Very nice hotel with great service. I stayed here for a week and enjoyed the whole experience, spending most of my time on the rooftop bar in the sun getting a tan😎 I would like to thank Arnau who served me and my girlfriend on the last night I stayed. He was probably the best waiter I have had in my whole life, who pointed out the most tender steak on the menu with the best pricing (which it 100% was). We also had to get a taxi to the airport in 30 minutes, he made sure all of the staff new about this and was very attentive to us, making sure we made it to the airport in time!!! The bar manager who served me cocktails all week (think his name began with a J but I don’t remember!!!!) was super friendly too, and made me frozen strawberry daqiries

Great hotel. Beautiful property. High end e bikes for rent. Sunset views. Live music at the pool. Great breakfast. Water taxi to sunset strip right outside hotel. The only things I would say they should change would be I wish the rooms were bigger, e bikes should be free for hotel guest and water shouldn't be so expensive.

Arrived at the hotel reception and was given a friendly greeting. Our room was not ready at the time of arrival but we was offered an upgrade (Extra £500) to a 'One' room which we promptly accepted as the room was available immediately accepted, the receptionist was very helpful and explained the benefits of the room including the access to the 'One' lounge. On arrival at the room we found it the be immaculately clean with amazing sea views. We had a few house keeping issues which were promptly resolved by Elena Riveres (Guest Relations Manager). Unfortunately our room (2522) was directly underneath the rooftop bar and you could hear every sound including music, furniture being moved around, trolleys being pushed, etc, loudly in the room. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views but I would avoid the rooms under the rooftop bar area.

Hello Amàre Beach team, I would like to share my review of my experience. This is the second time we’ve visited the island and the second time we’ve enjoyed the comforts of your hotel. One of the main reasons we decided to come back was because we had an incredible experience with your team last year. This year, the team was quite professional, but there were a few small details that could be improved: I missed the attention to detail when booking the massage service (unlike last year, we weren’t given a robe and had to change directly in the room). My partner forgot a small backpack in the pool area, and no one was able to find it. We also missed the presence of the DJ, which we enjoyed last year. The birthday decoration was nice but overrated (last year’s was better). The room service was absolutely incredible. MULIKAT, a lovely lady, was constantly attentive to whether we needed anything and helped us with any questions. The waitstaff were also quite friendly and always had a smile.

The rooms looked great and overall the hotel was really nice however in terms of the food lounge, the service was poor and disorganised. On the first night for buffet no one was at the desk to show us where to go or give any instructions. We asked for water however we waited for nearly half an hour to get it and even that we had to ask another waiter. The second night at the buffet we had someone who assigned us a table however when we got up to get the food at the bouquet our seats were taken by someone else , and this happened multiple times, to the point that me and my partner had to take turns to take food just to not have our seats taken. The quality of the food was not up to standard, I was expecting way more from a 4 star hotel. Looked as if they shopped from a very cheap supermarket. Aesthetics were great but in terms of service and food I do not recommend
