Excellent stay , lovely peaceful location if that is what you after. A big Thankyou to the restaurant staff if catered for out 2 year old son. Constantinos, Alex and Niko were great showing what was dairy free and even went out to buy dairy free yoghurt and made special bread for our son. Thanks for his personalised pizza also. All staff friendly from front desk/cleaning and beyond, always met any request. Thanks again , truly great service xxx

The hotel location is excellent. Beautiful rooms wonderful beach with surfing club 150 m from hotel. Excellent food. We arrived a group of 13 persons. 3 generations. We got special treat as one of us needed gluten free food. The hotel arranged th rooms as to each person need. All with a welcoming smile.

Gorgeous hotel, lovely grounds kept beautiful growing their own fruits and vegetables. Rooms were nice and kept clean. All pools really nice and good sizes, although understandably busy (we visited in school summer holidays!)
Food was lovely, especially lunch and dinner, breakfast could improve and was a bit samey each day. Self service for beer, wine and soft drinks which was great, only thing was this meant if you wanted a different drink eg cocktail the wait could be long as the bar with only one serving.
For us, couple of things to improve on… there’s only one ramp which is right next to reception, which means if you have a pushchair or wheelchair you have to go all the way up to reception to then get to the top pool or restaurant for example. Another thing was I requested a cot on my booking, I then emailed a few days before to re confirm and didn’t get a response then didn’t receive a cot for our whole stay. We worked it out but just something to bear in mind if your baby won’t co sleep.
Most of the staff were nice, especially the bar man who worked his socks off all day! Reception supervisor was a bit rude to my husband at check out but we all have bad days .
Overall a great experience at this lovely hotel close to the beach…. I’d probably say it’s the lower end of 4* but still a great stay and gorgeous hotel !

4* Hotel, fantastic food, the staff never stop working and can not do enough for you. It's clean and tidy and a beautiful location. Loads of food options, inside and out and also has a street food area. I have stayed all over the world and this hotel is just as good as some 5*. We had a late arrival and food was finished, however we had lunch in the fridge. The room is spacious, cool and was all new.
Only problem was some families reserving sunbeds, despite signs saying do not. However I told the staff and they removed the towels and allowed other families to use the beds.
EDIT* Now returned home, again, unable to find a reason to complain about the hotel, however some guests (Mainly German speaking) are rude, pushing in at the bar or dinner, taking up multiple sunbeds then not using them, letting children run around in the nude at all times of day or night. A small bunch were very rude, but also had no idea I spoke German and have the ability to understand. Last issue is parents letting children run around holding glasses or plates, running around hot food and drinks in the dining area, at least 4-5 plates and or glasses smashed per day due to children that I personally observed, parents, control your children. Also don't forget some people (Stupid English) as we were called understand and can speak your language.

Beautiful hotel and really kind staff.
We stayed in the family bungalow which had everything you need and always kept clean and tidy.
The whole hotel is kept to a good standard and the pools were great, the small children's pool was a hit with the girls
Always plenty to choose from for the food and the meal in the restaurant was gorgeous.
As mentioned the staff were super friendly and very attentive, always friendly and welcoming.
The only negative isn't really on the hotel but the guests and the sun beds, theres signs saying no reserving the sun beds but unfortunately this was done all the time. People putting towls down in the morning and leaving them unoccupied for hours not allowing anyone else to use them.
Would love to come back to such a beautiful place.

Our stay at Grecotel Eva Palace was absolutely wonderful. The food was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented at every meal. The ambiance of the resort is serene and elegant, with breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made our experience even more special was the staff, who were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to Costas, the restaurant manager — an exceptional professional and a truly great guy who made sure every meal was perfect and every guest felt valued. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Stunning! We stayed for 4 nights and I must say this definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. The service was exceptional and staff attentive. Very well run hotel, everyone knows their role. Food was incredible, we stayed for breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet dinner and changed every night and super fresh, didn’t feel like you were eating the same thing everyday. Reasonable priced cocktails and local beer. Thank you Eva Palace!

We had a wonderful holiday at Eva Palace. The hotel staff provided excellent service at all times, from arrival to departure, everyone was very friendly and attentive.
The hotel grounds down to the beach are also very beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of space on the beach and we never had any trouble finding free sun loungers, no matter what time of day.
The food, especially the breakfast, was also of a high standard. At dinner, we missed a little variety in the main courses and would have liked to see more Greek specialities alongside the somewhat boring international dishes. As is often the case in 5star hotels, unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks outside of the paid meals are expensive, but the cocktails are very tasty.
The rooms are nice, but you can see in some places that the hotel is already a few years old.
Overall, the Eva Palace offers great service in all areas and we can definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eva Palace at the beginning of September. The hotel is in a stunning location and views are breathtaking. The public areas are very comfortable and clean (including toilets). There’s a private beach with a beach bar and plenty of sun beds available at all hours. We especially enjoyed the adults only decked areas by the beach. The food was varied and delicious, and we were always able to find something that we liked. Staff in the buffet area were very helpful and caring. The service is excellent and very kind.
Our stay was made special by the staff in the lobby bar where we spent most of our evenings enjoying the views and excellent drinks served by Silvia, Maria and Bianca. Kudos to the great team!
Also a shout out to Kyriakos from Guest Services who was amazingly helpful and such a friendly person.

Rooms:
The rooms themselves were good — clean, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, during check-in we were first given a room that smelled unpleasant. Once we reported it, the staff reacted quickly and changed our room without hesitation. Later, we had an issue with the air conditioning not working on the heating mode, which took some time to resolve. For a while we weren’t sure whether we’d need to switch rooms again.
Another downside was the Wi-Fi. The listing mentioned high-speed internet, but the connection was very unstable. We eventually had to purchase additional Airalo data packages because of that.
Service:
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help as fast as possible.
Location:
The location wasn’t ideal in my opinion. Transportation around the island is not easy or cheap — taxis cost around €40 per direction. I’d definitely recommend renting a car in Corfu; it gives you much more freedom to explore. On the positive side, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Old Town, which was very convenient.
Facilities:
I was a bit disappointed with the facilities during the off-season. I expected the pool to be heated, but it wasn’t. We ended up visiting another Grecotel nearby that did have a warm pool.
Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and views, but a few issues that could be improved — especially Wi-Fi and off-season amenities.

