Shamim in the dining area made our breakfasts delightful, offering incredible support, while Alexis at reception went above and beyond with a warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade that perfectly met our needs. Absolutely loved this hotel—can’t wait to return! We arrived very early in the morning, and while our room wasn’t ready, Aysha at reception went above and beyond to accommodate us. She managed to secure a room for us by 12pm and even arranged a beautiful room with a stunning view, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we stepped in, Duncan, Hassan, and their team welcomed us warmly and took care of our luggage. Every day, they greeted us with genuine kindness, always checking to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Their hospitality made a lasting impression. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. While it got busy after 10am, everything remained well-stocked, and the fresh eggs cooked to order were a highlight. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the marina, making it incredibly convenient. We honestly couldn’t find a single fault with this hotel. Thank you, First Collection Marina, for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The room was nice and spacious however views are just buildings nothing fancy. The service is not very welcoming entering and leaving, staff are just stuck behind the reciption desk. Breakfast was a dissapointment the same thing 7 days, the top up of food was very slow. The pool is small.
