I stayed at this hotel for nearly a week during a business trip, and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Everything was spotless, the food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming — everyone went out of their way to assist me, offering advice on how to get around the city and what places to visit, making my stay much easier. It’s also worth mentioning that the hotel is conveniently located just about half an hour from the airport, which makes it ideal for business travellers. Additionally, it was the first time I made such extensive use of the hotel’s own travel agency services — and I was really impressed by how professional and well-organised they were. I will definitely return to Dubai and, without a doubt, choose the same hotel again. It might be slightly on the expensive side, but compared to the rest of the market, it offers much more value and can even be considered reasonably priced for what it provides.

The rooms at The First Collection Marina are spacious and airy. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful. The menu could be a notch better (speaking as someone used to Turkish cuisine 🙂), but the location is great and prices are very reasonable. Huge thanks to the entire team! During my stay I also shopped via the Noon app—front desk kindly received my packages and even took care of the returns I left with them. Overall, I had a wonderful holiday. If the rooms had balconies (so we could step out for a smoke), it would be absolutely perfect.

One of the best hotel ever. Service is excellent! The room are spacious, very clean and super comfortable. The location is fantastic, stores and restaurants are at walking distance. The staff at the reception and all over the hotel are always very collaborative and kind. It has been a very good experience! Thank you to all the staff. I recommend this wonderful hotel in Dubai!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient and easily accessible, with several shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around. The check-in was very smooth, and they upgraded me to a suite which was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were mostly really attentive and helpful. Everything i asked of the housekeeping or the management was served or taken care of within minutes. Also, they provided information about what guests may need outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, though it slightly lacked variety in the cheese and meat section. There is a pool which was heated. If you go by car, you can use the parking lot. The management constantly checked out on the guests to make sure everything was going well and their needs were catered to. They offer discounted or free beach club access to the guests (July 2025: Riva Beach Club). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will also go back in my future trips to Dubai.

The overall experience was very good. We stayed here for 4 nights. We got an upgrade to suite room at a reasonable price, which was amazing. The suite room was very cozy and comfortable for a family of 3. Everything is within walking distance, which a great benefit.