WOW!!
We had our wedding at Amirandes in September 2025 and I wish I could rewind back to this amazing day. If you are thinking of booking your wedding or just simply a holiday, then Amirandes is the place to go! Nothing is too big for any of the hotel staff, they are attentive, polite and willing to go above and beyond for anyone.
The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. We do not have one bad word to say about this hotel, I wish we could go back to our wedding day and do it all over again knowing just how amazing the hotel and everyone in it is! All of our guests had an amazing time and have commented on how great the hotel is! We can’t wait to book to come back!

We booked a week here for my birthday. We arrived at 5am to a nicely decorated room - my partner had bought balloons, fruit platter, etc. as a surprise - but they forgot the cake. No big deal, except they forgot to bring it the entire day... Housekeeping deserves a raise though. They kept our room spotless.
Then, the restaurant had our reservation type incorrect - it was marked as only Breakfast included. After a friendly debacle, it was fixed, yet the Dine Club program was overly confusing; we got different explanations of how it worked from every staff member we asked. You get a full breakfast and dinner... but only in the buffet restaurant... and the grecotel kids corner that touts lunch and snacks is free for under 12s... but only in the buffet restaurant ... where the parents have to sit awkwardly and watch them eat. No grab & go snack area for kids at this hotel. We were repeatedly asked about vouchers (??) when we fined in the 'á la carte' restaurants, quickly deciding it was more enjoyable to eat lunch or dinner at local restaurants anyways. It was €90 for two sandwiches and four drinks at the beach bar, which were nothing special. The breakfast buffet was admittedly good, so we did eat there every morning.
Regarding the sports & facilities: our kids were apparently told they needed to reserve the tennis courts for €25 just to hit a ball around when no one else was playing. The tennis instructor was insanely rude when we encountered him at checkout, wagging his finger at our kids that he warned them about the fee and "he's seen these guys multiple times". Unacceptable behaviour. The main pool was pretty but freezing so we didn't use it.
Should I keep going? ... We booked a family room with a pool yet the groundskeeping consistently work late morning to midday, so the whole time you're laying out there you have to listen to leaf blowers and lawn mowers. Can't they do this early in the morning? Or early evening? Any other time than 11 am to 2 pm would be good.
As active travelers, we're always seeking adventure. So we asked concierge for help 2 days in a row to create an itinerary. Concierge went back and forth with us over WhatsApp, never actually making us a schedule for our time there. We requested to book a sailboat & snorkeling excursion on a specific day. The woman said yes, no problem, and proceeded to ask questions to make the booking. We woke up early that morning to go, only to be told we were "not on the list". Front desk debated my partner that we were somehow at fault ... Until he showed them the WhatsApp messages. The woman at concierge avoided us the rest of our stay.
Honestly, the best days were the ones we spent away from the hotel. We booked our own excursions, drove to hidden gem beaches, and ate in little villages nearby. We left angry and that's not a nice feeling on holiday. I'm deeply disappointed with this stay, given the previous experience we had at Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama in Rhodes which was wonderful.
In short: it was architecturally stunning but a customer service catastrophe.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and cared for in the best way possible. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style.
The dining experience was excellent – a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes, with options to satisfy every taste, including meat, fish, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Every meal was a pleasure.
The pool area was spotless, relaxing, and well-maintained, with plenty of space to unwind. The location of the hotel is ideal – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. Most of all, I want to highlight Katerina, the Front Desk Manager. She was the heart of our experience – welcoming us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She didn’t just provide excellent service; she went above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable and supported at all times. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with requests, or simply checking in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, Katerina’s dedication and kindness were remarkable. She turned a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts.

Our stay in Crete was incredible. The resort is so picturesque. We even saw a couple getting married there, a true testament to how beautiful the backdrop is. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of. The Olympic-sized pool was one of the nicest we’ve ever seen. The location couldn’t be better: beachfront, yet also within walking distance to several local restaurants. This resort is the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

What really stood out was the wonderful staff — especially Polina and Maria at the reception. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their welcoming attitude made us feel truly taken care of.

We had a great stay here — honestly, I was pleasantly surprised after reading some mixed reviews beforehand. The staff were super friendly and hardworking, always keeping everything clean and making sure guests were comfortable. The food options were great, and the setting is just beautiful.
We stayed in one of the bungalows, and yes, as others mentioned, it could use a bit of maintenance and updating, but that really didn’t bother us. The only downside was that the room felt quite damp, so the ventilation could definitely be improved.
The pool area is amazing (though the water was a bit chilly during our October stay!). The kids’ club was fantastic — lots of great activities to keep the wee ones busy and entertained.
The location is a bit secluded, but the hotel shuttle and taxis make getting around easy enough. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to add some more affordable laundry options — maybe a self-service setup — since the hotel laundry service can end up a bit pricey for young families (hard on laundry), so having a more practical option would make a big difference.
The walk from the main hotel to the beach was totally fine for us — a bit hilly, but our under-5s managed it happily. We saw some reviews complaining about the steep hill but there is a car ride offered up and down if you need a lift. Overall, it’s a lovely spot and a great choice for families!

All staff here are so friendly & nothing is too much trouble.

Guest relations are there constantly attending to any request & just forever smiling & making you feel special!
Food is lovely..varied & constantly replenished. You're greeted at the buffet restaurant door & taken to a table of yr choice which means youre not wondering around searching for one...then drinks order taken by waiter/waitress in lovely greek style uniform & full of smiles. A la carte available but we cancelled due to outdoor dining.
Beachbar/restaurants/entertainment all open as normal...(even in rain) & golf buggies racing up/down constantly...again even the drivers kept smiling.
Evening bar area had good entertainment but was exceptionally busy as everyone was in there due to the bad weather outside. The bar staff did struggle but once again did their utmost best to serve you asap& kept the positive attitude.
We were able to keep room on as very late departure but even Maria(she was also lovely)arranged a slot for us to sauna/shower/freshen up in the spa.
Will definately be booking to return next May..thankyou to all the staff there for making us feel part of the Grecotel Daphnila family 😁❤️

Amazing hotel!!! Stunning views, great food and lovely staff. The food was amazing, we booked the restaurants included in advance as they get booked up, so glad we did as they are such high standards!! The beach was gorgeous, lots of fish to see and the water sports handlers were so helpful. Our rooms were very modern with great views and was cleaned everyday & topped up with essentials. Amazing trip thanks so much!!

