Stayed at this hotel as part of the layover in abu dhabi (paid by etihad).
The hotel looked good on the outside, and the room was large, but upon closer inspection, everything was very worn out and getting extremely old.
Room had 1 pair of slippers and 1 toothbrush (even though it was for 2 people) , 2 bottles of water (restocked on 2nd day) some tea and coffee (which werent restocked on the 2nd day) , showergel, shampoo and body lotion (mini tube).
The carpet in the hallways make pushing large suitecases extremely hard (but this is the case with a lot of hotels) and we had no support with suitecases when we arrived or left.
Weird smell in the room on the 2nd day that didn't disappear. Windows were extremely dirty on the outside.
If you're not too fussy about your hotels, then this one is fine. If you're a clean freak like me, then this won't really meet your standards.
Location wise, its situated next to a lot of other hotels. Around 20 mins by taxi to airport. Theres a small convenience store nearby (5 mins walk) but quite small.

For family trip. I liked the friendly service and staff response. The room condition was comfortable, and the pool was nice. I would like to introduce one special experience. Inconsiderate guests stayed in the room next door. They made a lot of noise until dawn and made my family suffer. I am grateful for the hotel's immediate response. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure all my needs were met. The pool was a perfect place to relax, and while I didn’t dine at the restaurant, I absolutely loved the ambiance and the view. The entire atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend it!

Aloft Abu Dhabi was a suprise to me when I realised Etihad holidays booked my stopover there instead of the hotel I chose in first place. When I arrived, I explained the situation to Ismael, the guy at reception and he assured me that I'm gonna like it better there! Thumbs up to him!
I did enjoy my time to Aloft and my time in Abu dhabi.
Breakfast was plentifull and tasty. Beside the typical kind of food there were local emirati food as well.
Pool was really pretty and seemed well maintained!

The Aloft hotel is big, comfortable and has all modern amenities. Built in to the ADNEC conference center it is very conveniently located for conferences - but the area is also great for small walks to the nearby shops (including a beer store) and restaurants.
Best thing at the Aloft hotel is absolutely the Glow Bar located directly next to the lovely swimming pool and recreational area.
Manned daily from 11am to 11pm by Mr. Omar and the team of friendly and service minded personel, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy work day or while on vacation!!
Big screen for sports events and plenty of spaces at the bar, at the tables outside or under røde, at the day beds and around the pool... This place has everything you need 😃
Food is seemed here at reasonable prices and everything is done with a smile and a warm, friendly greeting from Mr. Omar, Edison, Morad and co.
Frequent travelers will know the value of friendly faces and service minded, efficient people in places such as the bar - and Glow Bar is among the absolute best places I have had my afternoon refreshments and even dinner.
I cannot recommend this lovely spot enough!

A Memorable Stay at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi
From the moment we arrived at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, we were warmly welcomed by Chief Concierge Muhammad Ramly, who went above and beyond to ensure we got our room early after our early flight. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing stay.
The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, and the food was nothing short of delicious. The staff at Selections Restaurant truly made our experience special, always putting our little boy’s needs first. They treated us with such care, and no request was ever too much. Their kindness and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure.
Over at Bayshore Beach, Khalid and his team were just as wonderful. They greeted our little one with smiles and entertained him, making him feel so special. Their warm and welcoming nature added to the relaxing atmosphere.
A special mention goes to Chef Nadeera at Cho Gao Marina Walk, who made sure our little boy was well-fed during both of our visits. He even prepared a special rice dish just for him, which was such a thoughtful touch.
To all the housekeeping staff—thank you for keeping our room clean and fresh every day. Your hard work did not go unnoticed!
Overall, our stay at the InterContinental Abu Dhabi was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We truly appreciate the effort they put into making our experience memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and absolutely loved every moment—from the time we checked in to the time we left.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything about the hotel, from buffet timings to where all the facilities were located, which made settling in so easy.
We had three rooms—two on level 7 and one on level 16. All rooms were cleaned daily, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. A big thank you to Amrita for taking such great care of our rooms on level 7—you were amazing! And also a heartfelt thank you to the housekeeper on level 16. It was such a comfort to return each day to a fresh, clean room after being out and about.
Our whole family is vegetarian and we also don’t eat eggs. The chefs went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs (THANK YOU) every single day, preparing special dishes for us that were both delicious and fresh. Not forgetting the eggless desserts - AMAZING. There were also plenty of vegetarian options in the main buffet, which was a big plus. A huge thank you to Ana Dwi, Prity, Shafayet, Amrita, Mahbub, Nima, Aye Thide and Melania—each of you made sure we were well looked after, and always with such warm and friendly service. If I’ve missed anyone’s name, I truly apologize, but your efforts didn’t go unnoticed!
The beach club is just a 5-minute walk from the main hotel, and definitely worth a visit. It has a beautiful beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to relax. They have towels and a water station which is handy in the heat. That said, we found the pool on level 3 of the main hotel even better—it's deeper and perfect for a refreshing swim. They also give cooler boxes with ice to keep your drinks cold.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and I’d highly recommend it, especially for families. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable! Will definitely revist.

