We stayed in the hotel since Oct. 11 till Oct. 21. We enjoyed our stay! All staff was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was beautiful and cozy. I really liked the breakfasts in Ikigai and Jam Jars restaurants - I still liked it by the end of our stay ) Dining a la carte in Ikigai and Risen also was delicious (keep in mind all dining venues in the hotel provide discount to Emirates boarding pass holders). Did not visit the SPA - no comments. The gym was nice. The room (deluxe with balcony) was very comfortable and spacious. Location is great for active travellers. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which we truly appreciated. The staff were warm, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The location is fantastic — with a train station just nearby, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. Overall, the room rates were very reasonable given the high quality of both the accommodations and service.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and were tidied up every day, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. The location is also excellent — there’s a train station nearby, which made it easy to get around the city. The room rates were quite reasonable for the quality and service provided. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited selection of breakfast items. However, this might be understandable as the hotel is rated 4 stars. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others! And I wanna say about NIKOLINA She was a very pleasant and friendly lady She helped us check into our room at the hotel and made the process smooth and easy. Big thanks to her for her kindness and professionalism! By the way, she also speaks Russian, which was a great help for us.

Great location - easily walkable to the marina and the beach. The metro and tram stops are straight outside. very clean hotel, good bar which shows all the sports, lovely cafe which was reasonably priced. We had a room over looking the street so there was a bit of traffic noise but nothing that wasn’t acceptable. I would definitely recommend this hotel
