August 2024 1-star Review: Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish I wish I could say our stay was enjoyable, but it was a disaster from the moment we checked in. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting as if we were inconveniencing them every time we had a question or request. The air conditioning in our room was broken, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to fix it. We were left to endure the heat during our entire stay. To make matters worse, the hotel completely misled us about an excursion they arranged for us. On our second night, the reception staff provided us with details and even recommended the tour guide. But when things went wrong during the trip, the hotel staff suddenly pretended they had no idea who the guide was or that they had ever arranged the excursion for us. This dishonesty was infuriating and made the whole experience even worse. This hotel is far from the 5-star experience it claims to offer. The poor service, lack of accountability, and terrible attitude from the staff made our stay unbearable. I would strongly advise against staying here. UPDATE ON THIS REVIEW !!! I was contacted by the hotel a was asked if I can take the review off they will contact the excursion manager and get them to contacted me however one phone excursion manager and it been 2 weeks now no reply back and hotel did admit they know the excursion agency when we was in Turkey they refused to know the the excursion agency was

Great, clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice beach in front of the hotel. The only negative thing about the location is that there is no town nearby to go for a walk in the evening and the transport is quite a challenge. Incredible hammam and massages (relaxing and therapeutic) at affordable prices - don't go home without trying them! With ultra all-inclusive service you can just relax and enjoy your holidays.

Out of every hotel I've been to this one is the only hotel I want to return to. Great staff, good food, good activities (and parties especially), great country and the hotel is beautiful too. Probably not for those who like peace and quiet but it's definitely perfect for me.

We loved this hotel! Stayed with 1y boy for a week. Clean, cozy. A great variety of food choices, very tasty food :) staff very helpful and nice, animation team did a great job. This hotel is very well organized, loved loved loved it!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone a staff of crooks and thieves. money was stolen from the room. the chief of security knows all this and receives a percentage from the thefts. the director of the hotel is a bandit and a thief as well. there are often accidents in the hotel - sometimes a child drowns, sometimes everyone gets sick. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone really!
