Incredible! We’ve been to Dubai many times but this trip was the best by far. We stayed in one of the suites which was absolutely amazing with great views. The staff here are unbelievable. Everyone is so friendly and so willing to help. Our 1 year old son has a lot of food allergies and in every restaurant the chef would come out to discuss with us and would then make him anything we wanted completely off menu. They even went out to the shops to get him some dairy free yoghurts so that he could have them every day with his breakfast!
We will definitely come back to this hotel as can’t see anything beating this.

I am rarely impressed by hotels in general, and hotel breakfasts in particular. I travel a couple of times a month and usually stay in nice hotels so the wow factor is dampened.
I’m glad to say that the W blew me away and exceeded my expectations, from the tasteful decor, the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail, it’s impressive.
I have rarely had decent sourdoughs and baguettes in hotels, W has outstanding bakery items.
Their 72% dark chocolate croissant is impeccable in flake and flavor, the honey section is the most complete I’ve seen, the egg preparations are creative and show a great know how.
Rooms are superbly decorated, beds are comfy, mini bar is stocked, instead of the sad empty fridge that greets you in most hotels in the region, the sound proofing they did is amazing.
Bravo W, you will see me again.

The most beautifully decorated property, and perfectly located on the beach. But it’s so hard to get there through the endless red lights and construction. It’s probably a good idea to consider not leaving the hotel at all. It does have everything for the perfect vacation.
But we’ll take a break from staying there until the logistics situation gets better.

A late review as we were here in May. The service from minute one was fantastic. We were really looked after the whole time and the place is great. The food and service in particular at Ginger Moon was incredible. Breakfasts were amazing. But the happy hour drinks and snacks round the pool were surprisingly good. Then the dinner, which you could see being freshly prepared throughout the day, was superb. Raj truly looked after me and my wife Bianca and treated us like we were special.

Had the opportunity to spend a long weekend at Grosvenor House for a family trip, celebrating a family member's bday.
We were welcomed by the very friendly staff, beautiful lobby and reception (which we later found out was temporary as the original one was being renovated) and although our rooms were no ready yet, the staff made sure we will be hosted during the waiting time and cared for.
The rooms are luxurious to the max, the service and staff all very helpful and are eager to help in anyway possible. They say 'God is in the details', and the staff is all about the details at Grosvenor.
Sloan's buffet (breakfast and even had lunch once) was perfect to satisfy our every need and offered many choices. Many options, all made with love, and that's the only way to prepare food.
The Bar 44 (on the 44th fl. of Tower 1) was a great place for drinks, especially if you like cocktails (they know how to make the classics which tells you a lot).
Pool on Tower 2 is a nice one, though not a lot of sun times due to blocking towers.
We enjoyed our entire stay, and although we had a medical mishap on our last night, we received a lot of help from the hotel and staff for making sure we can make our way to the hospital, and later be able to catch our flight in time the day after.
I've been to some luxury hotels before in my time, but Grosvenor topped it all. Looking forward for our next stay!

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint!
We arrived early in the morning after a long flight with our 11-month-old son, and we were able to check in straight away. It made such a difference as our little one was exhausted. On top of that, we were upgraded from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment — such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the baby cot provided was perfect — with a proper thick mattress (though the cot is on the smaller side, so it might suit younger babies best).
The service here truly stands out — it’s some of the best we’ve ever experienced. The housekeeping team is exceptional, and every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile, whether it was arranging milk for our son or bringing up a high chair. The service at the buffet restaurants and from the concierge team was equally outstanding — always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
The location is excellent, too — we loved walking around the stunning marina and having easy access to the beach at Le Meridien.
We had the half-board option, which gave us access to both the buffet and several restaurants. The food was always delicious and varied. The only small suggestion would be to perhaps introduce themed buffet nights for a bit of extra variety — but honestly, we enjoyed every meal.
All in all, this hotel continues to be our favourite, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!

