I had the most wonderful experience thanks to Ibrahim from Egypt, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From the very first moment, his warm welcome made me feel at home, and his professionalism and kindness stood out immediately. He not only offered the best service with genuine care and attention, but also surprised me with a beautiful room upgrade that made my stay even more special. Highly recommend asking for Ibrahim if you’re staying here, you’ll be in the best hands! Kudos also to Alain from Uganda, who gave me an amazing tour around the hotel. He was warm, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel welcome. A special thank you as well to Arup, the executive chef, who went above and beyond to take care of me in addition to the wonderful Chu Sett who made sure the service at the buffet was top notch. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Truly a memorable visit I’ll definitely be back!

I’m currently staying at Anantara Mina Al Arab, and with just two days left, I already know I’ll be counting down the days until I return. From the moment we arrived—at 5am, no less—the service was impeccable. The staff ensured our rooms were ready and waiting, which set the tone for what has been an extraordinary stay. The rooms are of the highest standard: immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity you could wish for. I’ve stayed at luxury resorts across Europe, the Indian Ocean, and the U.S., but nothing compares to the experience here. The daily room cleaning is so thorough it feels like checking into a brand-new room each day. Turn-down service is flawless, and amenities are replenished without ever needing to ask. Truly, nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast is a feast—an impressive spread of drinks and dishes that cater to every taste. The culinary experience throughout the resort is Michelin-level, with themed nights that keep things exciting. Mekong, the standout restaurant, is exceptional. The floating, cocooned booths create a magical atmosphere, and the Asian fusion menu is both authentic and inventive. Dining here feels like a special occasion every time. We’ve used the gym daily, and it’s equipped to a very high standard. The fitness staff are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, offering tailored advice and exercises. The entire resort is pristine—every corner beautifully maintained and inviting. What truly elevates this resort is the staff. They are unfailingly polite, always checking in to ensure everything is perfect and asking how they can make it even better. Their warmth and attentiveness make you feel genuinely cared for. Anantara Mina Al Arab is the kind of place you never want to leave. It’s not just a resort—it’s an experience. Great resort with nice Thai styling and hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and provided a super enjoyable experience. The room was very well equipped, with proper coffee machine and nice glasses, something that other large chain hotels are now economizing on. Restaurant choice is good with my all-time favorite "Mekong" serving great Asian cuisine. The pool is nice in size and offers the required cooling but the condition of the flooring is poor; a significant number of tiles are loose or missing which looks bad and feels not comfortable. This is definitely not in line with the overall fantastic state of the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect except for the swimming pool, which was quite shallow, old, and in need of renovation. Room was very big and decoration is amazing very clean and amazing view. The staff were all very kind, always smiling, and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Zain at check-in, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and had excellent communication skills, and to Ibrahim at check-out, who was also excellent and made the process smooth. Overall, a great experience we just hope the pool can be improved for future stays!

We also want to express our appreciation to the team at *Sea Breeze Restaurant*—they were incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant offers a lovely view of a beautiful garden, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed a pleasant coffee break at the *Lobby Lounge*. Staying in a premium room with a spacious balcony was a fantastic experience. It’s an ideal setting for both couples and families—peaceful, enjoyable, and truly unforgettable.
