I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. Although there was a slight delay during check-in, Katrine went out of her way to apologize sincerely and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. Her attentiveness and warm attitude truly made a difference and set the tone for a great stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean throughout our stay. Service overall was quick and efficient – whether it was a request at the front desk or room service, everything was handled promptly and with a smile. A big thank you to Katrine and the rest of the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others looking for quality service and hospitality.

Great hotel for the price. Very Lovely staff . They prepared the room for our honeymoon . That was quite thoughtful of them. Hotel is in close proximity to restaurants as well as the marina. Our Check in process was smooth and easy. The hallway to our room did not smell so good and the rooms were smaller than I expected but overall a very nice hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in the lead up to Christmas so the foyer etc was decorated with festive items, and looked beautiful. The whole place is spotless and cleaned every single day. The staff are absolutely fantastic and will do anything for you. All bottled water is free and is restocked daily, and a small fridge to keep it cool. There is also free toiletries in the bathroom, and a safe in the bedroom to store your valuables. I stayed half board and the food choice was amazing. I don’t eat much so I should probably have only done B&B. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully I will be back someday.

One of the best service staffs I have encountered at a hotel. We had many, large boxes/luggages to manage and the concierge took over the responsibility of accepting our deliveries and arranging appropriate vehicles for transport. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well thought out setting wise. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel. First , it's just a min walk from metro station DMCC. Ten min walk from the beach . Great restaurants around. The hotel is sparkling clean. Great breakfast. Great team in the pool , Duncan and Nisal , who makes the pool a safe and calm place to stay in front desk , restaurant stuff are smily and helpful We loved it so much , we stayed longer than planted. Price is convenient and cheaper to other hotels in marina. Really recommended