From when we arrived, we were taken care of, we were upgraded from a twin main hotel room to a family bungalow with a view of the bay. We arrived around 1am and were taken down the steep hill on a buggy and they took our luggage into the room for us.
We booked all the A La Carte restaurants a week or two in advance on the app (were advised to book up soon as they are popular and book up quick). All of the a la cartes lived up to expectations. Tavernaki being our favourite followed by hot stone and the fine dining restaurant.
We used the hotel boat transfer into Corfu town which was an experience in itself definitely recommend. This was €25 a person.
Only negative is the location in proximity to local towns and attractions and the wasps (this was down to the season) however this certainly would not put me off from revisiting as the hotel outweighed this massively. Wasps were very prevalent by the beach restaurants, we did have to abandon our lunch on one occasion as we were swarmed by about 15 of them.
Amazing views of the bay and Albania in the distance everywhere you looked was a perfect setting.
We made the most use of the beach compared to the pool. The pool loungers were comfier however.
A proper good quality all inclusive which didn’t feel like your basic average all inclusive.
Thanks to all the staff for making it such a wonderful stay, would definitely return 😁☺️

Brilliant experience thanks to the hospitality team and very helpful and polite staff - they are definitely the soul of Grecotel. Best views and hands down the best beach in Corfu. Carefully curated cuisines and plenty of activities to keep all age groups engaged. Really well planned meals and activities. A lot of attention to detail. A super dining experience at the Danilia Village. Not to be missed if you’re planning to come here.

All in all a great experience so far.
Nice location, awesome outdoor ambience. Friendly staff.
Rooms are lacking a bit of love. Shower door crooked so you’ll have a nice pool in the bathroom after a shower. Doors are not closed tight, but still acceptable rooms.
Buffet is plenty and of good quality.
Organization of the buffets isn’t that good. Most of the time you’ll wait for someone to bring new plates - unless you are super early, they are always out.
It’s just one line for the food, so you’ll wait quite a lot. I’d stretch the buffet over the room a bit more - it’s big enough.
The general stay was really good, the dining experience not so much.
The inhouse À la carte Restaurants might be an option.
Still a nice vacation! We had fun. Our kids loved it.

We stayed here as a couple for our 2nd wedding anniversary and overall had a good time.
We arrived late about 10.30pm and was greeted very warmly by the reception staff. Our bags were taken and we were told to take a seat over by the lobby bar and someone would be over shortly. We were offered a drink and told there was food at the snack bar. This was a good start and we felt very well taken care of.
After about 30 minutes we were taken to our room, which on first impressions looked good. Yes, some areas a little dated but fine. We were given a lovely bottle of wine in the room that was a nice touch. The room was of good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little cramped in my opinion. We didnt realise this until two of us were in there. In the morning we went to the balcony thar was a good size and had a nice view of the hills in the distance and of course a sea view.
The communal areas are spotless and some good areas to have pictures taken.
So, off to breakfast. Option to eat inside or outside. The breakfast itself was very good. Even the fussiest of diners shouldn't struggle. There was a bit of everything and eggs cooked 5 different ways. One thing that would have been nice would have been to have other options of sausages for the cooked breakfast as these although nice were mostly hot dogs.
At lunch and dinner the main restaurant had a very good variety of foods. Everything from pizza, selections of hot meats, fish, salads, cheeses, cold meats, occasionally themed and much more. The beach restaurant also had excellent variety. Not as much as the main restaurant but still very good. Not just the usual burger and chips etc.
We went to two of the a la carte restaurant's. The Asian and Italian. Both were excellent. Food and service.
The option of branded alcohol too I thought was very good indeed and the cocktails are made to order which is brilliant. If its busy you are asked to take a seat and someone will come to you but that's fine. Its part of the service. Tge beach bar and lobby bar all work very hard.
The beach is ok. Its not all sand and going in the sea is a bit difficult, so as others mention sea shoes are a must. If you forget them there is a market near by. The market is definitely worth a visit too for other things.
Overall the hotel was great. We did have 2 occasions when waiting staff just left us at the table without a drink and when they served the table next to us we felt they just ignored us as they had seen us come in. Other than that a nice memory in Rhodes.
Would we return here. Maybe, maybe not. We'd have a think about it as it was quite expensive for what we got. If we did we'd probably stay at one of the bungalows.

