Beautiful hotel. The beds are not very comfy. The food really excellent and delicious with different varieties. The buffet price is ok with Fazaa discount. Mr. Hesham in reception was a nice person. The hotel is good for young couples. For elderly people like us, it's nice to see but not much to do. Therefore can't recommend more than two days maximum.

Not a 5-star experience — closer to a budget 3-star by Dubai standards. The hotel is not marketed as a party destination, but we quickly discovered otherwise upon arrival. More importantly, it’s advertised as adults-only, which was a key reason for our booking — yet a child arrived during our stay, which was disappointing. The property itself has great potential but isn’t living up to it. Staff could be better informed about promoting the hotel’s offerings — for example, providing clear details on events, optimal times to use facilities, and offering drink packages for longer-stay guests. A designated quiet area would also be appreciated for those not wanting to be around constant loud music. Room amenities could also be improved. Toiletries felt basic and upon arrival, there weren’t enough towels provided. Furthermore there is a serious lack of power here. My hairdryer would keep cutting out and eventually stop as well as the music in the evenings would cut out multiple times. Something to be aware of ladies if you need to style your hair! On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive — every team member we interacted with offered great service. Overall, the hotel feels more like a classier version of an Ibiza strip property rather than a refined Dubai getaway. With a few key changes, it could be so much more.

My recent stay at Voco Monaco was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance of the hotel was welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated and perfect for both relaxation and exploration. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our visit memorable. A special highlight of my stay was dining at La Brasserie, the hotel's in-house restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great selection of international and local cuisine. I want to give a heartfelt mention to Amy, one of the restaurant staff. She was incredibly sweet, cheerful, and maintained such a positive, upbeat attitude throughout our meal. Her energy and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience. Amy was always on the move, making sure every guest felt looked after, and she did it all with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She’s a true asset to the team and deserves recognition for her outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Monaco—whether for business or pleasure. Looking forward to coming back again!

I really enjoyed my stay because of the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I also loved the amenities, such as European vibe and the breathtaking view of the resort, which made my experience extra special. I would like to personally recommend Mr. Melvin and Ms. Veronica for their exceptional service during our visit. They truly went above and beyond to make our lunch experience extra special. From their warm and attentive hospitality to their thoughtful recommendations, they made us feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism, paired with their genuine kindness, really elevated our dining experience, and I’m grateful for their efforts. It’s rare to come across such attentive and dedicated staff, and I believe they are a true asset to the team. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to both Mr. Melvin and Ms. Veronica for making our meal memorable. I would like to take a moment to commend the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, especially the manager and the security team. During my stay, I unfortunately lost a bracelet at the resort, and I was quite worried about not being able to recover it. However, the staff showed incredible dedication and professionalism in assisting me. They immediately sprang into action by reviewing the CCTV footage and retracing my steps to pinpoint where I might have lost the item. Thanks to their meticulous efforts and attention to detail, they were able to locate and return the bracelet to me, which was beyond my expectations. This level of care and customer service truly made a difference in my experience, and I am deeply appreciative of their help. It’s clear that the team is committed to ensuring guest satisfaction and goes the extra mile to resolve any issues. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in assisting with this matter, and I believe their efforts reflect positively on the resort's overall standard of service. Oh, lastly I just need to address at some point: Improve the experience for day pass guests, I would suggest adding a more comfortable and functional changing room, particularly for those who want to freshen up after using the facilities. During my visit, I noticed that the water in the changing area was extremely hot, almost to the point where it felt uncomfortable, like drinking hot coffee. This made it difficult for guests to properly clean up or feel refreshed. Having water at a more comfortable, refreshing temperature would definitely enhance the experience for all guests, especially those only visiting for a day. I will certainly recommend this resort to others and look forward to returning in the future. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We would especially like to mention Prem, the housekeeping gentleman, whose kindness touched us deeply. The chefs were also incredibly nice and always attentive—any time we had a concern, they made sure to address it with generosity and professionalism. The reception staff stood out with their exceptional friendliness and care. They often asked how we were doing, engaged in warm conversations with us, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Their support went well beyond expectations. We genuinely love this place and are certain that we will return in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special!
