Second time staying here and even with stormy weather it’s an amazing stay! The service is impeccable. Any small issue they sort out immediately and fully. The team is super caring and professional. By far the best resort in Portugal. Thanks Vila Vita for another amazing stay.

My husband and I stayed at Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa for two nights in mid-October, and it was definitely not long enough! This resort is stunning, with so many activities and amenities to explore. What truly sets it apart, though, is the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service.
On our first night, we had a small issue, and Mr. José Vila-Nova, one of the hotel managers, handled it personally. He was genuinely committed to ensuring that the rest of our stay was perfect, and I really appreciated how he honored our feelings instead of deflecting or downplaying the situation. This level of customer care is rare these days.
Throughout our stay, we were greeted warmly by every staff member, and everyone was eager to help. The hotel and its grounds are breathtaking, meticulously maintained, and the food—just incredible!
Overall, an unforgettable experience, and we hope to return.

I wish I could give more stars! This is a phenomenal hotel. There is nothing that I would change. You are treated like royalty from the moment that you check in. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. All of the meals were amazing, even at the poolside restaurant. The person at the coffee shop is even a true professional. Everything is done to perfection at this hotel.
We stayed in a standard deluxe room and it was still really nice.

This is a beautiful and very large luxury property in the less touristic side of Algarve with manicured gardens and ponds. Low rise architecture and buildings that blend in harmony with the landscape. Rooms a very spacious and well appointed. It has direct access to the beach and the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to another larger beach nearby and the village.
As a large resort, it has over a dozen dining options from casual pool bar to a two Michelin star gastronomic restaurant. It also offers a dining option at their wine cellar, the largest private wine collection in Portugal. Here you can experience gourmet meal with great wine tasting and even a traditional port wine bottle opening and serving. Service is very attentive, as expected from a 5 star hotel. Good facilities, including an infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas.

I don't think I had been to a five star resort before, so I was clearly blown away. The service was exceptional, the rooms and grounds are gorgeous and the location right on the beach is breathtaking. You're probably not going to want to leave. We were there for four days and didn't even come close to doing everything they have to offer. If the opportunity presents itself, I would go back in a heartbeat.
