Beautiful hotel in a great location. We stayed here and had a really good time. The swimming pools however always get pretty full lacking space for the rest who would like to swim which is a bit of a poor design otherwise it’s. Beautiful hotel lovely breakfast lovely staff always very helpful and welcoming thank you very much for everything!

W Dubai – The Palm and WET Deck Dubai deliver an outstanding experience! The hotel’s modern, stylish design perfectly complements the luxury vibe. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and offer breathtaking views of the Palm. The staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make sure every need is met.
At WET Deck, the poolside atmosphere is vibrant and chic, with amazing music and refreshing drinks. The service was exceptional—staff was attentive and always smiling, ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun with stunning views. Everything was flawless, from the hospitality to the facilities. Highly recommend!

I can’t remember staying at a nicer hotel. The facilities were great as you would expect, but the thing that makes this hotel for me is the team they have working there. They take notice of every detail and proactively go over and above to make your stay as delightful as possible. From reception to poolside to the restaurants, every member of staff we interacted with was not just good, they were OUTSTANDING. A fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at the W Hotel and cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. A special shoutout to Thishan, who truly stood out with his exceptional service. He went out of his way on every occasion to make sure everything was perfect—he’s an absolute credit to the hotel!
The food options were outstanding, catering to all tastes and offering a great variety. The pool area was pristine, and the staff there were always friendly and accommodating.
Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, though it could have been slightly cleaner—this is just a minor detail and didn’t detract from our overall experience. However, we did find the music on weekends to be a bit of a challenge, as it went on until at least 3am and kept us awake.
In terms of location, being on the Palm is stunning but does come with some challenges. Be prepared for traffic; even short trips of around 5 miles often took us close to 45 minutes.
Overall, we had an incredible stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the W Hotel team for making our trip so special!

As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member with a longstanding loyalty to the Marriott Group for over a decade, I recently booked a stay at the W Hotel located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai for the New Year's Eve celebration. I reserved two rooms for our family, specifically requesting a connecting or adjoining room for our two daughters, aged 13 and 7.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, the rooms were not prepared as per our request, and the hotel could only offer rooms on the same floor. This was a bit frustrating for me, considering the advance booking made.
Despite these initial challenges, the front desk staff was not very helpful initially, leading my wife to contemplate canceling our reservation. However, our experience took a positive turn when Mr. Rafael Lopez, one of the managers, approached us. Although he was unable to fulfill our room request, his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service stood out in stark contrast to the rest of the staff.
I still recommend the W property as a good place to stay, but I advise reaching out to Mr. Rafael Lopez for any assistance or concerns during your visit. He truly exemplifies understanding and excellence in customer service, making him one of the standout individuals at the hotel.
