Loved our stay at the Alua Sol Mallorca Resort. All staff were very friendly and approachable with the majority speaking multiple languages. Our room was big and comfortable. The shower was powerful but the enclosure could do with a bit of updating! The little cove is lovely and the sea is very clear. Short walk into the little town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants (although we didn’t eat out as the food at the hotel was so good). Took a cab to the harbour (but that could be walked to in about 15 mins) but didn’t stay too long! Loved the tranquility of the ‘My favourite’ lounging and bar area. My only negative is that the pools are really cold!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. Hotel is really nice, rooms are a decent size and very clean. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and fresh towels everyday. Lots of sun loungers by each pool and the pool itself is always clean. Food and drinks on the all inclusive were very nice. The buffet is different every day for both lunch and dinner service. Loved this hotel, the staff are super friendly!

Review: AluaSoul Mallorca Adults Only – Cala d’Or We had the most incredible time celebrating my dad’s 60th birthday at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They added thoughtful touches for my dad’s birthday , which made it truly memorable. A huge thank you to the chefs who took such great care of the coeliacs in our family — it gave us real peace of mind and meant everyone could relax and enjoy the food. The buffet was excellent for an all-inclusive, with so much variety and delicious flavours. Special shout-outs to Miriam (Guest Services Manager), Maru (Deputy Manager), and all the bartenders, waitresses, and entertainment staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and friendliness made all the difference. We chose the Favourite Club option and really enjoyed the extra touches it offered. The views from the hotel over Cala Egos are just perfect — such a beautiful setting. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a relaxing adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, and stunning views, this is the place!

An amazing 2nd stay! Since our first visit in 2018, the hotel & entertainment has got even better! Lots of activities during the day but also time to chill in peace! Highly recommend sending your partner off to water basketball for some giggles! Shout out to JJ & Marian - you gave us so many laughs our whole stay - especially on quiz & bingo nights before the bands/dance acts! We’ll be back again!

Beautiful location with secluded beach area, accessible to the public but not overcrowded. Good food options with the usual buffet restaurant as well as 4 other restaurants on site. Some vegetarian options but not much variation. 2 quiet pools. A few optional activities and entertainment. Some areas have wheelchair access but not all. Downside is they use salt water for their showers and taps... :/ Overall a good location and I would visit again. Aimed for an older age range or chilled group/ couple; not suited for people looking for an active night-life/ party atmosphere.
