The staff are so welcoming and I would like to give a special thanks to Sheikh, who consistently provides everyone top-notch service and ensures we always have everything that we need. The lunch by the poolside is absolutely delicious, with a wide range of tasty options. My favourite is the grilled salmon salad – it’s a must-try! Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious weekend retreat!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel for about 10 days in Villa 1 (5.11-14.11), and I can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always attentive, and never without a warm smile on their faces. Their dedication to making every guest feel special truly set this hotel apart. The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything I could possibly need. They paid great attention to detail, restocking water daily and leaving everything spotless. The food was nothing short of amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast has so much variety and is really good. But there isn't any much kids activities if your travelling with 4 years old kids , there is a small playground on sand with a tower and slides and a kids pool.

Recently stayed at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The service throughout the resort was top-notch, making our stay feel special and stress-free. One of the highlights was the incredible buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with so many delicious dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and catered to a range of tastes. The staff at the buffet were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The resort itself is stunning, with luxurious facilities and atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. However, it’s worth noting that the resort is located about an hour away from Doha, so if you plan to visit the city, you’ll need to factor in long taxi rides. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, great service, and exceptional food.

Stayed there for the first time back in June 2024. Amazing experience that left the family and I in shock. No it's on our preferred list for yearly vacation, planning to visit again in 2025. Hopefully will find a good deal. I visit it through a road trip from Riyadh with the family. Reach there, park the car, and don't leave the resort for our 4 night stay. Amazing food, amazing facilities, amazing team. Hopefully the same this year. Keep it up. 💯

It's the 3rd time we've visited the resort for our short holidays with 20+ friends (adults and kids), and it’s been amazing every single time. The resort has very comfortable rooms of all sizes (tried the villas, suites, and standard rooms) and is fully equipped with entertainment and sports options. I especially enjoyed the gym, the wellness facilities, and the surrounding area's beauty. The kids love the kids' club, which gives adults peace of mind. The water park has unique options, especially for guests above 120cm tall. The food is varied and well prepared, and the venues are always clean, no matter how crowded it can be at busy times. All staff members, like Syed (front office) and the rest, are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is great. If you are planning a vacation and love large beaches, this resort is an excellent choice. Everything is clean and very well-maintained. Special thanks to Simon at the south pool for his very pleasant service. As for the kitchen, the food is delicious. My husband and I are on a gluten-free diet, and every single day, the kitchen prepared gluten-free meals for us. A big thank you to everyone in the kitchen, and a special thanks to Nehal, who took perfect care of us. We will definitely be happy to return.

This was our first all-inclusive experience, and overall, it was fairly good—though there were definitely areas for improvement. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and well-organized. The staff explained everything clearly, making it easy to get settled. Our room was a little on the smaller side, but the breathtaking view made up for it. We could see the skyline and some stunning national treasures, which added a special touch to our stay. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very attentive, housekeeping did a great job, and the lobby staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the buffet experience could have been better. While the food variety was decent, the quality and attentiveness of the restaurant staff left room for improvement. The hotel’s facilities and location were excellent—everything was easily accessible, and we had plenty to do both on-site and nearby. Overall, it was a great hotel that lived up to expectations. While there were a few minor issues, we would still recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We ended up at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha unexpectedly due to issues with our original booking, and it turned out to be the best decision! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional, especially the night shift receptionist with glasses, who was incredibly professional and helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly for us, which we truly appreciated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had a luxurious feel. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of high-quality food—definitely one of the best we’ve had! What started as a stressful situation quickly turned into an incredible stay, thanks to the hospitality and top-notch service. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back in the future!

Great all-inclusive experience in Doha! Rooms are lovely, very spacious, modern, clean & comfortable. Good choice of restaurants, breakfast buffet plenty to choose from and 3 restaurants in the evening all of a high standard. At lunch time, snacks and drinks are available by the pool all day. Service is incredible. Staff were aware of our ‘regular’ orders after only 2 days at the hotel! Special mention to Hakeem from the pool bar, can’t do enough for you and will really go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time in the day. Overall great stay at Rixos!

It’s the worse hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The service is bad, the rooms are horrible, you’re not allowed to walk around the hotel after 6 pm!!! The bed sheets are ripped and stink. The rooms are freezing (the AC won’t turn off). The food is the same everyday. You pay for all inclusive, but the restaurants inside aren’t free (you only get 25% discount as an all inclusive guest). Please choose another hotel if you want to spend a good time with your family. Also, they should check you in by 15.00 according to their laws, but the rooms weren’t ready by 3pm. I have planned the trip by time, so I could rest after the long flight, however had to spend time waiting in the reception for my room. Also you can’t dial to reception from your room, because they turn off the calls. Well, it’s not a 5 star hotel, even 3 star hotels are so much better for better price. Good luck with this hotel! But wouldn’t recommend it at all

Hotel is good, location next to the water park is the reason we stayed. The hotel has massive potential, and could be as good as other Rixos hotels we have stayed in, if the management could be more visible and assist the staff, the overall experience would be so much better. The waiting, reception, bars etc staff were all very helpful and friendly, they just lack so clear leadership. The Gala dinner was an example of this, although we were asked days before the event want food preferences we had (my daughter is veggie), on the night, the service and meals came out at random times and were often wrong. Pros: Nice pools and good pool bar. Water park is a must if travelling with kids. Shuttle bus to the mall. Cons. Service needs to improve. Food at the buffet although good quality, it was the same every day.

We had the opportunity to have an incredible holiday thanks to the hotel. Especially Ms. Gulsana, who was at the reception, was in control of everything and was very helpful. Turquoise restaurant and M2 crew are excellent. All of the employees are very good. The water park is extraordinary and the temperature of the water is ideal. The seafood restaurant, in particular, stood out for its fresh and flavorful offerings. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Patrizia, whose exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their attention to detail was unmatched. We also took full advantage of the resort's amenities — from the stunning infinity pool to the private beach and Meryal water park access. The resort truly has something for everyone, whether you prefer relaxation or a bit of adventure with water sports. By the end of our stay, we left feeling completely rejuvenated. We’re already planning our next visit with family and can’t wait to return!

We loved the hotel and the water park. Check in was late. Check out was on time. Room was extremely dusty which is understandable on the surface but not inside the table lamp and bathroom fixtures. We had light issues in both rooms where the lights would turn off as if on a timer. It was promptly resolved by providing us with a different card for the lights only. Unusual to have it happen in both rooms . Rooms were in opposite buildings but on same floor Pros: we were allowed to use the water park before room was ready and after checkout. Full board option and lunch buffet were generous . View on all sides was breath taking. Cons: dinner buffet food was served cold we asked them to reheat