I stayed at the Grosvenor House and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding — everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and well taken care of. Housekeeping even noticed I didn’t have a mousepad and brought me one.
As an Ambassador Elite member, I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable — the perfect place to unwind after a day out in Dubai.
The food options were excellent, and Row on 45 absolutely blew me away. It’s truly a dining experience not to miss! Also, a special shout-out to Saiman in the Lounge bar, who made a fantastic Old Fashioned. The Lounge has a dress code for cocktail hours which we appreciated.
The fitness room had everything I needed for a great workout. While the pool in Tower II was under maintenance, the hotel offered a free shuttle to Le Royal Méridien so we could enjoy their beach and facilities instead. Depending on traffic, the shuttle took anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes was onboard, but it was a nice option to have.
The location in the marina was great and pleasant to walk around in the morning and evenings before it got too warm.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Grosvenor House combines luxury, comfort, and amazing service in the best way. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Dubai!

This hotel is amazing. As soon as you arrive the lovely staff are there to help. They all seem happy in their roles which is good. The flowers are so beautiful.
I had a deluxe wrap around balcony which was so luxurious and spacious. Also a full bath which I love. Your room has everything from shampoo to bathrobes.
There was a bit of noise and vibrations from the building works during the day but it didn’t affect us.
The pool was lovely. Yes parts of it were in the shade but you could always get a seat in the sun if you wanted. The pool staff are very attentive bringing water, lollies etc constantly.
The buffet restaurant was very good. Lots of choice.
I will definitely be back.

We had 3 adjoining rooms on the 5th floor facing the beach front. The rooms and facilities were absolutely perfect. Our only disappointment was the beach club 100 yards from the hotel, at the weekends it's very annoying as the music is very repetitive and very VERY loud. It carries on into the early morning so be mindful of this when booking this hotel. (Week nights and all day Saturdays and Sundays) We complained twice and was given a small discount on our total room bill when we left. (Roughly £60).
All staff are so helpful and friendly no matter what time of the day it is. Housekeeping team were lovely, also the team of chefs are a great addition to this hotel as the food they serve is some of the best we've had (the curries were superb!).
The location is perfect as the tram runs right outside the property, there is also a 24hr shop and a pharmacy with a doctor present every day! (Which we had to see as one of our party contracted a chest infection during our stay).
All in all a great hotel with lots of options for all ages including a water park, swim up bar, lounge areas and a few bars.
*Be aware that the Half board option gives you lots of food choices but only one round of soft drinks per meal, the rest are chargeable.
Overall we had a brilliant holiday, we would stay again, albeit in a room facing the road) 😁

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They made my stay with my children truly unforgettable. The service was outstanding. When we arrived, to avoid waiting too long for our room to be cleaned, they kindly gave us access to a high-floor lounge with a stunning view of the sea and landscape, along with delicious food and drinks.
The room was amazing, clean, tidy, and spacious enough for all of us. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake delivered to my room!
As for the water park, pool, and beach access, my children absolutely loved them. There was so much to do, and the experience was worth every single dirham we paid.
Regarding the restaurants, there were plenty of great options. We chose The Last Order restaurant, which offered live cooking stations. It happened to be French Night, and the food was excellent with great value for money. I highly recommend the buffet at this restaurant.

Nice hotel in a good location. Service was very good and the hotel staff were quick to accommodate our needs. The facilities are great. Hotel has access to the small but fun waterpark. Kids were so happy with the pool area and the waterpark. Didn’t get the chance to get them in the kids club but we had a look around and I’m sure they would have loved it. The hotel is super family friendly! Room service was not bad, the food could be better. The room toilets didn’t go with the room aesthetic or standard but overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

+ Food quality and variety is ok. Not fantastic, but not bad at all.

- Location is in a busy area.
You can hear the club with closed windows late in the evening.
- The pools and waterpark are not cleaned and maintained properly. There are leaves and dirt flowing around.

First time in Dubai and it was a fantastic first experience.
Hotel is in a great central location.
Read one or two bad reviews regarding the half board dine around. We could not fault it, the food was great every evening, just had to book through WhatsApp each morning.
Service was amazing, all the staff are super friendly and accommodating.
Only negative is you have to get up super early .. 6am if you want to get a lounger by the pool.
Would definitely come again.

Very happy with The Westin. Comfortable and attractive decor both in our room bathroom and all the lobbies and dining areas. Its a spectacular place. You'll likely gawp and take photos in admiration. The food was excellent - we had the breakfasts and the dinner. Picky kids (9 and 11) had no trouble eating a well balanced meal too with great salad options. Spoiled for choices both mealtimes - chefs were attentive to special requirements and everything was delicious. The front of house staff and porters were all bending over backwards to ensure we were satisfied. And then there is the water park out the back - there were enough shady spots to dodge the burning sun, and we made great great memories racing on the slide with blue mats. Altogether an easy high recommend . Would definitely return.