thank you for the wonderful time we had at your hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful (rooms, bars, restaurants, pool, beach) and the food + drinks amazing! But what made our stay very special are the people working here. The staff was always friendly, smiling and trying to make all our wishes come true! I don't even know where to begin. Me and my husband booked this for our honeymoon/ my birthday and disappointment is an understatement. We arrived quite late to the hotel. We did not received a warm welcome at all. We were chucked an iPad to fill put a questionnaire and then was sent to our room. Wasn't told basic information. Was not showed around. We couldn't book any of the restaurants as they were all fully booked. We even tried to to get a spot at one being it was our honeymoon / birthday, but no...they couldn't accommodate. The breakfast buffet was stone cold every morning, we actually decided to stop going down for breakfast. I nearly slipped over on the floor as the floor was wet and hadn't been mopped up. The buffet for evening food and lunch was the same every day. The entertainment was next to none. There was so much for kids, but nothing for adults. Myself and my husband were bored. The general attitude towards me and my husband was vile. We believe it was because we were younger, and they respected their elderly more which is fine, but no need for rudeness. You always had to fight for a seat on the balcony at night time. There was no air-conditioning in the actual inside seating area where the bar was which was so uncomfortable. The day time entertainment was so repetitive, to the point where it was the same music and same pool dances every day at the same time. There was lots of kids in the adult pool, but no management to stop this which was super frustrating as the kids pool was just around the corner and empty. The inside pool/spa was very small and intimate which is great if it is just you and your other half but not so great if others are in there. The overall service for us was just shocking. For what we paid for this holiday, we were very disappointed and would not go back. We had a later flight so we asked to keep our room on for the last day. They wanted to charge 400 euros, which is just absurd. They let us keep our room until 12 eventhough our flight was at 8pm. So we sat in the inside bar for 6 hours. Nobody asked if we needed anything or if we were okay. We had to go up and order our own drinks. We were just looked down upon for being young. This is what it felt like. We also placed towels on sunbeds for 10 minutes whilst I went back to the room to get my phone. They had removed our towels from the sun beds. We would not go back here. It is beautiful. Don't get me wrong and it was so clean...but just not the service or experience we wanted for the money we paid. When we left...we didnt even get a goodbye.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Costa Botanica in Corfu – a holiday that was faultless from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, Jenny at reception set the tone with her amazingly smooth and professional check-in. She made us feel instantly at ease, and that warmth carried through the whole stay. Every member of staff we encountered was exemplary – attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making our time as relaxing as possible.
A real highlight was the Wine Library experience with sommelier Giorgia. She was so welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding us through a wine tasting that was not only enjoyable but also fascinating – a perfect way to discover more about local wines while unwinding in such a unique setting.
The spa was another delight. Eleni was an absolute pleasure and made my treatments at the end of the week both restorative and indulgent – the perfect finishing touch to a week of relaxation.
The resort itself is stunning, with expansive botanical grounds that are beautifully maintained and a joy to explore. The presence of animals across the resort added real charm, fitting seamlessly into the natural environment and making walks around the property even more special.
The food selection was outstanding, offering something for every taste and always fresh and beautifully presented. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, or solo, Costa Botanica has something for everyone – relaxation, activities, and world-class hospitality.
I highly recommend this resort and would happily return again. It truly exceeded every expectation.

In summary, we had a great vacation. We were here with two children, and to be honest, it was wonderful. 😊
The rooms are perfectly fine — you could find small things to complain about here and there, but I could do that even in a 5-star hotel in Germany.
Unfortunately, the weather at the end of September wasn’t on our side. We rented a car directly on site — everything went smoothly. The price was also reasonable and in line with what I had checked beforehand.
There’s plenty of food, more than enough. When I see other people (probably “last-time voters,” as I’d call them) waiting 15 minutes to be “served,” I can’t hardly believe it. For us — we were always among the first — it was simply great. The service was friendly all around. We booked the à-la-carte restaurant once, and the internal reservation system worked very well.
Regarding all the things that were criticized beforehand — mosquitoes, food, reservations, rooms, etc. — I can say that improvements have clearly been made. There’s mosquito spray available, the reservations at the office work well, and the food — I honestly don’t understand how anyone could rate it negatively.
Five stars or not — we had fun here and felt completely comfortable.

We booked the hotel two months in advance. It was originally on the Tui website, but after checking, it was a better offer booking it directly from their home website.
We book the private Transfer as we Arrived in the later Part of the evening. KM it’s not for away, but the drive takes 45minutes1 hour to arrive( you have to Drive up and over a Mountain.)
This hotel is really beautiful and peaceful
But lacks premium service and consistency in their service .
We tried to put our frustrations about the weather aside. This is nothing the hotel staff can control. And it is no way anybody’s fault that the weather wasn’t great.
But what they can control is how to facilitate the guests in bad weather situations. This hotel simply isn’t built for handling such situations.
Restaurants were overrun because the card restaurants don’t have windows or doors to protect from bad weather. Kids club was not available in bad weather because their room sorry is also not built to withstand bad weather.
drink cups and glasses were often not cleaned up and left around the hotel.
Our room was quite spacious. And cleaned somewhat on a regular basis. Unfortunately I do not think they clean the floors often. As you can see in the photos, I’ve included the bottom of my slippers with the color of the floor only two days after wearing them. We received fresh towels every day however sometimes they were simply thrown on the side. We receive minibar service almost daily. With Nespresso caps, water, soda drinks. We received one bottle of wine for the entire week.
We just see so much potential for this Hotel it’s almost hard not to say anything.
And if you are from the hotel chain, only imagine that a few small changes came together, what sort of experience it would make for your guests, and that next level experience could take your Hotel to the star level.

We truly enjoyed our holiday! We stayed here at the beginning of September and everything was wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was great. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We booked this resort last minute for our mini-moon. The rooms are a little basic, but the food and staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived around 11pm and were greeted by friendly staff, which was a great start.
We had booked a balcony loft but were initially given a ground-floor room with a veranda facing the pool, which didn’t offer much privacy. Reception explained there were no other rooms available that night but asked us to check back the next day — by 3pm we were moved to the correct room, so it was resolved quickly and handled well.
We’ve dropped a star due to the room mix-up and the number of wasps around the outdoor dining and bar areas, which made it hard to relax outside. Otherwise, it really is a lovely resort with great food and wonderful staff.
Unfortunately, we probably wouldn’t return — but if you’re not bothered by wasps, it’s a beautiful place to stay! 🌴✨

On arrival we were greeted by Christos who having sorted our cases, sat us down in reception arranged refreshments, a cool towel and sorted our check in. The only time we moved was to pay the environmental tax and Christos to show us around and then to our room. Our cases were brought it was fantastic. We had a sea view room, large and spacious and whilst some say the rooms are dated they are bright white and exceptionally clean. What dates them is the wardrobes but we had two so for once I could hang my clothes as well as my wife’s. We booked all restaurants in advance - would recommend. The best is the Greek and the White which is fine dining. Food was brilliant. Lunch in the Italian also. Drinks are all premium but the people make it. The staff are brilliant and because everyone’s having a great time all the guest are happy acknowledging each other even dancing together irrespective of language barriers. In short this is a great hotel. The bus service into the local town is 4 euros there and back for two and well worth a visit. The old town especially. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We had our wedding here in September 2025 and it was beautiful! The staff, particularly Dimitra, did a wonderful job of executing our special event. The beach here isn’t the best, but the views and service are wonderful. The food is great and we enjoyed the pool, although it does get very busy. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the hotel has expanded and has old and new rooms, and unfortunately we got a room in the older side of the hotel and I wish they had offered to upgrade us or asked if we preferred to switch to a newer room, especially given that we had our wedding preparations and photos taken in the room. But overall, this is a gorgeous place to stay in Crete and we’d love to come back!

