The hotel was definitely dated and didn’t feel like the 4.5 stars it’s advertised as online. The lower price compared to other hotels in the area is probably its biggest advantage, along with the location.
The check-in staff were helpful, but they were a bit pushy about getting us to check out on time. We ended up running about 20 minutes late because room service was delayed in the morning.
The bar and lobby area were clean and quite nice, though, which was a good touch.

Great value. Rembrandt is a large hotel with over 20 floors, various food and drink opportunities within the hotel as well as in the close proximity. Very friendly staff. The rooms as well as bathrooms have a nice size. The bed is comfortable. Decoration and furniture are a bit old style, never the less still nice, comfortable, and most important, clean. I definitely will come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it stands out as a top-notch destination for hospitality. Having traveled to many cities around the world, I can honestly say that my experience here was unparalleled.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the lovely staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. A special shout-out to Tono, who truly exemplified exceptional hospitality. He took us on a memorable trip outside of his official working hours, showcasing his genuine kindness and pure soul. Also Din, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having fun. Additionally, a kind gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t know gifted us a lovely souvenir, which made parting from such wonderful people even more difficult.
Every member of the team made it their mission to facilitate our every need, creating an atmosphere that felt like home. I genuinely didn't want my visit to end! They assisted us with seamless booking for city tours and arranged airport transportation, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to our satisfaction allowed us to focus on having fun without any additional concerns.
Thank you all so much for an unforgettable experience. They all genuinely want us to stay, and we feel the same way; we have no desire to leave either, so this isn’t a goodbye; it’s a “see you soon.” I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an extraordinary stay!

We stayed in the residency suites part of the hotel for 3 nights. The residences do not look like the images shown online, the reception hallways and rooms are very tired and dated. The room was ok, very dated however very large which was good and very very clean. The main hotel building is stunning! We wish we booked to stay there. Reception is gorgeous with a really nice lobby bar. He pool in main hotel is excellent also - the staff could not be more helpful. Special shout out to wit aim - so kind and funny! We would stay again however we would book the main hotel in the hope for a nicer room.

Overall this was a good experience, but it is worth noting the hotel itself is looking quite dated in parts. My room was clean, comfortably and well equipped with a good view, but the carpet and the odd corner of peeking wall paper made it look tired. The gym was functional but also quite dated.
That said, the staff were generally excellent, the breakfast was good, and the pool was decent. Location is obviously a prime spot and nice that its a bit off the Sukhumvit road (couple of minutes walk). Room service food was very good!
Overall a good hotel just don't expect it to be state of the art!
