I recently stayed here with my family in a 2 bedroom suite and I honestly had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday with new towels, sheets and water and the location worked for us. I visited the spa and enjoyed a relaxing massage as well as using the pool and gym facilities. I took a star away only to due to the fact that the hotel room could do with a little updating, it needs a lick of paint and the bathroom could do with re-grouting and the sofa and carpets had stains on them but if none of that bothers you then I recommend you come and stay here. Also the pool is absolutely freezing! View from the pool is stunning but the roof top bar is closed for renovation so it would have been nice to no that in advance although we did visit the restaurant which had amazing views at night.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We booked here 2 nights to recover from our jet leg at the beginning of our trip and it was the perfect spot for this. We showed up early for our check in and they stored our bags for us and gave us access to the amenities so we hung out at the pool until our room was ready. The pool area is large and spacious with lots of seating and tables on the one side to eat at. The gym is large and had lots of different equipment and large windows letting in tons of light. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of good food. Our room was very spacious and nice, the bed was very comfortable which was perfect for catching up on sleep. We also had a good view from our balcony. The only disappointing part was that the zoom sky bar was closed the whole time we were there and that was half the reason we booked this place. They do however have a different bar just one floor below the zoom sky bar that was open and still gave good views out the one side, just not the rooftop 360 degree views we were hoping for.

- my room is huge and has kitchen but doesn’t have fork and spoon😞 anyway the view is great. - the service is fine, but the elevator is always crowded and wait for it so long especially the breakfast time. - Pool is huge with lots of people, gym has good quality of equipment. - Breakfast is great, but a bit crowded. - Spa is beautifully designed and well served.

Nice hotel with good view over the city. Rooms are clean and big. Not the most modern roof but still nice. Elevators are annoying tho, you wait a very long time although there are 3 elevators. I just started pressing the up and down buttons immediately to get an elevator more quickly. Right next to my room and balcony there is another building and the AC fans at the top are very loud, I don‘t mind that but someone might. Rooftop bar was sadly closed for renovations.

Excellent location. Walkable to Chinatown. Very clean hotel. I loved that our room was big and had a large dining table. Eventhough the hotel is dated, I didn’t smell anything weird. Breakfast was great! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