I had an amazing experience at LUXME White! The private beach is huge and perfect for swimming or trying different water sports. The hotel also offers plenty of paid options like parasailing, which was super fun!
The food was incredible and absolutely worth the price. I had dinner every night at the à la carte restaurants (I made reservations about two weeks in advance — highly recommend doing that). The Agreco Farm experience was wonderful — I really enjoyed walking around to see the animals and plants, and the farm-to-table meal was so fresh and delicious.
The White fine dining restaurant was also amazing — highly recommend it!
We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and I booked the standard birthday package, which included champagne, flowers, and a beautifully made chocolate cake. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the trip truly unforgettable! I will definitely visit the Grecotel LUX series again!

What is not to like! We liked the look of the hotel and did a great deal of research before booking. We were a bit worried because of some negative reviews however need not have been.
From the moment we arrived the service was excellent and all staff without exception were polite, smiley, lovely throughout our entire stay.
We opted for bed and breakfast to enable us to get out and about, and not be tied. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced in any hotel including one we stayed at earlier in the year that cost over twice the price! Superb selection, superb staff.
We opted for a family room for a bit more space, and it was lovely, clean, regular towel and bed linen change.
The gardens and layout of the hotel is excellent; love to be able to stop people smoking nearby us! Not the fault of the hotel.
This has been an absolutely gorgeous holiday, beautiful surroundings, fabulous staff and very relaxing. Would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you to everyone for making it a wonderful holiday

I do not like to be this negative, but please think twice before booking this hotel. The gardens and views are nice, but it feels less like a luxury resort and more like a factory where guests are pushed through with little genuine care.
The worst was that my wife and I both suffered food poisoning after eating sushi at the Asiana restaurant on 19 September. About eight hours later we were both sick with vomiting and diarrhoea, while others who did not eat sushi were completely fine. Two nurses who were with us and a doctor I consulted confirmed the symptoms matched food poisoning.
When we reported it, the reaction was shocking. Instead of showing sympathy or investigating, the hotel dismissed it as a “virus” without checking their kitchen or food safety practices and feared for the rest of the guests’ safety. Oddly, after such dismissive and warning remarks the manager Evlambios Grigoriadis wanted to shake my hands, which feels completely contradictory and proving they were focused purely on denying all responsibility. He even told me: “This is your problem, not my problem” words truly unfit for anyone in hospitality.
This attitude shows how the hotel is run: denying everything, showing zero sympathy, and shifting blame to guests. It says everything about their standards and their genuine respect for guest experience and health. If they respond to this review, they will most likely deny everything and twist my words, but they will most certainly not take the smallest sense of responsibility and that says it all for me. The issue is also under investigation of the PNAI authorities in Greece.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. She offered us a welcome drink, and we received immediate access to our room, which was a great start to our holiday.
The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The pool bar offered a wide variety of drinks, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the sunny weather.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every day there was something new to try, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The quality was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and attentive.
As a family of four, we chose the all-inclusive option and really enjoyed every aspect of it. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience.
We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!

The hotel, although 5 star was not as luxurious as expected. The public areas were very good but the bedroom was old and tired, not 5 star quality (more like 3 star) and not as shown in the photos. The door frame to the bedroom was loose and rocked if someone knocked on the door. I did tell Reception but nothing happened.
We were half board which included buffet dinner or lunch. No drinks were included, as expected however we did at least think that we would have some water with our meal without having to buy it.
All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. especially our bedroom cleaner however there was one member of staff who was condesending and rude. It was the lady that greeted people at the door of main restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I don't think she smiled once.

Corfu Imperial, A Grecotel Resort to Live – Review
(Stay: 16–20 July 2025, Swim-Up Junior Bungalow Suite)
We stayed at Corfu Imperial in a Swim-Up Junior Bungalow Suite, which had a shared pool with only three rooms. The view from the balcony and pool was absolutely stunning and made our stay feel very special.
The resort is clean (I would rate it 8/10), and the restaurants — especially the breakfast restaurant — were excellent, truly a 10/10. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the customer service was perfect (10/10).
There are three private beaches: one for adults, one for regular guests, and one for villa guests. A nice touch is the free “hop-on, hop-off” boat that takes guests to the sister resorts’ beaches.
We loved the outdoor cinema on the small island connected to the resort — such a beautiful place to watch a movie under the stars. The resort also has many water sports, kids’ programs, and fun activities that can all be booked easily through their app.
Every day, there is a free shuttle service to Corfu Old Town, making it easy to explore the area.
Final thoughts:
Corfu Imperial is a wonderful resort with great food, friendly staff, and beautiful views. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Corfu, and I would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel with beautiful facilities and friendly service. The pools are great, the food is great, the location is awesome, the employees are friendly. Some areas need improvement: beaches get very crowded during the day. They try to find you a spot but sometimes you have to then share a single chaise. They remove people's stuff that is unattended for a while which is a good thing. But in one instance we were placed somewhere by the attendant and then the original people came back after a while and got mad at us for "taking their space". I don't need this kind of stress when I am on vacation and definitely not in this price range!
The breakfast service is also often very crowded, just not made to handle the amount of people. This is not the fault of any worker and everyone was super nice - it's more of a design limitation.
The buffet dinner was very good - the food quality and variety was just exceptional.
And absolutely every employee is fantastic and friendly from the moment you pull up the driveway.

We had the most incredible time here at Mykonos blu. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here in the beginning of October and the weather was perfect. The staff at Mykonos blu is what makes this place so great. They are SO beyond accommodating and beyond friendly. Our flight back home wasn’t until later (9PM) and our checkout time was (11AM) but they so kindly allowed us to stay on site and enjoy the amenities of the resort (spa, pools, beach front, restaurants, etc) no extra charge. They stored our luggage for us and allowed us to essentially get another day on the island which otherwise would have been spent in the airport. Everyone spoke great English here and on the island. The food and drinks were incredible and the views are breathtaking. Highly recommend!