great hotel with amazing staff! genuinely friendly and attentive staff—especially with our children. It's rare to find a luxury hotel that balances 5 star with such warmth and family-friendliness.
A special mention goes to the incredible staff member Bipana at the Italian restaurant Porto Gina whose kindness and attention to detail made every dinner extra special.
We felt relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended for families with babies and toddlers who want five-star service without losing the human touch (and who want to feel safe thanks to the very attentive lifeguards).

Excellent hotel and facilities. The premium all inclusive is the best value offer we’ve stayed with anywhere. All the restaurants are first class. The beach club is brilliant. This is not a brand new hotel and in some areas it shows, but it is clean and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Al Raha Beach Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's service stood out, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure my needs were met throughout my stay.
The pool area was my favorite part, with its stunning view of the Coin Building and heated pool that was perfect for relaxing on cooler days. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes and international cuisine that catered to all tastes.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, attached to Al Raha Mall, which offers endless shopping and entertainment options. The beach itself is beautiful, with picturesque views and sunbathing areas that make it perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice place! The service is very good, the cleaning service especially. There are some pleasant gifts you might be given, such as sweets or a pretty figures out of towels🥰 Everything is clean here in general and quite fresh. The rooms are amazing, especially in the new building. As for the location, there’s a small beach here on the shore, but the pool is also very nice. The food here is also very tasty with decent portions and quality❤️

Stayed here recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with daily room cleaning and even complimentary dates as a welcome touch. The interior design is stylish and cozy — lots of comfortable seating and carpets in the common areas.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Jaman for assisting with our luggage — a real help with those carpeted floors!
The beach area was never crowded, and there were always enough sunbeds with plenty of space between them. Fresh beach towels were available every day, which made things super convenient.
Great gym, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and freshly squeezed orange juice — a rare find in hotels!
The hotel is very family-friendly, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it perfect for a peaceful getaway. We also loved the bay views from our room — waking up to that scenery was a real treat.
There was a small delay once in bringing extra water to the room, but honestly, that’s the only minor issue we encountered.

We were a group of 8 she went the extra mile to make sure that we get the best experience at the hotel during our stay, when she knew that we are visting for a birthday celebration, she prepared a birthday decoration for my friend's room,
Her friendly attitude truly made a difference and turned our visit into a much more enjoyable experience. Thank you again for everything!
Another note: the la piscina resturant food and service, needs alot of improvements, only Halim was helpful. Also Azure seafood resturant, must serve fish that suits international taste, not only asian, the grilled fresh fish taste was very bad.

I recently stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel, and while there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the pool was decent. However, the biggest issue was the air conditioning—it was far too warm, making it quite uncomfortable.
I complained twice about the AC, but it felt like nothing was done. I had to follow up myself, and no one even checked in to see if the issue was resolved or if I was satisfied. Unfortunately, the room remained warm throughout my stay, which really affected my comfort.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected better service and responsiveness. Sadly, I wasn’t very happy with my stay.

