Our family of 14 recently stayed at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya and we had the most incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the property’s beauty and cleanliness. Every corner of the resort is impeccably maintained, and it’s clear that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a top-notch guest experience. As Preferred Club guests, we received everything promised, and the level of service went far beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always eager to help with a smile. Whether it was dining, room service, or enjoying the stunning pools and beach, we felt truly pampered. Having visited Dreams Tulum after this vacation, there’s no comparison—Valentin Imperial completely blows it out of the water. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway, this is the place to be.🌴💙

This was truly the best resort I’ve ever stayed at, especially for being all inclusive. The staff is out of this world - they genuinely do everything to make sure you have the best vacation. They are attentive, friendly, efficient, etc. the food is also incredible. Not to mention - wherever you sit a server comes up to you and is very attentive. Rooms were spacious and so clean. The resort archicture as well is beautiful - so clean when it rains it’s slippery! They are constantly cleaning the property. All of the activity guides are a blast, great energy, etc. I have 0 complaints and would come here every year!

The people and outstanding service, the food was excellent, the pool and the beach very accessible. The imperial band was awesome and we enjoyed the entertainment. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with the romantic dinner on the beach. Weather was very comfortable and French restaurant and the Hacienda outside was terrific.The best resort that we have ever been to and the aroma was very refreshing. We will be back one day!! Oscar, Alan, to many to remember and Dora personality was Lovely.

It's so quiet and peaceful. It's a very jungle-like location. It's spread out so it's a large space, but the capacity is small so there aren't crowds anywhere. The pools and beach and restaurants are beautiful, the rooms are nicely furnished. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars all around is because the food wasn't always great. Good, but not great.

Okay let’s start off by saying this is a beautiful resort and the workers are so friendly and extremely hard working! Please be aware, dinners here are casual and lunches and breakfast don’t have a dress code so you can wear shorts and all to those. Each restaurant has a theme and menu to follow. Alan at the front desk was great! The pool area was great and the MC Israel was phenomenal at his job. The pools have a swim up bar and the drinks are decent. I say decent because you can definitely tell they’re watered down or diluted in bottle. A sign for sure is bathroom trips when you’re expecting yellow from all the drinking and seeing a hydrated clear number one lol.. but regardless, they’re decent. The water pressure was great and got hot too! The shower door in my room opened inside the shower which felt a little backwards to me. Towels were good and heavy but a bit rough but got you really dry. The food is great! Breakfast was amazing and the lunch truck near the pool is awesome too. Safety wise, rest assured that me and my group felt absolutely secure here and never had an issue with anything. Of course always protect yourself, but I bring it up because the resort just felt safe. They have shows and bands every night along with activities throughout the day. They work with any food allergies you may have and substitute what you can’t for what you can. Beach looked pretty good as well but I didn’t spend much time there as I prefer a pool. They have a fresh churro cart too that was great! Oscar is a waiter in a lot of the restaurants and he’s amazing! Martha stood out as well in the Don Miguel bar. Room service 24/7 was insane so we had to try it and it was great and so convenient. One thing I will say, pack you some indigestion meds and tums for sure. Although the food was great, it definitely doesn’t stay around like the food in America lol.. All in all, a great resort and place to visit. I would return. 4 stars because of watered down drinks.
