Overall: I was highly disappointed with this resort. The pictures are deceiving, so beware. The resort is a LOT smaller than anticipated. The hotel lobby is, and most of the resort does NOT have air-conditioning. The whole resort has holes in the ceilings and buckets to catch water dripps everywhere I looked. The main pool is ok size, and there is no swim up bar. There are signs everywhere to "upgrade" some service for dinner, cabanas, or bottles of alcohol. Beach was clean and there were plenty of chairs.
Rooms: We had the most basic room, which felt like a hotel. Bed and pillows were good, but the toilet kept clogging, and the balcony "view" was facing right into another room balcony.
Restaurants: Dinner options were steakhouse, Italian, Mexican, Asian and Buffet. All the dinner restaurants were great and the food was delicious just be cautious that wait times were always 1 hour wait around 7pm since they did not accept reservations. We only ate at the buffet for breakfast, which was kinda hit or miss. Food tasted old or overcooked. The tacos by the pool were delicious and great go-to for lunch. The coffee bar was consistent and good, and the candy bar was so so.
It's definitely a family resort. The main bar in the lobby had nightly entertainment at 8pm till 9pm, and all music was off and done by 11pm, so not a spot for late night hangout. There is no club on the premise either. The pigeons by the pool are a huge issue, so don't leave food or plates out. The alcohol options were extremely disappointing. I don't need top shelf, but the tequila, which should be fairly inexpensive in Mexico, was nasty. The juice used for mixed drinks was thick and concentrated. Drinks always tasted differently despite ordering the same thing.
Service: The only positive about the resort is the service. Any person that I came into contact with who worked at the resort was helpful and friendly. The servers were excellent and always smiling.

I have never experienced this type of hotel and service... If you are a zeltser water drinker like me you are out of luck, if you find 2 cans a day that is a miracle. The room service does not respond to requests even after three times and numerous attempts at the reception, even after all that still no mineral water. There is very limited options of food at any meals. We went on vacation with kids, the kids water slide pool was as we were told "under maintenance ", no other types of activities are present. We understand that we are in a resort in Mexico but to an English speaking person it is impossible to communicate what they need. The staff speaks very little to no English which is very difficult. The worse experience in my opinion is the fact that there is no designated area for smokers on the territory of the hotel. Even if you travel with kids does not automatically mean you don't smoke, the closest place to go smoke is outside of resort premises. Now the room, the outlets are not working at all only one in the bathroom. This makes it difficult to charge a phone, tablet, headphones, and any other electronic devices you need essential to your travel. The iron is not working the reception never replaced it. I do not recommend this hotel for future guests, I sure will not be coming back to this hotel.

Was such a wonderful stay. And much needed relaxation.
Patricio is amazing wish I could give 10 stars just for him!
Luis was an amazing massage therapist! Waited for this trip for such a relaxing massage, and it fulfilled those expectations.
Honestly the entire staff was so friendly and inviting and wonderful. Love this resort!

We were there for a family reunion, so 13 of us meeting up from all over the World. We had requested all rooms to be on same floor and when we arrived that was not the case, had to wait 24 hours for this to be resolved. Rooms are decent but the corridors look run down with water dripping from the ceilings. Amenities are less than basic which for the price we paid we thought was quite poor. You might want to invest in normal hair dryers for instance.
Concierge was useless and rude. Shame I did not get her name.
Staff in restaurants, room cleaning, around the pool were lovely and super helpful so only positive comments for them. Food was good for an all inclusive.
Evenings by the bar were a bit disappointing when which ever band we got (5 nights in a row) played the same songs.
Beach is great and clean. Nice to go for a swim. Pool can get a bit crowded but manageable.

Had a 2 night vacation here
We had a lot of fun
You have a lot of options for restaurants and there actually really good!
The resort is more of a family/couple resort.
There is a lot of activity’s in the pool during the day and everyone can participate in them!
The staff was nice to us everytime
The only down side is that you could not invite a guest who’s not staying in the hotel (it make sense but still )
