Lovely hotel with beach right close by. The hotel was clean and plenty of staff to help you. The food was amazing. Couldn't fault it. We really enjoyed the 4 specialty restaurants too which made a change from the buffet. Nice location. Close to shops etc. My only complaint is where our room was located (right outside reception & hotel opposite which attracted lots of noise from bus drops offs and pick ups early in the morning and delivery trucks). Next time I'd pay more for a sea view guarantee no noise.

Great location for what we wanted, just 5 minute taxi ride from the marina. A few shops and bars close to the hotel, if you fancy a wander about.
The hotel was lovely, staff were so helpful, friendly and always on hand if needed.
Room was clean, comfortable and what we needed for are stay.
For the meals, there was always plenty of choice and tasted nice.
Even though it was October when we went, it was still warm with plenty of sunshine, we would defiantly come back again, and stay longer next time.

The room was very clean. Shame we didn't have a pool or sea view.
The hotel staff look after everyone.
Location is very quiet. I would have preferred a busier location, but that's my fault.
The beach, which seems private is very cute and pretty.
The downside was the food. Great breakfasts but dinners weren't good.
No kids resort.....perfect!

Have just spent 6 nights at this hotel, and have loved it! Rooms are a good size, kept clean by the cleaners every day with fresh towels and water every day. Our room was not pool/sea view but it did mean we had a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning. We had all inclusive and were impressed with the quality of the food, variety each night with a theme but still enough for me as a fussy eater. Small beach/cove on the hotel grounds which is great, a few shops just a few minutes walk from the hotel and 10 minute walk to the marina with lots of restaurants to choose from with a great vibe.
The entertainment team Wilson & Alessia were FANTASTIC! Provide great energy around the hotel, they make sure to get to know you which is nice and they put on a great show in the evenings, both incredible dancers and couldn’t ask for anything more from them! They alone have made our stay 10/10!

Things like mediocre food and run down rooms are things I could look past had the service not been such a downer. From start to finish I was never made to feel very welcome. Using the grill station in the restaurant and the pool bar were uncomfortable. I felt a bit of a burden to the staff. And don’t think of trying to order a common known cocktail if it’s not on the menu because they will deny you. Me and my boyfriend had several encounters where we generally felt uncomfortable and unwanted. The entertainment team being the only exception as they both had more enthusiasm than the rest of the staff combined. The specially restaurants were booked up when I tried to visit and reception was zero help in providing any information as to making reservations. I booked the all inclusive package and found myself walking the 30 minutes to town for a decent meal and cocktail. If you are looking for good value for money book elsewhere. I would not return.
