Our stay at W The Palm - by the beach - was absolutely phenomenal and splendid!
From the moment we arrived, we was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the exceptional experience that followed. The stunning sea view, luxurious accommodations, and impeccable service exceeded all our expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to perfection, making us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay. I can confidently say that W The Palm has redefined the meaning of luxury and relaxation by the beach. A truly unforgettable experience that my husband and I can't wait to relive!

Wow what an amazing hotel in every way, we arrived at 3am and the reception staff were so helpful and kind. They upgraded us to a suite which was out of this world. All the pools were fantastic and not overcrowded with people. We had dinner twice at the hotel, the rooftop bar and restaurant had the best food I have tasted in Dubai, the next day we had dinner in the hotel restuarant which was just as good the special was Around the World food so much choice. We went to the Spa twice and that was incredible. Normally I would have something negative to say because this hotel could not be perfect but I have to say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and have recommended to all my friends and family to check it out. Love Love Love it thank you for making our stay as special as it was.

Had a GREAT time. Rooms are spacious. True definition of luxury and pampering.
We got an upgrade because it was our first time, which we really appreciated.
They have an adult pool and family pool.
Breakfast was beyond amazing, so many choices and super fresh.
Loved the fact that breakfast was until 11:45 which gave us the opportunity to sleep in.
Staff is great and friendly.
You can rent cabanas on the pool.
DJ at pool.
Would definitely go back.
Rooms are super clean and spacious. Quality of bathroom items is great.

The only problem with Dubai is that there is no metro transport, so every time we were forced to take a taxi to get from the hotel.
but we still recommend this hotel, for its beauty and their hospitality

What an awesome experience we had at W Dubai The Palm. We were treated like VIP from the moment we set our foot out our car. The friendly staff and hospitality was out of this world. They made our stay extra special… we celebrated our wedding anniversary and had such a pleasant stay. The swimming pools are next level and the rooms are high tech and very trendy. The spa and massage was VERY calming and tranquil. The breakfast was something I have never seen before. Such healthy options…. Thank you very much- we will see you again
