Great hotel, and lovely staff. Needs were always fulfilled when needed. Breakfast was 10/10 every morning and the staff made it even more enjoyable. One in particular Sam, made breakfast in the morning such a vibe with the music! The only downside I would say is we booked a room for 3, so 2 of us slept on a king sized luxury bed and the other was on a single pull out bed that the hotel added to the room and placed in the middle of the room (not ideal when your a room of three girls getting ready every day). The picture was very much different to what we got and what we booked - however they could not change this has no availability which was a pain.

I stayed at this hotel in the lead up to Christmas so the foyer etc was decorated with festive items, and looked beautiful. The whole place is spotless and cleaned every single day. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything for you. All bottled water is free and is restocked daily, and a small fridge to keep it cool. There is also free toiletries in the bathroom, and a safe in the bedroom to store your valuables. I stayed half board and the food choice was amazing. I don’t eat much so I should probably have only done B&B. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully I will be back someday.

Currently staying at the millennium place, we just booked a normal standard room, it's cleaned every day , the hotel is very clean modern, it's got a nice cafe area , and a couple of restaurants by the looks of it. It's quiet a business hotel vibe from what I've seen, however this could different at different times of year. Couple of negative things, pool area is very small, and if your not down for a lounger you won't get 1, which is annoying, also it feels as if your constantly being supervised by the pool area, (it's uncomfortable)!,they have a beach area with shuttle, however you have to pay to enter this, I kinda don't agree with charging guests to use there bit of beach and pool, especially if your guests of the hotel, not a fan of that at all. Other than that, it's an ok hotel, we stayed at the dukes by the palm last time, and that's a better hotel with better amenities than this place.

The staff at the front desk and the porter were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the staff throughout the hotel were all lovely. The accommodation was beyond my expectations and the proximity to public transport was excellent. The only negative is perhaps the distance of the hotel from the airport and downtown area, but there is the beach and restaurant precinct within walking distance. The breakfast service was also very good, although a little busy.

Highly recommend! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is super friendly, they even surprised me for my 30th birthday with a cake, flowers, balloons and a birthday card in the room! I never experienced such high level of hospitality anywhere else. Thanks Nina and other staff members, I will remember this for life ❤️
