DJ Devolicious
Responsive, friendly and helpful staff and service. Food was delicious, freshly prepared and healthy. Would have liked access to the pool but went in the sea instead which was just downstairs. We had a brilliant time, slept well in a comfortable, warm room with great views. Peaceful and restful.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Service was actually good they were kind and always helpful, but Toni (he works at the bar) needs to calm down and go on vacation or maybe to the doctor or maybe both he didn’t do anything but he never smiles and seems angry and impatient but who isn’t nowadays. The food was okay. The reception is also cool but the bathrooms there… they need help but I don’t think anyone can help them only Jesus. The pool and the location in general was good it’s near palma and near the beach so it’s okay ig. It’s also safe in the hotel and the bar area is cool. Thank you.

I honestly have no idea how this hotel can call itself a 4-star establishment—at best, it’s a 2-star experience.
Firstly, the overall condition of the hotel is old and outdated. While the exterior and photos online are deceivingly attractive, the reality is far from it. The room was incredibly basic, with no coffee/tea station, no complimentary water, and not even basic amenities like a toothbrush or toothpaste. To top it off, they charge €20 just to use an iron—absolutely ridiculous for a hotel claiming to be 4-star.
The hygiene was appalling. The bathroom was visibly dirty, and I found a hair, which made it obvious the cleaning was not done thoroughly. Even worse, I spotted a silverfish on the floor next to the bed, suggesting a damp issue that hasn’t been addressed.
The facilities were also subpar. The door to the room didn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. The air conditioning in the bathroom was so loud it was impossible to ignore. And despite the room looking somewhat okay in photos, the reality is far from what was advertised.
Customer service was practically non-existent. The staff were unfriendly, stuck-up, and lacked even basic customer service skills. For instance, we simply asked for some water, and the woman at the bar smugly told us the bar was closed and that there was nothing she could do. This was emblematic of the attitude throughout our stay.
To sum it up, this hotel was a major disappointment on every level. The only thing it seems to have invested in is creating misleading photos. If you’re considering staying here, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

Good: comfortable beds. Decent rooms with balcony. Opening door to toilet v quiet (suits elderly kli Shower controls intuitive. Cleaned well. Reception staff helpful. Daytime pool based entertainment based on old fashioned board games good. Food in hotel should suit all but the most picky.

Only stayed one night, was a very quick purposeful visit. Did not experience pool or other amenities as a result.
Checkin was ok. Staff helping us was very distracted by guests speaking to her colleague. They seemed to be having an issue.
The room was quite disappointing. It smelled heavily of cleaning chemicals. There was a baby crib left in room when we entered, so not sure if room was cleaned. Sheets had some hairs and stains, we requested new ones. Shower head height adjuster broken. Shower doorknob very tarnished and crusted in mineral buildup. Floor felt kind of grimy, was not comfortable walking around barefoot. Room was labeled as “double pool view,” but could barely see the pool.
Bar was unwilling to refill a reusable water bottle. Dinner buffet looked unappetizing. Breakfast buffet was ok, pretty standard. Had a live cooking omelette station, which was nice. Juices, extremely cheap, artificial, and overly sweet.
