Had a pleasant stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel! Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The location is great — just a 10–15 minute walk to nearby malls and food spots. The corridor could be a bit brighter, and the bathroom water temperature was a little unstable. Also, basic items like toothbrush and comb need to be requested from the front desk. Overall, a comfy stay with friendly staff and a super convenient location!

It was my first time staying across the street in the Pratunam area, as my favorite hotel was fully booked. From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly.. the staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday celebration, which I truly appreciated. One thing to note is that the hotel seems to have many Indian guests and even the nearby Palladium Market has mostly Indian vendors, which is quite different from what I remembered in Bangkok a few years back. While the service at the hotel was great, the downside was that some of the Indian tourists were noisy.. talking loudly in the corridors early in the morning and slamming doors. It affected the peace of our stay, and we eventually had to ask them to keep quiet. Other than this, everything else about the hotel was very good, and the staff service really stood out.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel in Bangkok. The service was superb and truly exceeded our expectations. On my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a thoughtful birthday dessert, which was such a sweet gesture that made my day extra special. The hotel itself is clean and cozy—not the most spacious, but definitely comfortable and well-maintained. On our last day, we booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport. Initially, we requested a smaller cab, but it couldn’t fit all our luggage. To our delight, the hotel upgraded the cab for us at no additional cost. This thoughtful service really impressed us. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

My partner dropped his money purse when we were alighting from Our Grab on 1 of the evening. Initially we tot it was left in the vehicle and we even chased the car to retrieve it but found nothing. Thinking tt it was gone but a call came in while we were back in the room. Front desk actually called to asked if we have lost something. After a Brief description, my partner went down to collect it. Turns out that a Mr Winnai (hopes it correct) from the Bellhop picked it up from the car pouch area and traced back to us! That is really unexpected! There were a few thousand bahts in it and it was returned to him intact! We didn’t get a chance to meet Mr Winnai in person which is a regret. We sincerely thank Mr Winnai here and hope that the hotel will recognise his honesty and his commitment to the hotel. We r alrdy planning for our next trip back and staying in Centara Watergate again! We r back in Singapore for just 3days and we r alrdy missing your hotel deeply!! Great hotel w great employees!

What a wonderful hotel to stay at in Bangkok - a serene and peaceful haven. It’s close to the shops and the markets and offers a fantastic breakfast with all the choices you need. The staff were friendly, kind and lovely. We would recommend this hotel highly.