We stayed at The Westin Dubai Marina for a few nights. The hotel itself is beautiful — excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, and generally good service. However, parts of our stay left me feeling uncomfortable and, at times, unfairly singled out.
Throughout our visit, security repeatedly stopped me to ask for my room number whenever I walked around the property. This didn’t seem to happen to other guests, and it made me feel targeted rather than welcomed.
One evening during dinner (as part of our half-board package), a waiter asked me to sign the receipt midway through the meal. While I was away at the buffet, he then approached my wife — who doesn’t handle any room charges — and asked her to sign instead. I hadn’t even finished my food that night because the situation felt so awkward and uncomfortable. Although the hotel manager later offered a fruit platter and a mocktail as an apology, the whole experience left a sour taste and overshadowed what should have been a relaxing evening.
Interestingly, on Friday I wore a traditional kandora and turban, and the difference in treatment was noticeable — the service that day was excellent. While I appreciated that, it was hard not to reflect on how differently we were treated at other times.
The Westin remains a lovely property, but I genuinely hope management takes this feedback seriously. Every guest deserves to feel respected, trusted, and equally welcomed — regardless of appearance or attire.

It was a great experience. From the staff - the customer service they provided made me and my son feel at home. The clean environment is fully equipped for families to enjoy, as well as couples or solo travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and in a great location. I want to extend my gratitude to all the staff, especially Nermin, Mustafah, and I believe Tony from The Five Iron Golf, as well as Sarif from the tourism desk. Thank you all for making our first time in Dubai a memorable stay.

We spent 12 days at Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach for our family vacation which ended up as one of our best stays. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive. I do feel that my platinum elite status was honoured.
The club lounge is amazing and the staff are very friendly and service minded. The food and drinks are absolutely tasty.

We go to Westin quite often, because they have the best Spanish restaurant in town, El Sur. However, this time we decided to go to Westin for a little staycation. And it was a very good decision. Big thanks to Makar at the reception, who assisted us during check-in. We had a nice room, the bed was soooo comfy that I didn’t want to wake up. Very delicious breakfast. Of course we had dinner at El Sur , as always top, thanks to Gwen, she is always taking care of us. Most of the time we were by the pool. They have different pools and even mini aqua park, perfect for kids, nothing crazy. Another big thanks to lifeguard Jhonny ( who was at the kids pool with 1 little slide on 14th of July around 9-10 am) he was very nice to my son Ethan and was playing a bit with him. The only thing which bothered us a bit, very loud music on Sunday afternoon from the adults pool. We thought that the music was coming from beach club, but no, just from the pool. And the sound was not the best. Maybe someone needs to explain to the DJ to feel the situation and not to go that crazy with the volume. It’s a hotel not a Tomorrowland.

We stayed in the hotel since Oct. 11 till Oct. 21. We enjoyed our stay! All staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was beautiful and cozy. I really liked the breakfasts in Ikigai and Jam Jars restaurants - I still liked it by the end of our stay ) Dining a la carte in Ikigai and Risen also was delicious (keep in mind all dining venues in the hotel provide discount to Emirates boarding pass holders). Did not visit the SPA - no comments. The gym was nice. The room (deluxe with balcony) was very comfortable and spacious. Location is great for active travellers. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic — with a train station just nearby, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and were tidied up every day, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited selection of breakfast items. However, this might be understandable as the hotel is rated 4 stars. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The metro and tram stops are straight outside. very clean hotel, good bar which shows all the sports, lovely cafe which was reasonably priced. I stayed at this hotel for nearly a week during a business trip, and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Everything was spotless, the food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming — everyone went out of their way to assist me, offering advice on how to get around the city and what places to visit, making my stay much easier.
It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel is conveniently located just about half an hour from the airport, which makes it ideal for business travellers. Additionally, it was the first time I made such extensive use of the hotel’s own travel agency services — and I was really impressed by how professional and well-organised they were.
I will definitely return to Dubai and, without a doubt, choose the same hotel again. It might be slightly on the expensive side, but compared to the rest of the market, it offers much more value and can even be considered reasonably priced for what it provides.

