As for the location, it's almost 3hrs from Bangkok. Property does not front the sea and the beach is just OK.
Most rooms have access to the pools, so that is nice.
Rooms are smallish but offer all creature comforts.

The resort is excellent and offers a truly delightful and relaxing experience. The beautifully landscaped grounds add to the ambiance. The modern, clean rooms, have big balconies overlooking swimming pools creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast, in particular, stands out with its wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, making it well worth every penny.

Great value. Staff very friendly, food (especially breakfast) excellent. There's a few cafes, a 7-eleven and a few local restaurants outside the hotel (across the big road) but not much else nearby so be prepared to book tours or taxis if you like to explore. If there's one thing missing, a small footbridge to connect the resort stairs to the beach would have been good (otherwise you have to wade through sea water to reach the sand). But otherwise a lovely and relaxing 5-day stay.

If you’re not too critical it’s a great hotel if you manage to get a decent rate. 5 star is a stretch though.
- Pool access room, nice but supposed to be 41 sqm, it looks like about half of that.
- No bath tub, no smart TV
- Breakfast buffet is excellent, lot of variety, but the coffee machine is horrible, no service either, which would be standard with a 5 star resort.
- The breakfast seating area isn’t too large, so they seemed to have made the outside tables narrow to save space with your legs into the table cloth, is a bit weird.
- Had a real bad experience at the Brezza restaurant, even sent 2 dishes back.
- The lunch menu is super boring. Only has the usual standard stuff. Thai dishes, pasta, club sandwich, fried stuff. Pizzas that look good but the dough is not.
- Kids club good feature, although lame they charge for most of things. And other than handicrafts there is no”activities program” to keep the kids busy. They were bored within a day.
- In general a lot of attempts to upsell when it comes to “activities”. Whether its pilates, kayak, or kids stuff.
- Price differences in extra beds between website and what staff tried to charge me is very annoying too.
- Obstacle course in the pool is fun but no slider and too challenging for smaller kids.
- Beach area is a at a strip of land outside the resort with not much going on, bit of a commute so you end up skipping it. Would be nice if there was a pool there too.
Vibe and style are very nice, great breakfast buffet, so so location, food, facilities and services need to be better.

Me, my daughter and our little dog enjoyed this resort so much that it was sad to leave. All the guests are very well taken care of. Everyone is so warm and friendly. Food, facilities, gym, everything is very good.
