Horrendous construction and dredging works taking place on neighbouring site 24 hours a day. Our villa was around 100m from the works and the villa literally shook everything ten minutes the whole night. Our full party including a 4 month old baby got zero sleep during our stay. Strongly recommend to avoid at all costs until guaranteed no construction

We’ve just left after a 2 night stay. We booked as a little getaway from Dubai with our 9 month old daughter and from the moment we arrived. From the valet to leaving, everything was perfect. The staff truly are 5* and took care of all of our needs and went over and above to ensure we were taken care of and our baby had everything she needed. We cannot wait to return. See you again soon.

Great place to get away from the chaos of Dubai. Staff are excellent and the food was very good too. I'm not sure what the arrival of the casinos will do to a place like this, but for now, it's certainly worth a visit!

In honor of my brother's first wedding anniversary, I had Requested the Ritz Cartlon Al Hamra team to arrange something sweet for them. The support that Mr Deepu provided had been greatly appreciated We were really pleased with the small cute decor They are known for their hospitality without a doubt. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a complimentary cake. The entire team at the restaurant made the event memorable, from the chef to the manager.

We are regulars of their Thursday night. Steak and sangria special. After being seated in a near empty restaurant, we were told that we needed to order a la carte as there was not enough steak available that night. Then we were told there weren't enough tables available for those without a reservation. And finally, when I reached a manager, we were told there wasn't enough sangria as a group of 20 was coming later in the evening. Most definitely NOT the level of service expected from the Ritz Carlton. Reservations were never previously needed nor listed in their advertisement.
