Back one year later and another fantastic experience. The staff is incredible, so very helpful and nice. The lounge was super good with great variations on the food and excellent service. This time back we used the wellness centre to also do yoga and meditation. The instructors at the centre are professional and competent. We had such a good experience that we went to it every day. Once again I want to highlight how excellent the employees are in every part of the hotel. The best, best service!! We will be back.

The resort itself is a tropical paradise, with lush gardens, a gorgeous pool, and direct beach access. The food is fantastic, with a great selection of delicious dishes. Great hotel. Definitely recommend the club level because of the free buffet that changes every few hours with delicious foods. Staff are very nice and the restaurants are amazing. Pools are great and lots of activities to do. Breakfast buffet is great.

Service was amazing, the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. We got one massage at the spa and it was amazing. Very relaxing and the staff was so great at the wellness centre. The bed was one of the coziest and more comfortable beds I've slept in my life. The food was pretty good in general, if you go to the restaurant I'd say it's a bit overpriced. Building has been recently renovated but still feels a bit old, same goes for facilities. Got a club oceas view room with the club benefits, the shower in the room was a bit bad, switching from burning to freezing, there was no in-between, the pressure of the shower was also quite weak.
