We had an amazing stay at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok! The service was excellent… the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. The gym looked new and was very well equipped. Overall, a wonderful experience with top-notch customer service. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

I do have to say the location is great. It is very sensual to everything. You can get a taxi. It’s easier to get a motorcycle and a lot quicker. There is plenty full. There’s massage is literally right across the street. Everything is open until midnight. I do have to say the room was a little outdated. The water pressure was not good at all. The amenities were minimum. But the overall experience was God and the food was great. Service is what makes a difference in the service was excellent. Mr. NONG the bell hop gentleman was very sweet, nice respectful, helpful knowledgeable. Assisted and was not pushy at all. He was very kind. People like him with his great service make you want to come back again even with the little hiccups we had.

The bellboy and concierge team was wonderful! Each time we arrived, we were greeted at the door and a team member held the door for us. They opened the taxi doors and shined a flashlight inside to check we didn’t leave any of our belongings. In particular, Tong was a huge help on our last day. We had a tech issue and he completely fixed it. The team was very gracious and always willing to help. Another great benefit to staying here is they give you two free water bottles a day, which really came in handy for us. I recommend this hotel.

Her genuine smile, professional demeanor, and caring attitude instantly made me feel at home. She went out of her way to ensure a smooth check-in and shared helpful tips about the hotel and surrounding area — a perfect first impression. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of elegance and comfort. Rooms are well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views of the city skyline. Amenities like the rooftop pool, diverse dining options, and the fitness center add great value to the stay. Overall, the combination of top-tier hospitality and the hotel’s refined atmosphere makes Rembrandt a fantastic choice in Bangkok. Highly recommended!
