It's a very old building, but well maintained. The rooms are nice, and large. Has fantastic views of the river.
We are platinum members, so we got a bunch of desserts and some fruit in the room which was nice.
The buffet appears to be large and have everything you would want for breakfast.
There's a nice outdoor area, right by the river, where you can sit, it's fantastic.
The boat that takes you over to the main ferry station runs every thirty minutes and is very convenient.

Our one night stay, before catching our flight home was great. Arriving midday the duty manager was able to provide us a room overlooking the pool. The room facilities were excellent. Then they also allowed us a late checkout.Their boat shuttle connected you to the main terminal. River ferries and train network.
We found the Ramada very good value for money, the breakfast was better and more comprehensive than other expensive accomodation we stayed at during our holiday. We would definitely recommend the Ramada.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an absolutely perfect riverside stay! The view from the room, especially at night, was breathtaking and truly added to the experience.
The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had, with an amazing variety of dishes to suit every palate. Another highlight was the free shuttle boat service to the nearby pier, which made it so convenient to explore prominent attractions in Bangkok.
The overall experience was exceptional—no complaints at all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in Bangkok!

Room was very comfortable but had an odd odder when ever I walk in the door. This soon passed once I entered the main bedroom area of my deluxe river view room. The hotel amenities were amazing and got the opportunity to use the gym, steam room and sauna during my stay, this facility was very well Maintained. Breakfast each day was delicious and so much choice. A very enjoyable stay

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. After two back to back 9-hour flights from Boston to Bangkok, we were absolutely exhausted upon arrival. Early check-in was quick and easy. We loved the amenities (steam room, sauna, gym, pool).. perfect to unwind after a long flight. The breakfast buffet was unlike anything I have ever seen before, so many options and everything was so delicious. Being located right on the river made it so easy to get around and explore downtown. We loved the complimentary shuttles to Central Pier (by boat) and Asiatique (by TukTuk). The room was very clean, staff was so helpful and kind. The street that the hotel is on is super walkable with lots of shops, restaurants and Thai massage spots. We will definitely be back. Very impressed, & love that it is a more affordable option than some other places we considered staying at on the river!
