The housekeeping staff at this hotel did an excellent job! The rooms were always spotless, well-organized, and smelled fresh. They were also very friendly and attentive to any special requests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was big, nice and clean. From door man, reception to the housecleaning everyone was super nice and friendly. Our housekeeper Bibek made sure we have everything we need and we got surprises with tower art every day. We had been already curious what we see when coming back to the hotel, from swans to little elephants. We loved it! We would highly recommend the hotel.

I booked a room for my wife, and straight after, the prices dropped by 50%. I contacted the hotel asking why the prices ha: changed that much, and if I can make a booking with the new prices. I got confirmation message that as long as I made another booking, my original booking would be refunded. Since then I am not getting any proper responses, and it has taken 9 days to go back and forth. I then contacted the hotel on the phone and I was told that it was not their issue and they would not make any refunds. The first interaction with a 5-star hotel leaves a really negative impression. I have never had any such issues with other 5-star hotels, as these hotels care about their reputation. A few $$$ that make no difference to the hotel in fact leave a very unhappy customer, and it’s all even before my stay has started.

I had an extremely disappointing stay.They advertise services that they outright refuse to provide when you ask. I booked the hotel based on the amenities they claimed to offer, but upon arrival, they denied everything. The staff(Mr. Forat) was rude and completely unprofessional in handling even basic requests. Instead of resolving issues, they seemed uninterested and dismissive. The way they treated guests was shocking—zero hospitality and no sense of customer service. If you’re looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay, avoid this place at all costs. Plenty of better hotels actually deliver what they promise!

Very good place if you want a relaxing beach holiday. The only slighty less comfortable remark is the hot water that runs out after 10 minutes in the shower and the pool that was (I suppose) not heated and therefore really freezing cold. The service and smiles of the personnel was just excellent. Special thanks to Nathaniel in the restaurant for the very nice discussion and service.
