Disappointing, no value for money whatsoever. The room was poorly equipped and not functional at all. We had a maisonette and on the ground floor there was no mirror in the room, only in the small bathroom, and no TV. The shower cabin was 70x70 cm, with very low water pressure. We had half-board but only ate there one evening — the food quality was unacceptable. The pools were small and usually crowded, making it hard to find a sunbed, and there was a lot of noise. No soundproofing in the rooms — you could hear everything around you. Without the air conditioning on 24/7, it was impossible to stay in the room. The interior felt like something from the 90s or early 2000s! Definitely not worth the money we paid — probably only suitable for mass tourism. On the other hand, the staff were extremely polite and the exterior architecture was interesting — this is what misled us and made us overlook the details. The management went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcomed our feedback with genuine interest. We truly appreciate their efforts and look forward to seeing the hotel evolve even further.

Really good hotel. Great for kids. When we were there all the pools were open for children, which was great. A little noisy at night as it is by the road, but didn't bother us. Good location and free parking is great.

Worst value for money. The pictures online are misleading, the resort is old and not well maintained, the pool is very small and very limited sunbed so if you come late there is no sunbed available and it gets crowded super quickly. We stayed in the room on the first floor and while the room is very big, it wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom has the worst design I’ve seen. The shower has no separate area so once you shower, the whole bathroom floow is wet which make it super nasty, again the size is big but there is no room for storage of anything. The toilet also has a super weird design which makes it super uncomfortable to use and just feel gross. The room is dated and and the floor gets dirty quickly, especially after you shower or going to the pool/beach. The only good thing about this resort is the location and friendly service. I wouldn’t return here again.

Dirty. Unsafe. Overpriced. During a wedding event, someone with access to a key entered our room while we were out. Our bags had clearly been gone through — clothes were thrown everywhere. Even worse, friends staying at the property had a Rolex watch and a gold bracelet stolen from their room. There were also several suspicious incidents: someone entered our room at 11:30 PM but left when I went downstairs. Another friend had someone come into their room at 4:30 AM. Additionally, the photos online are very misleading. The rooms are far less modern and clean than they appear, and the pool is much smaller than shown in the photos. Our feet felt dirty as soon as we stepped out of the shower — the floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in ages. We felt completely unsettled and unsafe throughout our stay. While the location is beautiful, we would strongly advise against staying here. It was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Europe and NOT worth it.

About a mile/ 30min stroll into the old town of Rethymno, this hotel was lovely. The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. We were half board and the breakfast was really good; high quality food and a good selection. Very good local shop next door and restaurants and tavernas around the hotel so no need to go into the main town unless you wanted to. Beach set up with loungers and always staff available to serve food and drinks or give tips on local places to visit etc.