The property is well located located on a beautiful beach, near the shops and restaurants.
Their restaurant is outstanding, we ate two time of lunch and excellent breakfast.
The room was so nice quiet, clean and spacious.
A really nice resort with a great example of good customer service, because of late flight we requested to late check out until 3:00pm, and they have arranged for us immediately and no extra charge.
Most important is super friendly, kind and supportive staff. Very polite staffs throughout the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very kind and always helpful. The cocktails are well made and the breakfast and dinner was very tasty. The sand is a bit coarse compared to other beaches we visited but still very enjoyable. The pools are filled with salt water which I enjoyed. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Disappointing, no value for money whatsoever. The room was poorly equipped and not functional at all. We had a maisonette and on the ground floor there was no mirror in the room, only in the small bathroom, and no TV. The shower cabin was 70x70 cm, with very low water pressure. We had half-board but only ate there one evening — the food quality was unacceptable. The pools were small and usually crowded, making it hard to find a sunbed, and there was a lot of noise. No soundproofing in the rooms — you could hear everything around you. Without the air conditioning on 24/7, it was impossible to stay in the room. The interior felt like something from the 90s or early 2000s! Definitely not worth the money we paid — probably only suitable for mass tourism.
On the other hand, the staff were extremely polite and the exterior architecture was interesting — this is what misled us and made us overlook the details.
The management went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcomed our feedback with genuine interest. We truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to seeing the hotel evolve even further.

Worst value for money. The pictures online are misleading, the resort is old and not well maintained, the pool is very small and very limited sunbed so if you come late there is no sunbed available and it gets crowded super quickly. We stayed in the room on the first floor and while the room is very big, it wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom has the worst design I’ve seen. The shower has no separate area so once you shower, the whole bathroom floow is wet which make it super nasty, again the size is big but there is no room for storage of anything. The toilet also has a super weird design which makes it super uncomfortable to use and just feel gross. The room is dated and and the floor gets dirty quickly, especially after you shower or going to the pool/beach. The only good thing about this resort is the location and friendly service. I wouldn’t return here again.

During a wedding event, someone with access to a key entered our room while we were out. Our bags had clearly been gone through — clothes were thrown everywhere.
Even worse, friends staying at the property had a Rolex watch and a gold bracelet stolen from their room. There were also several suspicious incidents: someone entered our room at 11:30 PM but left when I went downstairs. Another friend had someone come into their room at 4:30 AM.
Additionally, the photos online are very misleading. The rooms are far less modern and clean than they appear, and the pool is much smaller than shown in the photos. Our feet felt dirty as soon as we stepped out of the shower — the floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in ages.
We felt completely unsettled and unsafe throughout our stay. While the location is beautiful, we would strongly advise against staying here. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Europe and NOT worth it.

About a mile/ 30min stroll into the old town of Rethymno, this hotel was lovely. The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. We were half board and the breakfast was really good; high quality food and a good selection. Very good local shop next door and restaurants and tavernas around the hotel so no need to go into the main town unless you wanted to. Beach set up with loungers and always staff available to serve food and drinks or give tips on local places to visit etc.

Stayed at this resort recently and overall had a good experience. The rooms are comfortable but definitely in need of refurbishment—they could use a refresh. Housekeeping is excellent, keeping everything clean and well-stocked.
The food is outstanding—plenty of variety, always fresh, and far better than what you usually find in holiday resorts. Easily 5 stars for the food alone.
Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at reception who are lovely and professional. Unfortunately, the male reception staff could be more attentive—they sometimes act more like owners than employees.
One downside: no proper facilities for late check-out. If your flight is at night, there’s nowhere to shower or rest, which is a big letdown.
This place is perfect for families—lots of kids running around, playing, and making noise. If you’re after peace and quiet, this isn’t the place. But if you’re looking for a fun, family-oriented holiday, it’s a great choice.

Great hotel with very nice staff the are working hard to make it for you a great holiday. The beach and swimming pools are very nice and clean. The eating is really great there is so much to choose unbelievable. The drinks and specially the cocktails are so good made that you can order them all day. The rooms are not really special but everything what you need is there the can update 1 time the bathroom because that's look really old and not nice! It's a small hotel with 150 rooms so it's not too much people what we liked really much. We gonna go back there for sure no doubt about that.

The only good thing were the waiting personnel, otherwise no. There was music until 11pm one night that I couldn’t fall asleep until very late, our room had little privacy as it faced the pool where I saw many people staring in to us, and the front desk ladies with the blonde one and brown hair one? Oh god. Don’t bother with them, they looked bored out of their minds when they were speaking to us - often feeling that us Brits don’t belong or something, this felt targeted and almost racist. They couldn’t offer us a late checkout past 12pm, and yet check in is at 3 for new arriving guests. I’ve never had this, they couldn’t accommodate us as our taxi was 2.30 for a 5.35 flight, and this is supposed to be a 4* hotel. Disappointed, to say the least.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel Meli Palace! Everything was perfect – from the beautiful surroundings and well-kept gardens to the top-notch service and incredibly friendly staff.
The food was delicious and varied every day, with something for every taste. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The private beach was peaceful and perfect for relaxing.
What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt pampered throughout our entire stay.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend Grecotel Meli Palace to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing vacation in Crete.

