The staff are lovely. Super nice. Food is plentiful and super nice too. Authentic Turkish. Rooms could be better. One single quilt for a double bed and a couch for third person but cleaners are in every day with fresh towels etc which is good. Facilities for children are great. Loads to do.

Nice hotel generally with great food and beaches. Bit dated and lacking staff but some of the staff fantastic, such as Alp who is part of the animation team. Always full of life and helpful! The shows were great and my girls enjoyed kids club and the nightly mini discos.

We stayed 3 nights. The personnel was very kind, helpful and nice. The room space was good. The food was very good. We liked the environment. The sea is very close so I recommend you stay there. The negative sides: the room was not very clean. The sheets were clean but the bathroom, the glass block in the balchony and the pillow of the sofa were not very clean. I am adding the photos.

It is not the first time in this region, there are many all inclusive hotels that offer better overall experience! I do not like the way everything is disposted and also the reduced diversity of points open over the day. In addition: - you must stay in line for anything. - the sweets bar ....very very far away from the beach. - room cleaning not working so well. On the positive side, the personnel very nice and responsive and the food and drinks good quality.

Finishing a 4 day stay at this hotel. It’s almost like paying full price for a fake designer brand. It says 5 star but it’s not even close to that standard. The rooms are not clean or comfortable, the bed is like a thin foam with bed sheets that Literally scratch you all while the AC doesn’t work (October weather is around 28-30 degrees). The service and look of hotel otherwise is quite good, all the staff are attentive. The facilities are also good, with good beach access and plenty of bars and restaurants. However the pool isn’t heated so we didn’t use it for the entirety of the stay, and neither did other guests from what we could see. The food was ok throughout the stay, nothing crazy but does the job, however stay away from the A La Carte Italian restaurant, if I could go back and re do that part of my life I would. Terrible food if you could call it that (but service was again good as staff are very nice) One point to note; for Muslim guests make sure you disclaim non alcoholic to the bartenders when ordering drinks, it’s a shame in a muslim country, they don’t have more choice for non alcoholic drinks In summary, it’s a 4 star hotel dressed as 5 star and claiming 5 star prices.