The rooms at The First Collection Marina are spacious and airy. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. The menu could be a notch better (speaking as someone used to Turkish cuisine 🙂), but the location is great and prices are very reasonable.
Huge thanks to the entire team! During my stay I also shopped via the Noon app—front desk kindly received my packages and even took care of the returns I left with them.
Overall, I had a wonderful holiday. If the rooms had balconies (so we could step out for a smoke), it would be absolutely perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and easily accessible, with several shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around. The check-in was very smooth, and they upgraded me to a suite which was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were mostly really attentive and helpful. Everything i asked of the housekeeping or the management was served or taken care of within minutes. Also, they provided information about what guests may need outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, though it slightly lacked variety in the cheese and meat section. There is a pool which was heated. If you go by car, you can use the parking lot. The management constantly checked out on the guests to make sure everything was going well and their needs were catered to.
They offer discounted or free beach club access to the guests (July 2025: Riva Beach Club).
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also go back in my future trips to Dubai.

We had a great 30 night stay here. The location is good for easy access to JBR and Marina. Parking widely available as well.
The biggest positive of our stay was seeing Simon’s beaming smile and welcome back everytime. What a wonderfully friendly and lovely man.
Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and had the amenities needed.
Breakfast was average, nothing hugely great but sufficient for what we needed.
The buffet dinner was also average. Food could be really good, or a bit meh. Appreciate catering on mass is never going to be amazing though.
Poolside always incredibly busy, and just not enough seating for the number of guests.
Service from reception/restaurants/poolside always helpful, housekeeping great however the soluna beach desk lady was definitely not what you’d expect from a customer service role.
Overall, would happily stay here again.

The staff is amazingly welcoming and helpful and the location of the hotel is good too.
The room is nice but some how I don't like the green colour theme and layout although I am in a deluxe suit.
On the other hand the room leave a lot to be desired. There are not enough plugs in the bedroom or living room. And not even near the bedroom dresser.
Also there is no mirror in the room or even in the dressing.
The only mirror 🪞 available is in the bathroom but there are no plugs for the hairdryer near it. Only a shaver plug.
Also the bathroom is huge but the toilet seat and bidet are squeezed very close to each other and the toilet seat is very close to the wall. In general the bathroom is huge but mostly empty area and even the bathtub 🛀 is very squeezed.
In the living area there is too much furniture, 2 triple seat sofa and one double seat sofa. Too much for such a room. The sofa springs are worn out and are too soft and need a refit.
There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the living area but both share the same plug so you have to plug and unplug all the time to switch between the 2.
In general the hotel is good but need a face-lift for the rooms to place the hotel where it belongs.

Review: Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina
This hotel does not live up to a 5-star Dubai luxury experience. At best, it feels like a 3-star all-inclusive holiday where you pay for the basics.
Be prepared for constant rules and restrictions — being told off for not being “covered up enough,” using the “wrong” door, or simply doing something staff decide you “can’t do.” It often felt more like following a rule book than enjoying a holiday.
The pool area is overcrowded, and unless you rush through breakfast or wake up very early, you won’t find a sunbed. It gets packed quickly and isn’t relaxing.
Communication is also an issue. Very few staff speak English, and neither do most of the guests. The service overall came across as unwelcoming and sometimes rude, which really put a dampener on the stay.
Several times we considered checking out early to move hotels, but since my brother lives on the Marina, it was at least convenient for location.
For frequent Dubai travelers like myself, I would strongly avoid this hotel. If it had been my first trip, it would have given me the wrong impression of Dubai hospitality. Unless you are specifically after a cheap, no-frills stay with rude staff, this isn’t the place for you.
The only positive I can give is that the hotel is at least clean and tidy.

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, courteous and always kind. The reception team and the breakfast room staff were also very friendly.
Our suite was really spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. We didn’t notice any noise, even though we had been warned about it beforehand.
The only downside was the breakfast — quite disappointing, especially considering it was included in the suite price. You had to pay extra for a cappuccino instead of an Americano, which doesn’t make much sense. The food quality was average and the selection very limited.
The pool area was nice, with very attentive staff.
The hotel is also in a great location, very convenient for exploring Dubai Marina.

