I stayed here in March and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting me with getting change for my taxis. The bellboy was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a great workout, plus it offers a stunning view. The entire gym staff was welcoming and attentive, and Wit Tui did an excellent job keeping the equipment spotless. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Every aspect of this hotel is below average, aside from its location. Rooms and hallways are smells bad. Every review mentions about oldness, all of it is totally accurate. Higher levels are nice but if you are staying standart room don't get your expectations high. You can get better hotels for this price. Final note, staff in the lobby chit-chats and giggles a lot while checking you in. That is kinda rude and not appropriate. (Hallways gives you the horror movie vibe)

Service. We reserved two king rooms as a pair of buddies traveling. The lady checking us in informed us that we originally booked two rooms with one bed, so she combined the reservation and was giving us one room with two beds. She said it like she doing us a favor. I told her absolutely not, my buddy snores loud enough to wake the dead and I wanted no part of that. She then said she had to find us two rooms. And it took quite a while, three other groups checked in and got keys while we waited for her to fix her mistake. I returned later that evening to ask about a late check out since I was leavening BKK at night. The gentleman said I had to reserve another night, I said I would like to do that and he said I was all set, fast forward to the morning and I indeed was not all set. I found this out when getting a new key in the morning that I had no reservation. The lady at the desk did fix it for me, and was the only smooth interaction I had at the hotel. Location. The location is great. Value for money. This is a budget hotel with very outdated rooms trying to pass itself off as a luxury 4 star hotel. If budget hotels are what you’re looking for this is the place, but do not think you’re getting a good deal on a good hotel for the price point or you will be underwhelmed I’m afraid. Breakfast is good, one redeeming quality.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wit Tui, the fitness center staff member, during my stay. His friendly attitude made the fitness experience much more enjoyable. Wit Tui is always ready to assist with any questions and ensures that the gym environment is welcoming for everyone. Aim, our bartender at the hotel, was absolutely fantastic! She always served with a smile. Aim's excellent customer service really stood out!

The quality and variety of the food were impressive, making for a perfect start to each day. The room itself was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The stunning view from my window added to the overall pleasant atmosphere, offering a captivating glimpse of the city. The Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok excels in several key areas: prime location, exceptional staff service, a fantastic breakfast with halal options, and spacious rooms with great views. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Bangkok.
