I recently visited Anassa Hotel for just a drink, and while I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and ambiance, what truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the staff. I accidentally left my sunglasses behind and only realized later that I had forgotten them. A week after my visit, I received a call from the hotel informing me that they had found my sunglasses. To my surprise, they went the extra mile and arranged to have them couriered to my house. This level of attention and care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the dedication of the team at Anassa. Even though I was there for just a short time, they treated my small issue with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Anassa Hotel not only for its beautiful setting but for the outstanding customer service. Thank you again to the amazing staff!

An exclusive resort, great location with nice views and beautiful coastline with crystal clear water. A traditional hotel and whilst the rooms are a bit dated they are clean and spacious. Food is a highlight here and lots of choice, just wish the grand buffet dinners featured on more evenings! The staff here are what makes the difference, very friendly and helpful.Special mention to manager John who really went out of his way to make sure we had the best holiday, nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much. We will definitely return as this is a quality hotel with a lot to offer topped with really personalised service.

We stayed In Anassa Hotel in June for a wedding. Everything was perfect, from our arrival to the departure the staff was very attentive. The rooms are splendid and the view is unique. We got to experience a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend to book this venue for a wedding as they have a great event planner and the matrimonial suite is divine. Their chapel is the most charming and their celebration venue is very inviting.

Beautiful place. We only visited the spa facilities and tennis courts but you couldn’t get better service. Spa absolutely exquisite and so comfortable. Clean, quiet, much to choose from.

We had amazing time at Anassa. Beautiful location and great beach. Food presentations were exceptional and so muich choice for one hotel. The hacienda was very spacious and perfect for our family. Our arrival checkin was not very welcoming is our only thought. However from the next day John Harwood Duty manager introduced himself and he took care of our entire stay until we departed with exceptional professionalism and service, well beyond what we expected. This is a strong factor at this hotel, service was overall very good.
