept clean on a daily. Would return again if given the chance.

We enjoyed ourselves as a group at the hotel. We appreciated the three generous and scrumptious meals a day and the after hours entertainment. The rooms are forever clean with a good supply of fresh water. They can just refresh the state of the bathrooms. This is one place we will go back to anytime.

I have been to this resort many times, I have recommended it to numerous friends and family. My recent visit with friends who have not been there before was terrible. The food was limited, on all inclusive if ordering a drink, you must go to a different bar and if they have all the stock to make you a cocktail, you are lucky. Local beer kilamanjaro taken off the list. There are no waiters anymore??? Even the incusive water comes from a filtered tank into a bottle that was used by someone else. They used to give sealed bottle water. The staff are not happy, the gardens and paths are not swept daily. Sad to see how the service has deteriorated and the vibe has gone. Will certainly be looking for a new resort when I do my next trip and will recommend to nobody. I choose to believe that it's all due to the long term owners having sold the resort that they don't care about customer service. Made the most of it anyway!
