We stayed here for a few days and found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The rooms were fine and resort facilities were great. They had two pools which we used and found it was fine. Our only fault is that their breakfast did not include too many Indonesian options and catered more to the western palate. Not a bad place to stay.

Wow. This was simply a dreamy, luxurious and peaceful stay at one of the nicest resorts in Sanur.
Everything was so positive in our 3 night stay, from the incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, to the range of facilities on offer- especially the pools to lounge in. We were really grateful to have our room upgraded for free too.
Special mention has to go to the dining facilities on offer, especially the Beach Club Restaurant and the Mezzanine Asian Kitchen. Also, the Spa was simply on another level, and we felt so bliss like after their treatments.
Finally, their Valentine’s Day dinner was so beautiful, and so well thought out. It was so lovely to see so much effort put in from the live music, to all the staff who went the extra mile.
Thank you so, so much. We really did not want to leave, and we really hope we can visit again in the future!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This resort!
My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. I was expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but instead, I encountered multiple issues that made it one of the worst resorts stays I’ve ever had.
1. Uncomfortable Bed – The bed was awful. It felt old, the mattress way too hard, lumpy and provided no support, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
2. Horrible Smell Outside My Room – There was an unbearable smell right outside my room, making it difficult to even step outside without feeling nauseous. It was disgusting and showed a serious lack of proper maintenance.
3. Understaffed Restaurant – The restaurant was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times and rushed service. It was frustrating to wait so long just to get basic attention from the staff.
4. Poor Problem-Solving from Management – When I brought up the issues I was facing, the manager was completely unhelpful. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed uninterested and unwilling to take any action to improve my stay.
5. Fraudulent Billing Issue – To top it all off, when checking out, I discovered that one of my bills had been fraudulently altered. The hotel had reprinted over the bill which I had originally signed, which is completely unacceptable and unethical.
Overall, this resort is a disaster. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and even shady business practices—there is absolutely no way I would recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great and facilities are amazing, multiple pools to choose from and plenty of sun beds by the beach. The room was very clean, beds were comfy, and we never heard our neighbours. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the banana pancakes. All the staff were lovely.

Don’t be deceived by the longstanding reputation and reviews. I’ve stayed here for years and years as a child growing up and known the place to be amazing so of course booked a room on my recent trip. Booked a “superior room” and honestly the room was far from it which is gobsmacking considering the stature and reputation they hold. The images attached below are the room we booked and the room we received. Go and stay at the Hyatt or Intercontinental instead if you’re paying this in this range. Didn’t bother complaining while I was there as it was Christmas and the hotel was booked out but honestly would’ve advise against it. Service however is fantastic. Please amend the imagery used to advertise this “superior” room or renovate the rooms because this was so so disappointing and I won’t return.
