I had an amazing stay at Maya Sanur The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The resort’s facilities and overall ambiance were perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Very comfortable stay, the bed, pillows, room - everything was great! Such a pity we didn’t get to use the huge bathtub - the hotel even provides a flower bath service. Great location along the chill Sanur beach area, with lots of food, shopping and massage places within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was average - we didn’t find it that enticing. Took a while to get our coffee and plates cleared even though staff were aplenty.

Great location, but terrible staff attitude. Even the hotel manager has zero empathy for guests. The same DNA is shared by restaurant staff also. Not helpful at all and rooms are extremely tiny. Most of the good reviews here are paid. Much better and cheaper options in the area.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the resort. All the staff were accommodating and friendly. From the Front Office team, housekeeping, food and beverage, concierge and security they were all so happy 😀 The ladies in the Day Spa were lovely and provided us with a beautiful treatment. Our highlight was the cooking class with Chef Ando and Pinka. We had an exceptional experience with them. From their knowledge to service and giving us a special lunch we just loved it. A stunning hotel that was comfortable and relaxing.

Nice resort with lush greenery. Plenty of restaurants nearby. However the beach area was rather small. So was the pool. Rooms are showing signs of age. The tree bar had nice live music every night and food was good. The dining area for breakfast however was not air conditioned, and the fans were not cooling enough. It can get rather stuffy with flies.
