A Luxurious Stay at Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel Our stay at Sharq Village & Spa was simply outstanding. From the beautiful setting to the exceptional service, everything was perfect. Location The hotel is ideally located by the sea, offering a stunning view of Doha’s skyline. The airport is just a short drive away, which is convenient, though some airplane and helicopter noise can be heard. However, this did not bother us. The private beach is well-maintained and features a netted swimming area for added comfort. Hotel Grounds & Pools The resort’s lush greenery and elegant water features create a truly serene atmosphere. The landscaping is breathtaking, making every corner of the property a pleasure to explore. The pools are spectacular, with designated areas for children and toddlers and pleasantly warm water for ultimate relaxation. Dining We had half board, and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had everything one could wish for, with high-quality ingredients and a wide selection. A highlight was the Ramadan tent for dinner, where we enjoyed a festive atmosphere, live music, and a beautifully decorated setting. The variety and quality of the buffet were outstanding. Perfect for Families The hotel is very family-friendly, featuring a kids’ club with a playroom and a great playground near the pool. During Ramadan, a dedicated children’s area in the tent added to the special experience. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming to families, making it a wonderful place to stay with children. Exceptional Service The staff is truly outstanding – warm, professional, and highly attentive. The high level of service ensures that guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their stay. Every team member works tirelessly to create an exceptional guest experience. Rooms & Spa The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring luxurious interiors and stunning bathrooms. Everything is immaculately clean, with excellent housekeeping and thoughtful turn-down service. The spa is a haven of relaxation, offering top-notch treatments in a peaceful setting. My massage was simply perfect. A Thoughtful Reminder We kindly encourage all guests to respect the environment and ensure that no litter is left behind on the beach. Re If you’re looking for the perfect weekend getaway, Sharq Village is the place to be! From the moment you arrive, the stunning beach, beautiful poolside and picturesque surroundings create a truly relaxing atmosphere. What sets this place apart however is the exceptional service. The staff are so welcoming and I would like to give a special thanks to Sheikh, who consistently provides everyone top-notch service and ensures we always have everything that we need. The lunch by the poolside is absolutely delicious, with a wide range of tasty options. My favourite is the grilled salmon salad – it’s a must-try! Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious weekend retreat!

My friend and I recently stayed at your hotel, and we wanted to thank you for an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for by everyone on the team. The hospitality and service exceeded all of our expectations. We would love to give a special shoutout to several staff members who truly made our stay memorable: Ali was always there to help with our luggage and any other needs. He went above and beyond, especially when we once didn’t have cash for a local cab (that wasn’t actually a proper taxi and didn’t accept cards), and he generously helped us out. We are very grateful for his kindness. Mohammed, who served the classic Arabic tea in the lobby, was such a pleasure to talk to. Always friendly, helpful, and fun to have a chat with—he added a personal and cultural touch to our days. Kenya, who we saw often in the lobby, was absolutely hilarious! We had the best conversations with him, and he answered so many of our questions about local culture. He made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable with his energy and humor. The concierge Mathew was fantastic. He helped us with everything from arranging an incredible last-minute spa visit to organizing a desert safari tour with Said, which turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Iman (I hope I got her name right!) was also wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and great to chat with. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the people truly made it special. P.S. I want to mention how grateful I am for the peacefulness of this place. The hotel was so quiet—no loud music, no distractions—and it felt like we were the only ones here. For someone like me, coming from a huge city with constant noise, this sense of calm was a whole new level of relaxation. The attention to making guests feel comfortable in such a serene atmosphere is truly appreciated.

We went this weekend. The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The hotel pool was heated and nice to relax there although would have been nice to have both pools open as getting a sunbed was an issue. The waterpark though I was disappointed that yet again one of the kids pool was closed and the other pool extremely cold inside so we didn't spend long there. We took the ramadan deal for dinner and breakfast included. The breakfast was very good. Though dinner was a disappointment. The choice of food wasn't great and many dishes were empty and we were sat outside and didn't recieve any waiting service. Overall we enjoyed time by the pool and the relaxed setting of the hotel. Rooms were comfy and big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Our stay at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, and the check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. We opted for the package that included breakfast and dinner, and the food was exceptional—fantastic variety and delicious options on the menu. Although the water park was closed for annual maintenance during our stay, we still had an amazing time enjoying the laser tag activity with my family. It was so much fun and a great way to bond! What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every team member we encountered was commendable—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I had requested a birthday surprise in our room with very short notice, and they delivered beyond our expectations. It made our daughter's birthday so special and memorable. Thank you so much to the entire team at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be booking again and recommending this resort to everyone! I visited last week to celebrate my daughter's birthday. While it's a bit far from town, the experience was worth the drive. The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The beach was clean, which made for a nice atmosphere. We came during the colder season, so we couldn’t enjoy the water park, but the indoor pool was a great alternative. I’m definitely planning to return in the summer to take full advantage of the water activities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

