Recently stayed here. Service and staff were excellent. Upgraded us and gave us a late checkout. Unfortunately we didn't have time to see the facilities as we had other plans, but would definitely come back

Let’s start with the good: the service was friendly, warm and professional, as I would expect in any IHG property around the world. Our room was impeccably presented, quiet and the bed was luxurious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The little train ride and kids activities looked wonderful, if you are travelling with young family. The service at Azure restaurant, the breakfast buffet and at Cocco bar was all good. Now, the not so good: buffet breakfast was disappointing. Selection was decent, but the quality, taste and presentation of the food was lacking. The hotel is right on the beach, but we counted 20+ dead fish and found some trash in the sand within a few minutes’ walk. The Hua Hin business association should really invest in a beach clean up effort, as currently the beach is not pleasant.

I’ve stayed here several times and never get bored. My recent pre-birthday stay was exceptional, with a beautifully decorated room. A big thanks to everyone who helped make it special! The pre-arrival arrangements were flawless, thanks to the reservation team. I received a call from K. May (Club InterCon) to ensure everything was in order, and she was, as always, professional and dedicated to providing the best guest experience. The Club Lounge team during my stay was incredibly thoughtful and service-oriented. Special shoutout to K. Aoff, N'Milk, and N'Cream for their friendly and attentive support, always checking to ensure everything was perfect. The bellman team was equally outstanding, particularly Bright, who gave us a fun mini-train ride around the resort and even helped take a great family photo of me, my mom, and my brother. I’m quite detail-oriented when it comes to rooms, but this one was spotless and perfect. Everything worked properly—cleanliness, air conditioning, water pressure, the Ambassador welcome set—and we even had a room with a beautiful resort view. I also loved the meal at 111 Social House; the food was delicious, and the vibe was great. The only small hiccup was that I didn’t get the Mooping I requested at breakfast in Pirom, even though the staff had promised it. However, this was a minor issue and didn’t detract from the overall experience. This remains one of my favorite InterContinental hotels in Thailand, especially because of the amazing Hua Hin Club team!