This hotel is simply perfect and deserves 6 stars. The cuisine is stunning. But the most stunning thing is not a thing, it’s people.
Everyone is exceptionally friendly and nice.
I would like to thank personally first aid guy (sorry, he did not introduce himself and I was to worried about my daughter) and Iqbal from main restaurant for great non-alcoholic drinks. He deserves to be chef barmen!

Excellent family-friendly hotel! The facilities for kids were simply awesome, the pool area is huge and they got both indoor and outdoor play area. The staff is great, especially at the Kids’ Club! Isuri was very helpful and attentive.

Great location and stunning view. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Sumon was our waiter at breakfast and he was above and beyond. We loved staying here. Family room is super spacious and extremely well cleaned daily. Interior design in the room might be a bit outdated but it's totally overcomed by the breathtaking view and great hotel facilities all around. Breakfast was good as well.

For what we paid we were really happy. The location was brilliant, staff were great and enjoyed the spa/gym and pool facilities (sunbeds super comfortable). Breakfast had great options but it was busy even first thing. There are lots of kids and no alcohol but we didn’t mind for the location/price, spent a lot of time outside the hotel.

Had lunch at Horizon with family today, March 22, 2025. Great ambiance and the food selection was rich! We were assisted by Vanessa and the entire team who even sang a happy birthday to Nanay. Staff were friendly and courteous. But Vanessa did the extra mile by offering to take our photos and even offered us coffee. It was a memorable experience. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

We loved the spatious room and bathroom, really comfy bed!!!! Sleep quality without any noises has been highly appreciated by us! Good variety for breakfast, friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help you out and accommodate your needs. The only downside for us was the freezing cold in the lobby and on the corridors of the hotel. Quite big discrepancy between outside temperature and inside.One could easily catch a cold like this. Our Sheraton experience was nothing other than phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and clean. It met all of our family needs from the splash pool & shaded beach chairs for the kids to the swim-up bar and hookah for the adults. The food was delicious! We opted for the buffet and were not disappointed!

We stayed in the Sheraton for 3 nights and had a great time. The overall facility with the rooms, pools, restaurants and gym was really good. The room was showing some slight wear and tear, but was perfectly clean. The staff were always very friendly, the breakfast and the Iftar buffet were amazing. We did have a rental car though which made everything easier, otherwise you'd need a taxi a lot (luckily valet parking was free).

We were not allowed to check-in because I was missing my Emirates ID (physical) digital one did not get accepted. Which is fair my mistake but the receptionist and his manager did not even show a sign of understanding like offering a bottle of water etc.. to our daughter/wife etc.. who were coming a long way and felt disappointment. The only thing they did is to repeat the rule (ok) like robots. I am a Titanium Elite Member for Marriott Bonvoy hence we decided to try this Sheraton - as we always had good memories with this brand - but not this one. Will never come back here again and will file a complaint to Bonvoy as well - a hotel should treat their customers better.

From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi Corniche, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel like truly valued guests. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the outstanding service led by Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, and his exceptional team.
Ahmed is a shining example of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care. His attention to detail, prompt service, and personal touch turned an already lovely stay into an unforgettable experience. Whether it was a smooth check-in, helpful recommendations, or going the extra mile to accommodate our needs, nothing was ever too much trouble for him or his team.
The front office staff consistently displayed warmth, efficiency, and courtesy—creating a seamless and stress-free environment from start to finish. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is second to none and reflects the high standards of the Radisson Blu brand.
The hotel itself boasts a perfect location along the Corniche with spectacular views, stylish rooms, and excellent facilities. But it's the people—especially Ahmed and his front office team—that make this property truly exceptional.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi, and I can’t speak highly enough about the overall experience. The food was outstanding from the diverse breakfast buffet to the beautifully presented dinner options, every meal was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The variety catered to every palate, and the dining staff were attentive and friendly, making each meal even more enjoyable.
The hospitality throughout the hotel was second to none. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
A special mention must go to the beach area absolutely pristine, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax. The sunbeds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the beach staff were incredibly helpful and courteous.
Overall, Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in the UAE.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It was my husbands birthday and we were upgraded to a sea-view suite. He was given a birthday cake.
The facilities at the hotel were fantastic. There were 4 swimming pools and the beach which were all great.
We had a fab time!