Overall, the hotel is superb. It is clean, the food is excellent, the view is amazing, and there are nice bars and a beautiful pool.
However, we noticed two small downsides: the rooms are a bit old compared to the rest of the hotel, but they are very clean, which definitely adds value.
The second issue is that the beach has quite a lot of seaweed, which I believe could be resolved by cleaning it regularly — that would also improve the smell.
That said, there’s an extraordinary beach with fine sand just a 15-minute walk away!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Greto Palace Hotel! From the moment we arrived—quite late in the evening—we were warmly welcomed by Nasia, whose hospitality made all the difference. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, taking the time to show us everything we needed to know despite the late hour. Her genuine friendliness instantly made us feel at home.
The hotel itself was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was taken care of, and the atmosphere throughout our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

The service! The service is fantastic, all the staff were extremely nice, at breakfast to be greeted with the big smile of the star of breakfast Mr. Iannis! Such a nice gentleman! And positive man!
The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, beautiful hotel and great pool, the lobby and entrance looks like it was taken from a movie.
We got complementary upgrade to the family suit with a balcony. We didn’t know what to do with all the space it was amazing.
They greeted us in the room with champagne and candy to celebrate with us!
That is above and beyond everything I ever experienced from a hotel service!
The beach itself is very clean and easy to get to just 1 minute walk from the pool.
We recommend to walk on the beach all the way to old town, it is long walk, around an hour, but the beaches along the way are so beautiful that it feels less time and very enjoyable.
The breakfast was fantastic, so much options and it was all tasty, I took 2 plates and left nothing haha.
Finally I want to thank the staff of this hotel for their great smile and generosity. Will definitely come back giving the chance!

A year ago we were in Greece and rested in a Grecotel chain hotel, which we really liked. We decided to go on vacation again this year, we chose the Grecotel Creta Palace of this chain and were very disappointed. The hotel hardly corresponds to 5 stars. The rooms are already asking for renovation, when choosing a package - all inclusive, it turns out that it is not all inclusive, you have to watch the menu, whether it is yours or not. And the most shocking thing was the BUGS in the room, but the receptionist's reaction was so calm, so we are probably not the first or last to contact them with such a problem. I think it is really not worth its price and quality of service.

The experience here was wonderful and very inclusive. Loads of activities for kids with a pool and play area to leave them in the care of minders.

We had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel and enjoy all the amenities it offers! We visited the massage spa which relaxed us very much! I recommend doing the facial treatment which offers a 15 head massage and the result is perfect!!!!!!You will see a beautiful face after this ❤️
Then we went to the beach bar and tried seafood, the food was very nice and the service was very good!!!! Then, the beautiful Skybar where we enjoyed Asian cuisine with our favorite Sushi!!!🍣! Perfect dishes, delicious and finally the wonderful cocktails!!!!!🍸! The next day we had breakfast in their wonderful space in a beautiful garden! The breakfast consists of excellent choices of fruits, vegetables, English breakfast, sweets and of course drinks, juices of all kinds as well as very nice coffee!!!! For anyone who wants to go on vacation but even for a two-day relaxation it is the ideal choice! 5 stars from the bottom of my heart 🥰

We booked a ground-floor bungalow with sea view and a king-size bed, paying extra because we are traveling with 7-month-old twins. At check-in, however, we were told we had been “upgraded” to a family bungalow. I refused the upgrade, asking for the exact room we had booked, and was told I could change it later if I didn’t like it. Half an hour later, after seeing the chaos of two single beds pushed together plus four unnecessary extra beds crammed into the space, I went back to reception—only to be told that at midnight the hotel was full and no change was possible. Two completely different answers within minutes is simply unacceptable.
This was our first holiday with the babies and it was ruined from the first night. When I raised the issue, the man at reception responded with arrogance, saying things like “this is what you paid for” and even “these are our beds.” When I complained about the sea view he sarcastically said, “it’s night now, you can’t see it.” The only positive note that evening was a very kind and empathetic lady at reception who promised a topper for the bed — not a full solution, but at least she tried.
The next morning, things improved. I spoke with the manager, who was extremely polite and helpful, and later a lovely staff member personally showed me a different room — smaller, cozy, with a much better sea view, and perfect for our needs. From that moment, we could finally enjoy our holiday.
The resort itself is very large and beautifully maintained, with multiple pools (big and small), restaurants, beach bars, water sports options, and a private beach within easy reach. The food selection is generous and tasty, and the staff throughout the resort are friendly and attentive.
So while our first night was unpleasant and stressful, the following days completely changed our impression and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the stay.

We had an amazing 8-day family vacation at this all-inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – luggage taken care of right away, cold towels to refresh us, and even an upgrade to a bungalow close to the playground since we had a baby. The food was varied and delicious, the drinks and cocktails were excellent, and the kids had endless fun at the water park with great slides. The evening shows and parties were lively and entertaining. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for families. On our departure day, the staff went above and beyond by opening the dining room at 5 AM just for us. Exceptional service all around – we will definitely be back with the extended family!

My family and I just completed a fantastic stay at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park with our group of 16 people across 4 rooms. While our travel agent had made an error with our booking, the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve the situation with remarkable professionalism and understanding.
I want to give special recognition to Amalia at reception and the entire management team, who took the time to carefully explain all our options and work with us to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness and problem-solving approach truly impressed us and set the tone for our entire stay.
Beyond the outstanding customer service, the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The incredible variety of pools provided something for everyone in our large family group, from the little ones to the adults. The food options were diverse and delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep our entire group entertained throughout our visit.
This was our first time staying at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park, but it certainly won't be our last. We're already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable.

This resort is a great choice for families with children over 7, but it feels more like a summer camp. It's massive and crowded with plenty of activities, though it's not a relaxing place. The rooms are old, the food is just okay, and some of the evening shows can be a bit vulgar. The staff, however, is wonderful. We want to give a special thanks to Raphaela, who did her best to make our stay more enjoyable. In the end, we moved to a smaller and more relaxing 5 stars hotel.

The resort is set on gently sloping terrain and consists of a main building, a bungalow area, and a large water park that's especially popular with children.
The hotel stands out for its relaxing atmosphere and high-quality services. The rooms are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are several restaurants and bars on-site, six swimming pools, sports facilities, a wellness center, and both outdoor and indoor fitness areas.
An extensive entertainment program is available for both kids and adults. Special attention is given to families, with a rich kids’ program, playgrounds, and even a daily nursery, making this hotel an excellent choice for families with children.
The food is excellent, offering a wide selection of international, Greek, Italian, and Asian cuisine, as well as a generous variety of fruits, vegetables, desserts, and drinks—including a broad range of cocktails. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
A special highlight is the genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating approach of the hotel staff and management. The entire stay was unforgettable, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel even to more demanding guests—there's truly something for everyone to enjoy here.

