One of the best hotels to date. Amazing facilities. The staff were very friendly. The chef was amazing and made a special Jain breakfast every day, as there were limited Jain options available. It’s great for vegetarians. The hotel staff and everyone there were fantastic. The room size was a bit small, but the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here 5 times. It never disappoints. Always neat and clean. We love the breakfast and the big comfortable room. I even got a dessert plate for my birthday delivered to the room. Honestly you can't beat the location. Lovely staff. It's out go to everytime we in Bangkok.

We ended our holiday in Thailand, spending two nights at this hotel, which was, overall, good. The room is on the smaller side but comfortable. On the negatives, the location seems to confuse taxi drivers, with the lady who drove us from the airport circling around the pavilion several times until she found the hotel entry, and a similar situation having happened when we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. (The hotel is located in a tall building called Watergate Pavilion but only a part of this building is the hotel and the entry is from the sideway.) However, the location is central and we found it convenient. We wished to rest until late morning, such as 9 - 10am, but unfortunately could not as the cleaning ladies started hoovering from early morning and we could hear it. We did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on this.

22Nov24, We had a wonderful stay in this hotel, its very clean and new. location is near Platinum Fashion Mall. The hotel bell service is very very good, they provide valet parking service free for hotel guests. I highly recommend the rooftop bar, WALK, the bar manager, Ms BB has given me a big big help for our wonderful rooftop dinner which add a lot of fun fir our birthday party that night, thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding; the staff was always welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s central location was a major plus—just steps away from shopping, dining, and local attractions. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a day out. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service with a prime location, Centara is definitely the way to go! I can’t wait to return.
