The good things about the hotel: good WiFi in rooms and good ventilation in bathroom.
Now the bad things: there were 3 of us, and in the bathroom there is only one towel. Not one per person but one in total. We had to ask for more. There’s no a glass for toothbrush just a ring for a glass.
We asked for a room for 3, and they told us that they have such rooms: that was a lie: we had 2 normal beds and one small bed, which was uncomfortable.
The furniture is old and dirty, teapot didn’t work, so we had to ask to replace it, the staff is slow and completely useless and unprofessional. They kept giving us 2 waters every day, and one more time, there were 3 of us. Girl who works on reception is rude and doesn’t know how to do her job. And there’s only one person on reception. Which is not enough for such a big hotel.
The furniture by the pool is old, dirty and ruined. I guess it wasn’t cleaned ever.
Sometimes it took ages to get an elevator, as staff members don’t have service lift.
This is not a 4* hotel. With this service it’s 1* max.

I put 5 stars as hotel location is very good.. all other services from room, reception or room services are awful . Everyone I had to call for towel, room smells strange and whole night bug noise from other rooms can be heard .
Breakfast is a joke .. seriously with such amount they would offer batter service

Ravi - the guy at reception. He was completely annoying and not at all willing to help me and the other guy who had the same issue at night time. We made booking from the app, but they did not allow us to do the early check-in, is it our problem to arrive early at the hotel? They expect us to stay on the street until 2 pm with luggage? All he was asking for was extra money for early check-in, and it was more than how much I booked the hotel for. He did not even try to help once. All he was doing was just nod his head, showing no sign of help at all and just ignoring us and looking at his screen. Completely disappointed with the service. I had to leave the hotel, but they did not let us stay in the hotel.

Sadly, I will never book this hotel anymore.
Pro:
1. The room is spacious.
2. Great location, 800 metre away from nearest metro.
Cons:
1. Some receptionist are rude. They don’t care about customer’s problem. Only the girls are good in my experiences.
2. Breakfast is suck! Poor food quality. Please have a taste before you serve, and please make it variety. You were seems unprepared for breakfast service and the customer need to ask thing all the time.
3. You have 40 floors but only 8 tables for breakfast?
4. I feel like most of your staff don’t care about customer, why? Only some of them are really good.

Not only the house keeping took the cash I left on the table the second day, at some point they stopped giving me a towel for like 3 days, and one time I came to my room to see the pillows looking like the picture attached. Don’t stay here more than two nights and keep your cash always with you.
