Hello, I am a Korean living in London.
My spouse and I love traveling.
We spent the latter part of our trip in Mallorca at AluaSoul Palma, and we are leaving this review for future guests.
1. Parking
The first thing that surprised us upon arrival was the parking situation. Since this is a 4-star hotel, I never expected any issues with parking. However, the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. Instead, you have to “find your own” parking spot among the tightly packed cars on the regular streets around the hotel.
2. Noise
First of all, the soundproofing between rooms is poor. You can easily hear people talking in neighboring rooms, and in the morning, the sound of vacuum cleaners from housekeeping is very noticeable.
Additionally, since the hotel is located right next to the airport, airplane noise is quite loud.
3. Other Services
If you are staying for multiple nights, note that bottled water is provided only once as a welcome drink. I recommend buying water separately in advance.
The gym is so small that calling it a gym feels like an overstatement. I wouldn’t recommend planning to work out here.
There are two pools, but the one on the rooftop is more of a jacuzzi rather than an actual swimming pool. The ground-floor pool is not temperature-controlled.
When requesting assistance from concierge services, the staff tend to be unenthusiastic and not proactive.
4. Meals
We only had breakfast service, and it was noticeable that low-quality ingredients were used for cost-cutting, particularly in items like sausages and eggs. (For reference, I am not very picky when it comes to food, but even I could tell the difference.)
That said, the made-to-order omelets were delicious.
5. Room Condition
The rooms were very clean. The only downside was that we saw a few ants in the room.
6. Window View
Despite the various drawbacks, the ocean view is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The sea view is absolutely stunning.
7. Overall
This hotel comes with many disadvantages, but the ocean view somewhat compensates for them.
From my very personal perspective, the overall quality of this hotel feels more like a 2~3 star hotel, rather than a true 4-star hotel.

The location is spectacular. The hotel itself is nice, modern and very well maintained. The corners are very clean and the service is very attentive. I can't say anything negative. At check-in we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the receptionist Nabina (I think that's her name).His big smile and friendliness made the tiredness of a long trip disappear. Thank you all, it will definitely be a pleasure to come back.

This hotel is great. The free breakfast is buffet style with so many options, everything we had was delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even on the day of our checkout, when our flight wasn’t until night time, they stored our bags AND allowed us to shower at the gym shower before heading to the airport! 1000% recommend it! And the front desk staff was incredibly kind

Very good hotel. Lovely staff. Everywhere spotless.
Only 2 negatives, one which was a little concerning.
At night for dinner, you have a good selection of cooked food and of course if you wish to have something fresh cooked in front of you, like chicken. They put the chicken on the grill and then use the SAME utensil to cook with and then to serve you with.
You NEVER use the same utensil to have raw and cooked on.
Second was advertised heated pool, pool wasn’t heated. Went 3rd week of October 2024.

It was a lovely stay at AluaSoul Palma. I loved the hospitality of the staff working there. The breakfast was amazing with hot and cold meals, great coffee and champagne. I suggest booking a room with sea view.
They offer one Finnish sauna, you have to pre-book it. I was a little disappointed on gym, as you needed an app to track your workout on bycicles (which was not for free).
Therefore I rented a bike from the hotel - it's 10€ (cash only) per day and they are well-maintained and new. I cycled all the way to Magaluf.
Would return to this hotel.
