Pros: Large and nice rooms, very clean. Nice terrace on 9th floor. Professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast. 10mn walk to Central World and Platinum. +1 for the rooftop bar at night. Cons: No swimming pool. Small gym. Tourist shops at the bottom of the building (personally it's a con because it makes it feel cheap). Outside of hotel are dirty pavements, smelly. Bit aggressive massage parlors. Overall a good hotel. 4 stars because there are many other good hotels around, competition is tough.

Centara is our stay at bangkok for 5 days. We reach at the hotel at 5pm, they will collect a deposit for 20,000 baht and will return it once u check out. We use cash to pay the deposit. The process of check in was so fast. Once we arrived, the receptionist politely ask us our passport to photocopy it and give us welcome drink. I think we only wait for 15 mins to check in the hotel. During our stay, we went for a breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet start at 6am to 11am. They have variety of food like english breakfast, diff pastries and toasted bun, noodles, porridge, indian vegetarian cuisine, cereal, coffee, rice, salad and fruits and etc. The hotel is centre of location for Platinum mall, Big C, Central world, Pratunam market and etc. The only disadvantage is the hotel smelly. Will have a bad odour smell at entrance and in our hotel room. Otherwise everything is good.

Good hotel to stay in and very clean. The service is very good especially the concierge, wanlop who helped my friend to get transport everywhere we want to go. The bed is very comfortable except the pillow is too soft. Food bf is good and location to platinum and big c is about 10-15min walking. Along the way many shop along the way. Very friendly and well greeting staff.

One of the best hotels to date. Amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly. The chef was amazing and made a special Jain breakfast every day, as there were limited Jain options available. It’s great for vegetarians. The hotel staff and everyone there were fantastic. The room size was a bit small, but the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The reception staff and hotel team were polite and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, especially for families. One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location. It is close to major shopping malls and night markets, making it extremely convenient for exploring Bangkok. Everything is within walking distance, which is perfect for families. This hotel is a great choice for families, offering a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
