I absolutely love this hotel. The hospitality, the friendliness and the love and respect I received from everyone was amazing! I LOVED the animation crew, especially the way they entertained us was great. I especially love the care and respect from Mrs. Rose (guest relations expert). She really helps alot with every aspect of the hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who would like a clean and friendly environment with wonderful workers. The food was overflowing with huge variety of wonderful selection of authentic dishes. I guarantee you will be happy as a guest.

I spent 5 days at this resort, and it was a great holiday. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. The decor is one of the nicest I've seen. It's a big hotel with friendly staff although not all staff speak English but for us it wasn't an issue. The food was a bit repetitive, and breakfast wasn't up to standard at all (who serves fries for breakfast) they have an outside cooking station but each night the chicken was pink so we avoided it. There isn't much in terms of table service, and it's quicker to go to the bar to grab a drink at meal times. It's hard to go hungry as they serve food multiple times within their summer concept. Pools are fabulous, and they have a good amount of sun loungers. Their private beach is phenomenal. This hotel has a great location for all the shops and steak house and taxis are at the bottom of the road. All in all, I would definitely stay again.

Personally I think this Hotel is a 3/5. Firstly, the customer service is pretty atrocious. When I first arrived I saw that the safe didn’t work nor did the telephone to communicate with the reception. I asked serveral times for them to fix this, yet they did nothing!! Also the pool area is fairly small compared to other resorts i been to, the beach is not connected to the resort which is a ruckus. The surrounding area is good for extra shopping (but prices very much inflated for tourists) but its not very clean outside as there is a green river of sewage near the hotel. Food is good from the snack bar and dinner and breakfast are okay. However the bread is always very very stale!! Overall i recommend going somewhere else….

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly. However, I noticed that the dishes in the food area were sometimes dirty, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.

I stayed here for a few days with my partner and I’ve had a slightly poor service experience. On arrival, I was not told anything about what the hotel has to offer. The staff here are unhelpful, you have to figure everything out yourself. On my first day I requested an iron, they said it was late to call in the morning, I called in the morning and they said they can’t give an iron they only do laundry service, I said okay and left my clothes in a bag and filled the form as the staff advised, I was then out until the early evening and on my return, room service had attended the room but did not take the clothes for ironing/pressing as requested and did not even leave any toilet paper. I had to go downstairs to speak with a manager to which he only managed to resolve 1 of the 2 mentioned issues. None of the staff can speak even 10% of English which is not really acceptable for a resort that is primarily aimed at British and similar countries. I was then offered by the client relation manager that she would not charge me for the ironing service and offered me a trip to the bungalow by the beach which I unfortunately didn’t have time for. However, as I was checking out, Ahmet Aitin at the reception refused to acknowledge that the manager had said they would take this off. Completely lack of communication and English, absolute common ground for anyone going to a resort!! Other than this, the food, pool, entertainment is great.