The service was exceptional. Breakfast is probably one of the best we have ever had. Room service quality is exceptional, helpers visit your room a bit after check in and ask you for any conveniences you need help with. Mr Jitendra was very enthusiastic and helpful and took utmost care of us. It was a very pleasant experience.

The experience is really good, service in here is amazing, and people here are so kind and helpful. Especially thanks to Nazaria in the farm house, she was really helpful and such a sweet heart! She helped me in my stay so much, she even squeezed oranges for me when the orange juice was over. She’s so respectful and helpful!! One of the best service I’ve ever received in my whole life. Also Hakeem was really really welcoming and super helpful in the beach Also their coffee and pizza is beyond yummy. I’ll ofcouse visit again, new favorite hotel in Doha!

This was our second time staying here at the hotel. We previously stayed in October and again had a wonderful time with our two older teenage children. Great access to the water park and on site facilities. Super restaurants on site meant we were all happy. The teenagers made full use of the buffet whilst we could enjoy an evening meal in one of the other restaurants. We spent the days between the water park and the pool and noticed small changes since last time. Such as being able to get drinks and food in the water park from some of their restaurants which meant we didn’t need to come back. Great addition. Well done. Also the staff at the hotel pool bars were amazing bringing drinks and fruit round made us feel so special. Staff on reception made us feel wonderful too. A great stay and we will definitely come back. Thank you !

We had the pleasure of staying at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island few days ago, and it was a fantastic experience beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, well designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the stunning see view from my balcony. One of the highlights was the all-inclusive package which provides everything free including the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with enhanced beverages. The infinity pool, private beach, and, most significantly, free admission to the adjoining waterpark were all free and wonderful; however, some essential rides were closed for renovation, which disappointed us. We thoroughly loved our time at the hotel, and to be honest, it exceeded our expectations. The food was amazing, with a wide range of cuisines presented perfectly. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The management should consider extending weekend dinner times by a couple of hours, and it would also be beneficial if live music shows were held in the hotel on weekends. Overall, Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island offered an ideal balance of luxury, comfort, and world-class service. We strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a memorable stay at a 5* hotel in Qatar!

We stayed in the hotel with their all-inclusive package which happened to be timed during the Ramadan period. Due to this, there were some limitations in place in respect to our brothers and sisters who are fasting. But this didn’t hinder a lot in enjoying our stay and their availability to cater to non-fasting guests was also available.

The combination of the Hotel with the waterpark was the major attracting factor for us. While the concept is well done the way the service at the hotel went was a disappointment. 1- Took half a day to get toothbrushes 2- Food quality was below 5 stars standard 3- incident at the restaurant where our personal items were relocated by staff without notification 4- Lights in the room wouldn't switch off and reception was not contactable by phone. Finally tech staff disconnected the light without solving the problem and no explanation or apology was given. 5- Makeshift Kids club in a ballroom with almost no coordination and no safety measures.

It’s the worse hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is bad, the rooms are horrible, you’re not allowed to walk around the hotel after 6 pm!!! The bed sheets are ripped and stink. The rooms are freezing (the AC won’t turn off). The food is the same everyday. You pay for all inclusive, but the restaurants inside aren’t free (you only get 25% discount as an all inclusive guest). Please choose another hotel if you want to spend a good time with your family. Also, they should check you in by 15.00 according to their laws, but the rooms weren’t ready by 3pm. I have planned the trip by time, so I could rest after the long flight, however had to spend time waiting in the reception for my room. Also you can’t dial to reception from your room, because they turn off the calls. Well, it’s not a 5 star hotel, even 3 star hotels are so much better for better price. Good luck with this hotel! But wouldn’t recommend it at all