This hotel used to be good and have a nice restaurant inside offering nice buffet for Ramadan iftar. But recently i was shocked to see the kind of scamming in one of the restaurants which obviously the hotel management is also involved. I met someone from one of the dating apps and my plan was to go to Starbucks at Marina Walk but the girl was insisting to go to this hotel so i thought maybe she wants to go to the same restaurant i went before couple of times for Ramadan iftar but it was a different one and it was actually a club. So i told her before entering that i dont do clubbing especially that i dont drink alcohol, i only smoke. Then she asked just to enter and see it inside. After entering inside, it clearly looks very suspicious to me. Low class and suspicious club, and all people sitting there is one man and one woman only. You wont see group of friends for example sitting there. I told her i wont sit here although she already chose a table and sit already while im still standing. I knew it immediately that there is something wrong so i left leaving that girl behind me. When i reached the door, two huge security guards in the size of Australian cows refused to open the door despite i asked them multiple times to open the door but they asked me to wait till they make sure i paid the bill, and i told them there is no bill to be paid because i didn’t even sit in that stinky place. I was hoping for the guards to not obey and not open the door for me because it will give me a golden opportunity to file a court case against the hotel and that bar for locking in my freedom but lucky for them they opened the door and i left. Next day i opened the reviews here and understood what is going on over there. I dont know where is Dubai Police and Ministry of Tourism and Dubai Municipality from this place. Im very happy for saving myself from a major scam

The hotel itself is nice — clean, comfortable, and with good facilities like a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfasts are tasty with a good variety of options. However, it’s currently under renovation, so sometimes service can be a bit slower. One thing to keep in mind: make sure you have online proof of payment or a receipt, as the hotel may ask for confirmation. I had a small issue with this and had to pay again using another card. Apart from that, everything was fine, and overall it’s a good place to stay.

The Best Hotel in town. Marina Byblos in the heart of Marina provided the best amenities and the best Hospitality I have experienced. It was my first time in Dubai and the first hotel I stayed in Dubai was Byblos. The Manager and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were super clean, with cleaning provided everyday. The view from the hotel was splendid and the location is so close to the beach. They even have their bus service to the beach. They have Sauna, Swimming pool and even clubs. The best place to visit.

The staff is warm, professional, and attentive. Restaurant service was outstanding — the team went above and beyond to assist me with the baby. Drinks and food were served quickly, and both the concierge and housekeeping teams were consistently friendly and helpful, and very attentive in cleaning as they fulfilled with all needed stuffs on daily basis.

Breakfast offered a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Lunch à la carte was excellent (we loved the steak, burger, burrata, and desserts). Dinner buffet had fewer options, but à la carte made up for it with quality and taste.

Our room was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a stunning view. A few extra hangers and streaming options on the TV would make it perfect.

A fantastic base to explore the Marina and JBR, with direct access to the Marina walk from down floor. The pool area is clean and relaxing with a lovely bar.
Maybe some shuttle service to malls or private beaches would make even better our stay or for future guests as Marina area is quite busy and we would explore more of Dubai.
Otherwise, special thanks for accommodating our late dine-in due to a delayed flight and for the warm congratulations for our occasion. This stay was truly memorable, and we’ll be recommending it to friends and family!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great and easy to reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a nice stay for a few days.
Only downside is the minibar. Every drink costs 5 euros, and in a 5 star hotel I expected it to be refilled daily for free. The breakfast is also not worth it, very expensive and not good. It is better to order food or drinks from outside, supermarkets deliver for free and it is much cheaper.
Overall a nice hotel with great service, but the price quality could be better.

Every single time I’ve arrived at InterContinental Dubai Marina, for three days to the meeting rooms, Peter has greeted me with a genuine, uplifting smile that’s impossible to ignore. It’s not just polite hospitalityit’s real, heartfelt enthusiasm that brightens your day.
There was a day I arrived feeling particularly low, stressed, and honestly just not in the best headspace. But Peter’s energy, kindness, and that sincere positivity completely lifted my mood. He probably didn’t even realize it, but his attitude made a huge difference. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows up like that for every single guest, every single time.

Up to the anticipated Intercontinental standard!
First time in the Dubai Marina InterCon. Great location; reception, rooms, service, etc, all up to the expected IC standard. Rooms were serviced flats rather than a traditional 'hotel' room; all good and generally up to a high standard. Only negative comment was that the shower fitted could be improved.
Service in the Club Lounge was excellent. Big thanks to Sanjay, Divine and the rest of the crew!
