We had a bad start with the hotel, but they truly did their best to make it up to us, and we appreciate that effort. We booked the Al Rimal Pool Villa, and the view was beautiful, watching the deers walk and eat around. The pool was spacious and larger than what you typically find in other resorts with pool villas, which I really loved. However, if you’re looking for complete privacy, I’d recommend going for the enclosed pool villa, as we could see people swimming in the villas across from us. Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of food options to suit different tastes. Overall, for the price you pay, this resort offers great value especially since pool villas at this price range are hard to find.

My wife and I stayed at this resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism—starting with the security guard at the gate and continuing with the wonderful reception and concierge staff. We genuinely felt like royalty throughout our entire stay. Our villa was luxurious, spotless, and fully equipped with every amenity you'd expect from a 5-star resort. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team who went above and beyond by leaving a beautiful, handmade "Happy Anniversary" message on our bed—what a thoughtful touch that really made our day. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, from our delicious dinner at the Farmhouse restaurant to the exceptional breakfast in the morning. The service was consistently top-notch, and every staff member we encountered made us feel valued and cared for. Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

I have no words to describe my stay but I have to start somewhere. I stayed to the villa 310 from 29.06 to 03.07 and I never been pampered like that. My friend organized a surprise for my birthday and Ram was so involved to make this moment unforgettable! The hotel itself is a stunning place — even photos can’t truly capture the beauty of the resort. Every staff member we met during our stay showed us special attention; we were treated like princesses and they made sure we didn’t lack anything! A huge thank you to Pablu, Wandy who made every breakfast a moment full of good vibes, Bagus, Annu, Megha, Hritam, Amr the driver, Annu, Amrita, Sandra, Niraj for his drive to the most beautiful sunset that I never seen, Imran & Ibrahim with the falcon show, Manisha, Sajith who made sure that I will enjoy the sunrise and everyone whose smile I had the joy of crossing paths with. A special thank you to nature for allowing us to encounter such wonderful animals, they were a show in themselves and added to the magic of this experience

Such an awesome place. Highly recommend the tented rooms over looking endless desert with animals wandering and a private pool. Beautiful! Riding camels was so fun and the falconry show was amazing. Pablo was on point as were all of the other staff. Outstanding customer service. So glad we made last minute plan changes and did our last night in Dubai at this desert resort.
