Very comfortable stay, the bed, pillows, room - everything was great! Such a pity we didn’t get to use the huge bathtub - the hotel even provides a flower bath service. Great location along the chill Sanur beach area, with lots of food, shopping and massage places within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was average - we didn’t find it that enticing. Took a while to get our coffee and plates cleared even though staff were aplenty.

Nice resort with lush greenery. Plenty of restaurants nearby. However the beach area was rather small. So was the pool. Rooms are showing signs of age. The tree bar had nice live music every night and food was good. The dining area for breakfast however was not air conditioned, and the fans were not cooling enough. It can get rather stuffy with flies.

Great Yoga session by Sumiyasa this morning. Amazing view for the session - see photo. Overall hotel is amazing and service is good. Good rooms, great location. Buffet breakfast is good. Swimming pool is a bit small and we were asked to keep the kids quiet on the first day but others days were fine. I am guessing one of the adult only resort seekers may have suggested... Having said so, we are have an amazing time including time in the pool. I will come again if we get a similar deal.

Amazing; rooms, food, staff and location. This is a beautiful resort and perfectly located within a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants. It is modern and immaculately maintained. Management does need to police the sun bed and sun lounge use. People secured them very early in the morning by leaving personal items on the sun beds all day. There is only 6 double sun beds and people would be absent from them for many hours at a time, yet selfishly they left their personal items…..

I very luxurious resort and spa hotel, well appointed rooms, great access to beach, pools, facilities, and spa treatments. Onsite restaurant and bar options were great, the resort also offered a range of activities for families and relaxation (like free yoga). Staff were attentive without being overly zealous. Great execution but not at a budget price. I would recommend if you can afford it!