This hotel is getting 5 stars primarily because of the amazing staff. Extremely attentive and helpful without ever seeking either over-baring or forced. They were super friendly and kind at all times. The gardening and pool areas are very well maintained and pretty. The rooms were highly stylish and nicely finished. Especially the marble bathrooms.
Two small things- we did have a lot of ants in our room although they did come in many times a day to clear them up. They had however upgraded us to a massive house and the ants were in the downstairs which we had no need to utilize to it didn’t present a major problem. Also the aircon didn’t seem to do much but it wasn’t sweltering.
Breakfast was high quality and generous and we enjoyed the lunch menu as well. Quite a few nice places to eat near by as well.

We have been to the Caramel four times now, and every time our expectations have been exceeded. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive; absolutely committed to providing an excellent experience. Breakfast and dinner are of superior choice and quality, so we went for half-board this time and have no regrets. The hotel is child-friendly, and while it is not in any way noisy or annoying, expect a few little humans having a good time.

Caramel was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced and I do not take that statement lightly. From the second we walked in the front doors the service was impeccable. The property is lovely and peaceful and the decor is exceptional. Breakfast and dinners were absolutely perfect with countless buffet style items to choose from, all of which tasting great. Pool and beach are wonderful and a delightful place to hangout and chill during the day. Both of which you can order from the pool/beach bar menu (try the Bao it was super good). The rooms were elegant and comfortable and the beach villa we had was more than spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. What really made the stay truly amazing was the hospitality and standard of service they employ here, it was a profoundly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Alexandros for keeping me safe with my nut allergy 🙏🏼.
Only one thing I’d note is it could be hard for younger kids to swim on the beach with the combination of waves (on certain days) and rocky landscape.
Overall, this place truly embodies 5 star service and checks off all the boxes. I could not recommend somewhere more.

Our stay at Caramel Grecotel was truly outstanding—easily among my top hotel experiences. The level of service was world-class. From food and drinks to random requests, every interaction was handled with genuine care and efficiency. The staff really set the tone for a best-in-class experience. I love that they just give the vibe that they REALLY care.
The pool was fantastic, and I particularly appreciated their practical approach to seat reservations. Unlike many resorts, they don’t allow people to claim loungers all day without using them, which creates a fair and positive environment. The pool cabanas are also first-come, first-served rather than an endless up-charge, which is refreshing.
Dining was another highlight. Every meal we had was excellent, with the à la carte dinner being especially worth it. It’s clear the team goes above and beyond to make the culinary experience feel luxurious and thoughtful.
The rooms were beautiful—fresh, bright, and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was also a standout, which made a big difference in comfort. The only small oddity was that the upstairs living room in our two-bedroom beach villa had almost no furniture. It didn’t affect our stay since we didn’t need the space, but worth noting.
The beach was lovely, with a perfect tiki bar setup and excellent service. The one drawback is that the sea itself is a bit rocky. Kids definitely need adult supervision, even when the water is calm. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that, just something for readers to know.
Other features deserve a mention as well—the gym was stronger than most resort gyms I’ve seen (boutique hotels), and the overall feel of the property is both romantic and family-friendly. It’s rare to find a hotel that can pull off both equally well, but Caramel Grecotel does.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would 100% recommend it to friends and family, whether for a romantic getaway or a family trip.

From the moment we arrived, the resort’s elegance and the breathtaking views of the Temple of Poseidon set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The service was impeccable, the suites beautifully appointed, and the entire atmosphere radiated tranquility and class. The food was amazing!
But the true highlight of our stay was the Latin band and dance performance – an absolute showstopper.
The dancers exuded passion, precision, and charisma, captivating the entire audience with their fluid movements and flawless choreography. Their chemistry was electric, drawing us into a story told entirely through rhythm and motion. It wasn’t just a performance – it was an emotional journey that brought energy, elegance, and romance to the evening.
What made it even more special was the setting. With the ancient Temple of Poseidon in the background, it felt like something straight out of a dream – a unique blend of culture, history, and art that you simply don’t find at typical resort entertainment.
Cape Sounio is more than a luxury destination – it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made. I would return in a heartbeat, especially for another chance to witness that stunning performance.

Firstly the service here is 11/10! I don’t think we ever waited more than 30 seconds for a glass of water, the staff are fantastic & very attentive. Being at the beach & pool is a pleasure. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate & the views breathtaking. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to a temple view room which I would highly recommend, one of the best room views I’ve ever had. The food is very good, Yali being by far our favourite restaurant on the site, romantic setting & amazing fish dishes. Great choices at breakfast (but we would say the dinner buffet is not worth the cost).
There were just a few little niggles. The cleaning could be a bit better in the rooms & this may not effect others but for us it was a shame - there is a huge TV in the room but it can’t connect to WiFi or Netflix etc so only a few channels available - on our rainy day it would’ve been nice to watch a film. We ordered room service once & had to send it back, this was the only food we had there that wasn’t good. We arrived for the wine tasting & it’d been cancelled but no one seemed to know about it which was odd as it had been on the app all week & advertised to us at breakfast that day. (The hotel put on a range of different daily activities on site which is a nice touch)
These things wouldn’t stop me from coming back, (I just note them as obviously it’s not a cheap stay) we loved our break here & both felt truly relaxed. The hotel has a special feel to it that I haven’t experienced in many others 💫

Stayed at Grecotel last month and the experience was superb from the moment we arrived from the moment we left. The staff are exceptional. Beyond welcoming. My wife and I are both vegan and thought food options might be tricky but they had a full vegan menu and catered for us at every level. The location is fantastic and the view of the temple superb. The private beach is also great with full service available. We really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Superb! We are a family of 4 and stayed in connecting rooms with a view of the Temple. The rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. Our hostess at arrival, Artemis, was exceptional. She offered us drinks, introduced us to the resort, and booked transportation to see the sunset at the Temple of Poseidon (35 Euros and the driver waits for 1 hour). Our daughters enjoyed time at the pool and raved about the service. The food was excellent. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, and pictures do not do justice to the view!
