I recently stayed at Centara Watergate Pavillion Hotel with my family, including my child, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The reception staff and hotel team were polite and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, especially for families. One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location. It is close to major shopping malls and night markets, making it extremely convenient for exploring Bangkok. Everything is within walking distance, which is perfect for families. This hotel is a great choice for families, offering a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels to date. Amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly. The chef was amazing and made a special Jain breakfast every day, as there were limited Jain options available. It’s great for vegetarians. The hotel staff and everyone there were fantastic. The room size was a bit small, but the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here 5 times. It never disappoints. Always neat and clean. We love the breakfast and the big comfortable room. I even got a dessert plate for my birthday delivered to the room. Honestly you can't beat the location. Lovely staff. It's out go to everytime we in Bangkok.

Superb service from ground staff to room service crew. Clean and huge room. Bed is comfortable as well. Location is however slightly further from BTS and major malls making it a longer walk. (Prolly not so recommended for seniors who can't take long walks) however the overall stay was pleasant and I would recommend anyone to consider this hotel.
