The hotel is situated in the most perfect location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ashraf took care of us with his service, he gave us hot towels when it got too cold outside. The French cuisine restaurant had good food. It was an amazing experience here. The best part is the 24*7 open pool. Definitely coming back again.

I was enchanted by this place, it is simply beautiful, with a breathtaking view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. In addition, the service was excellent at all times, with a very attentive and helpful staff.
The drinks are delicious and well prepared, which made the experience even more pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Omar's service, which was sensational! He was extremely professional, friendly and made all the difference during our stay, ensuring that everything went perfectly.

Reaching the hotel by jetty was a smooth 40-minute ride, although it would have been nice if the captain had welcomed us onboard to enhance the experience. Upon arrival, there were no welcome drinks offered, which is something I’ve come to expect at similar properties.
The room we checked into was disappointing; the balcony still had trash, making it clear the room had been rushed to prepare (despite our 5 PM check-in). Additionally, no basic orientation was provided during check-in—there was no information about the breakfast location, property facilities, or other essentials.
I had requested a birthday cake well in advance, and while it was confirmed, it never arrived despite repeated reminders. Worse still, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake, no reply to follow-up emails, and no apology offered.
In-room dining options were very limited, especially for vegetarians, and the food and drink prices were excessively high. Basics like hand towels weren’t stocked and had to be requested every time. While on the beach, no staff came around to take orders, which was surprising and inconvenient—we had to actively search for someone to assist.
That said, the property itself is stunning. It’s peaceful yet entertaining, with a great DJ playing throughout the day and live music during breakfast. The return boat ride was quicker, taking only 20 minutes. While the overall staff was pleasant, the service left much to be desired.

Location:
The hotel is situated quite far from the city center, essentially on the island. While this may be a drawback for those wanting nearby takeout and grocery options, the hotel does offer 24-hour room service and has a small grocery shop on-site, though prices are a bit higher than average. There’s a DJ playing from morning until late, which adds a lively atmosphere, but I wish they would create a quiet area for guests seeking peace. I also appreciated that the hotel is adults-only, enhancing the serene vibe.
Check-In:
Our check-in experience wasn’t the smoothest, but the staff provided all the necessary information, which helped make the process easier.
Activities:
I felt there could have been more activities offered during our stay. One standout was the mini boat ride, which was fun and exciting.
Room:
We were given a lovely room with an amazing beach view and a spacious balcony to enjoy the scenery.
Gym/Pool/Beach:
The large infinity pool was under renovation, which was disappointing since it wasn’t mentioned on the website. However, beach access was a nice touch; it was calm and relaxing, though there’s room for improvement with more sunbeds and shaded areas. The gym had limited equipment, but it was adequate for a decent workout.
Staff:
The staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with any requests.
Breakfast:
Breakfast offered plenty of options in a spacious dining area. A special mention goes to "Di" from La Brasserie restaurant for her friendly smile and warm welcome.
Overall:
Our stay was delightful, and we had a great time relaxing. Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an amazing getaway.