We had a mixed stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel. The pool was lovely, but the breakfast buffet lacked variety. We upgraded for a view, but it wasn't worth the extra cost. The room was also quite small, which was a challenge for our family of five. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we had to make do with a queen-sized bed and a single bed, which wasn't ideal.
However, the included tickets to any selected amusement park were an amazing perk - definitely a highlight of our stay!

Great stay for 4 nights! Breakfast had a wide range of variety and lovely seating indoor & outdoor! Dinuka serviced our room the entire stay and was amazing with his service. Charles asked about feedback of the hotel cleanliness, service, and breakfast. He was a lovely bright man with so much knowledge and did us a favor in checking us out late. Would definitely stay here again!

I mentioned to Charles ( the manager) that I didn’t sleep well one of the nights because of the AC in our room and he made sure to change my room immediately! All the staff are amazing!

I stayed at Beach Rotana in Abu Dhabi and I absolutely loved it! The service was top-notch, and the cleanliness was spotless. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The facilities are fantastic, and the location is perfect, right by the beach. If I ever return to Abu Dhabi, I’ll definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic Hotel made even better by the amazing staff in particular May and Charles on guest services who helped us when our mother had a fall in the hotel they provided a wheelchair for the whole duration of our holiday and also arrange for a change of room so we could have connecting rooms to assist her! All staff were very attentive and could not do enough for us also A mention to Carlo and Navin outside on the beach area. They were amazing. The hotel is fabulous we will be back again! The restaurants within the hotel were all high-quality food was delicious. We really enjoyed it thank you. Xx

We love the Rixos chain and have stayed at several of its hotels. Like the other locations, this hotel was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
As someone with Turkish roots, I especially appreciated the authentic and delicious Turkish food in the buffet area. The beach service was also excellent. A special thanks to Erdem, Gyan, Hasan and Nijanim, as well as the wonderful ladies at the spa reception, who were very kind and helpful.
We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel, especially during the winter months.
The only negative aspect of my stay was that the hotel’s signature fragrance in the hallways was a bit too strong. I would appreciate it if the scent could be less intense in the future.

Wonderful staff, attentive, helpful and friendly. Beautiful, well designed hotel for the comfort of guests. The variety and quality of food and restaurants was imaginative and to a very high standard. The main pool was perfect for all ages and, as everywhere else in the hotel, the staff and facilities were excellent. The beach was a joy, clear blue water, fine sand and comfortable loungers - all managed to very high standard by the attentive staff. A week of luxurious attention to detail and the comfort of guests.

This may be the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot. From the moment we walked in we knew it would be special. The front desk service was warm and amazing, the hotel was absolute perfection. The food was out of this world. Can't say enough about the incredible front desk staff who checked us in, our spectacular room, the view, the food, and the beach. 100% overall satisfaction. We will be back.

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff was not very welcome upon arrival. Our luggage were sent Late to the room due to mishandling. My partner and I had a special occasion to celebrate and the Rixos team promised a special arrangement with surprise cake upon arrival. However they did not prepare anything. After following up with them, they sent us a cake with a happy birthday message although it was not a birthday and I had already agreed with them on the arrangement and the occasion details. I felt disappointed by the level of attention and care and was expecting a bit more . effort rather than negligence

We did the all-inclusive pool and beach pass and it was excellent. I love that they give you a cooler box when you’re on the beach or at the pool to keep your beverages ice cold but I want to make special mention on the staff.
From arrival to departure the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. For this reason, I will be back. I want to make special mention of Mark our server at Turquoise Restaurant and KB ( the man on the rollerblades) at the pool bar. The whole day was a treat. ❤️
